Aerie Construction built our home for us in Park City, Utah. Mike Mercer and his team were very professional. They finished the house which was just under 9,000 sq. ft. on time and within budget. As importantly, they made the process enjoyable as they were so helpful and communicated so well throughout the process. In addition, the quality of work was world class. They were always conscious of the quality of work, but also looked at the most economical way to accomplish our design goals without compromising quality.

I would work with Aerie Construction again without hesitation. I highly recommend them for any residential construction projects. I am sure that anyone will be extremely pleased with the results of this collaboration. My final comment is that while we obviously had the relationship of builder and client, it felt much more like a partnership because of the great communication and interest they showed in our preferences and opinions on the design and construction.

You could not be in better hands!

After interviewing Mike Mercer, owner of Aerie Construction, we realized Mike was detailed, honest, driven by integrity, and had the extensive experience to build our home on-schedule and within budget. Together we established appropriate budgets based on our design goals and stuck to them.
Mike and his team identified key design decisions that needed to be made and provided thoughtful ideas so that we could make the best decisions. Mike’s team was responsive, cost conscious, and quality focused. They are true craftsmen.
We would highly recommend Aerie Construction to anyone looking for a skilled contractor that will execute your design flawlessly to very high standards.

If you need a contractor in Park City, you couldn't find a better one than Aerie Construction! They have built 7 new houses for me over the years, and has renovated two others for me. The quality of their work is exceptional, and their team is completely trustworthy. They deliver on time and on budget. I wish every GC was as good as Mike Mercer and the Aerie team!

Great experience from start to finish. Mike and his team interacted seamlessly with our architect and interior designer to build our dream home! He was also very conscious of our budget and would tell us if something would be more than expected and gave options to stay in budget. His right hand man was on top of everything, readily accessible if there were any issues or questions, he took care of it. Could not give a higher recommendation for Arie construction!

We worked with Mike Mercer of Aerie Construction on two home remodels-one in Salt Lake City and the other in Maui Hawaii. Mike was a pleasure to work with throughout both projects. he's responsive, easy to communicate with, and consistently delivered on schedule.

Both remodels were done using high quality materials, and it shows in the finished results. In Salt Lake City, he managed the full remodel with efficiency and professionalism, working closely with our designers to bring the vision to life. In Maui, he served as the general contractor and led a complete rebuild with the same high standards and attention to detail.

Mike stays hands -on and involved in every part of the process, no matter how small. He brings a great attitude, and genuinely cares about the results. We highly recommend Mike and Aerie Construction and would absolutely work with them again.

I had my entire back yard remodeled from ground up. It included firepit installation, pavers, new support beams, bbq, granite, hot tube area, etc. I cannot tell you how professional and how affordable it was for my budget. Actually, it came under budget! Mr. Mercer was the most professional general contractor that I have ever dealt with!
