Brian and Zach did an incredible job figuring out the source of my leak quickly and repairing it right away! They are the third roofer I have had to call out to find our leak, they found it within minutes, were kind and so thorough. The others told me we had no leak (as we stared at puddles in our hallway). I couldn’t be more grateful after weeks of interior water intrusion to know we were well taken care of. While I rarely do a review, I have to just say thank you to Bryan and his team for quickly and professionally responding with viable solutions when Helene blew through damaging our roof. They were out the same day as my call. We had multiple areas of peeling shingle and 2 holes from the crazy winds the night before. OTHER companies either offered a quick patch of 2 holes only ignoring the other parts of the roof or insisted that we file with insurance to replace our roof completely. Advocate Roofing offered multiple solutions. One solution: a quote to fix the 2 holes AND ALL areas of concern with quality products via shingle match or Second solution: multiple quotes for replacing the entire roof. Additionally, it was refreshing to deal with someone who does things the right way from beginning to end. Thank you for providing quality service and doing things the right way with kindness.

I contacted the company due to some soffit/fascia damage thanks to Helene/Milton hurricanes. They answered quickly, found space in their schedule for my small problem, were straight forward, responded to my concerns and completed the fixing promptly accordingly. First ever google review because the company was good as recommended by a neighbor.

My family went through a rather large storm here in Florida and Advocate Restoration came to the rescue! We were in a panic and Bryan and his guys were just a phone call away. Very professional, very fast and very thorough! 10/10 recommend!

Initially had Joe from Advocate Roofing to replace 4 pipe boots and shingles during Q1 2024. Reached out to Advocate Roofing during Q3 2024 to inform the color of the shingles that were replaced around the pipe boots are completely different from the rest. Amber was able to assist and figured out the wrong color was installed and assigned another technician, Scott Bishop to mitigate the issue. During the same week, Hurrican Helene caused damage to the roof and hired Advocate Roofing to address this issue as well and to have shingles replaced.

Scott not only exudes high level of professionalism, but also a subject matter expert around roofing services. Scott pointed out the pipe boots and shingles replaced by the first technician was not done properly and everything had to be ripped out and installed the right way. This is a great use case and example that Advocate Roofing stand by their service and did the right thing to remediate the issue.

Scott is very detailed oriented and a perfectionist when it comes to getting the job done right. He took the time to explain the quality and different brand of shingles and where things went wrong. Scott was very patient and explained to me in laymen terms why and how it should be installed and fixed.

I can attest Advocate Roofing and Scott stand by their services and has no issues in correcting prior services as needed. I recommend potential customers to leverage roofing services from Advocate Roofing, bar none.

This is a great company! I highly recommend them if you need a roof. They have fair and reasonable pricing, and do great work We worked with Kelly for the quoting and sale process. She was the only sales specialist we worked with who actually climbed up on the roof to take measurements and look at what needed to be done. She was very responsive to our questions regardless of the time of day. Kevin was the Superintended on the job and was here and available the whole time. He ensured the roof was done right and ensured his crew completed a thorough clean up job. Brian the Operations Manager called the next to check to see if we were happy with the work and if we had any questions.

We noticed a few issues with our roof and gave Advocate a call. The owner Bryan was in the area and said he could be there shortly. After pointing out what we noticed, he showed us a few more. He climbed up and made all the repairs while talking us through the process. As homeowners know, roof issues can be a nightmare. We are fortunate to have had Advocate Roofing and Restoration on site so quickly and can sleep easy now. I would recommend them to everyone including friends and family.

Where do I start? Amazing company who did amazing work. We had damage from the last storm and I was worried it was worse then we could see. Brian came and explained our issue which really put my mind at ease. I was grateful for his expertise and quick work with fixing our issue. I would definitely contact him again for any future issues!

This company and the owner, Brian really live up to their name.... Advocate. Brian was literally our advocate through the whole process. We had several issues the past year and 8 months that were NOT the fault of Advocate roofing however, Brian walked us through every single part of the process.We are so grateful for him. When we got the roof done about 2 weeks ago...everyone that showed up was professional and kind. They cleaned up the mess well and our roof looks beautiful! We love it! A big limb fell on my roof and put a hole in it. Advocate Roofing sent Anthony out to see the damage. He put a temporary patch on it that day to stop the leak. He later came out and fixed the roof good as new. Very professional and friendly. I would highly recommended.

I was in the business and I could appreciate all the work that these men were doing the quality level was unbelievable they did not miss one thing up on that roof in fact they even over did it because my skylights though they weren't damaged didn't meet their requirements they replaced them free of charge they took out all the metal they took up everything and replace it is brand new I highly recommend them

Had the pleasure of meeting Bryan the operations manager. I had a minor leak on the roof after a storm, messaged them online late at night and got a prompt call early in the morning saying they could be out in just a few hours.

Had Advocte out to replace our roof. The company was very easy to work with and the crew used was awesome.

I contacted Advocate Roofing on a weekend along with at least 5 other companies due to leak in my bathroom ceiling. Brian was the only one to return my phone call and after speaking to him, had scheduled someone to come inspect my roof and provide a quote based on damages the next day. By the end of the week, my roof was fixed! Such quick service. James (the repair tech) was amazing as well. He took pictures of the roof and damages so we can assess the damages ourselves. Such great customer service!!

I had a basketball-size hole in my roof from an improperly installed satellite dish. Called Advocate Roofing on a Sunday night and they got someone lined up to do the repair the following day! The actual person doing the repair work did a great job communicating with me prior to arrival and after the work was completed. Very pleased with the customer service and the quality of the roof repair they did.

Had water intrusion from a roof leak. Brian Kinser came by, climbed through my attic and on top of my roof. Identified and fixed the problem in less than a hour. Great service. Extremely professional. Highly recommend.

What an amazing experience I had with this company! Anthony and Brian were amazing. They were such a pleasure to work with. Advocate Restoration put a new roof on my house a few weeks ago. It is absolutley beautiful and I have the prettiest roof on my street. Kelly Brewin was the project manager and she did a great job organizing the project and telling me what to expect. She also picked out the roofing materials and color for my roof. I highly recommend this company for any roofing needs anyone might have. And last but not least the price was fabulous. I can not thank Kelly and her team enough. I give this company five stars as that is the highest I am allowed to give.

Besides the fact that Bryan manages a very successful business, he is one of the best men I have ever met!
This guys saved my day when I got stuck in a puddle of water. Without hesitation he stopped and helped me out. Within 10 minutes my day was saved. In a normal time, this would ruin my whole weekend but instead I was very happy to gain such a nice friend

Unfortunately I was not able to use Advocates services for my recent claim, and being green to the process I signed a contract with a different company. After not getting a response from the other company, and hearing bad things from the Insurance inspector about the inspection performed by them, I reached out to Advocate, hearing great things about them from our community and hoping they could take control of the claim. That was not the case. However, Bryan still took the time to come out and check the roof, check my interior damage, etc. He called my insurance company and found out we had an existing contract and informed me of the situation. Then he said, We can't do the job, but please call if you have questions about the process. He has since reached out to me to make sure we were ok, and find out if we had any more questions as we're still waiting for info from the other company. Bryan is very transparent explaining the process, and I had more helpful communication with him, than I have with the other company... I appreciate his time and attention more than he knows, and wish I would have contacted him initially. Stand up guy! Advocate is a very fitting name.

My experience with this company was amazing! We’d been experiencing a leaky ceiling for 2-3 months, contacted our insurance company and three different roofing companies were sent out to assess our home. Unfortunately, not one of these companies could find a problem. One company even told us that it was the AC unit. This company was doing a roof at a neighbor’s home and my fiancé stopped to ask a couple questions. The gentleman set up an appointment and came out to inspect our roof. Within minutes, he found the problem. We felt so relieved to finally know where this water was coming from when it rains.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I was so pleased with the quality of work and professionalism that I felt the need to rave about this company. They were able to find our problem when other companies could not.

I have to say I was starting off to a bad day I had just gotten out of the hospital and was on my way home when my truck ran out of gas Bryan pulled us all the way to the gas station! I really appreciate that made my day so much better!

He was truly our advocate. During covid and working from home I was able to quickly communicate with him via text with an almost immediate response.
