We had Santiago do a complete overhaul on my father’s yard and driveway that was overgrown with scotch broom and not level. He did a wonderful job communicating, was very professional, and we are thrilled with the way it turned out. I would not hesitate to use Flores Landscaping in the future, and I will be telling all of my friends about him!

Scheduled an initial appointment, but no one showed up until we called to check in. Someone eventually arrived, spent about 10 minutes on site, and said a different team member would need to handle the estimate. He didn’t seem to know what he was looking for, either. Said they’d follow up to schedule—it's now been a month, and we haven’t heard a thing.

Quick service and very understanding. I called them last minute and they were willing to do the pickup and yard work on their off days. Flores was nice and willing to work with the price too.

We hired Flores landscaping to improve a bed for shrubs and flowers, install a new block border, plant fruit trees and shrubs, create a bed for roses, and clean out parts of the yard prior to reinvigorating a graveled area. The scope of work and recommendations were well explained during the estimate and the work was superior. They were professional and timely and did an excellent job. I will definitely hire them again in the future for our landscaping needs.

Sandiego and his crew we're here on time and they trimmed trees and cut down one for me and chiped the brush. It was reasonably priced for the amount of time and energy that was put into the project.

The team showed up on time to remove my tree. He was able to take down another as well. Very reasonably priced. Superb clean up. I will definitely hire him for more work in the future.

We hired Santiago and his crew to clear a large mess along our driveway (long drive 1/4 mile) with downed storm trees, cut logs, brush and hanging limbs. They were very professional, fast, and came to our property exactly as planned. Thank you, we'll be using him again.

We had a ton of overgrowth that needed to be removed, as well as some raised beds that needed to be emptied. Santiago and his team removed everything for us, and cleared up the rest of the property for spring. They removed moss, seeded the lawn, cleared out beds, etc. They did an excellent job. Santiago and his hardworking crew made short work of removing a large Magnolia tree and several stumps from our property. The Magnolia was very close to the house and had not been maintained for decades, but Santiago worked carefully and methodically to avoid any contact with our house. Between the time Santiago estimated our job and showed up to work we had some surprise expenses and asked to split the job into two phases, and he was very understanding and accommodating. We’ll definitely have them back for phase two, and I highly recommend them for any service they provide for their integrity and work ethic.

So grateful that they offer one time full lawn service, and were able to come out to do my lawn so last minute. Really lifted a weight off my shoulders and did such a great job. I was so happy and thankful with the results.

We had Flores Landscaping and Tree Service take down a huge maple tree on our property. He gave us a free estimate ahead of time and the fact that his estimate was the most affordable plus the good reviews I read, convinced us to go with Flores Tree Service. As I said, the tree was huge and very near our home. Santiago and his crew needed 2 full days to take it down and cut it into firewood lengths. The weather wasn’t the best but they all worked long, hard hours each day. They also moved the cut pieces to a wide spot in our driveway ( part of the estimate) and hauled away the debris. We highly recommend Flores Landscaping and Tree Service and will use them again for any future jobs we have.

Santiago and his team did absolutely fantastic work and got a big job done very quickly and with great attention to detail. The pressure-washed areas look brand new after over a year of growth, and the landscaping work was fantastic.

Such a great experience with Santiago and his crew. They came out to fell a tree that was damaging our driveway and grind the stump. They did an absolutely amazing job with the tree and were a pleasure to work with the whole way. The city of Chehalis was a bit difficult to get permits with, but they helped talk with the permit office and get the info they needed to secure a work permit. They left the wood that we wanted to keep and even split some of it! We will 100% be using Santiago in the future for other projects we have.

I called Flores Landscaping when part of our fence fell down during a wind storm. They were both fast and friendly as they spent two days working in the rain. They were able to reuse the wood from the fallen fence, which saved us a ton of money. They reinforced the shoddy job from the original builders by setting the posts in concrete. What's more, they even reinforced the parts of the fence that were still standing but leaning due to a truck collision a few years ago. Overall, Flores Landscaping was amazing and I highly recommend them to anyone needing fence repairs.

Mr. Flores is a true professional. He personally came to my home to see exactly what I needed done in my yards. He understood my needs and gave a reasonable quote. His crew was able to get everything done in 1 day and it was pleasing to see that everything we discussed was handled.

I highly recommend Flore's Landscaping and Tree Service. They came out quickly to clean up trees that crashed during our winter storms. I probably spent 12 hours working on it myself when I realized it was too big of a job for me. The two of them did it all and more in about 4 hours. Plus, they trimmed some branches hanging over our roof we needed removed. They did a great job and I've got more work for them to do going forward.

I have had Santiago and his crew work at my place two times now. First time was a few years ago to take down two trees near my garage and house. They did a great and safe job taking them down. Recently I had Santiago over again to provide a proposal for 3 projects. He provided his detailed proposals quickly and were competitively priced. Projects included trimming and shaping trees, hedges and removing two small trees. Second was to create a gravel-based seating area around a fire pit and a 50' pathway to my shop. Lastly was to install a 4x4 boarder between my neighbors and my garage, kill all the weeds and fill the entire area with crushed rock. Don't have to maintain the area now. All of his work was done on time as promised, kept me informed along the way with any questions, all areas were done perfectly and left clean each day. Santiago is an honest, courteous, friendly, and quality contractor and will definitely use his services again.

Third time I've hired Santiago and his team. They are the most reliable, dependable, multi-talented group of workers I've ever had. This time they built a cattle panel deer fence exactly to my unusual circumstances and repaired a wood fence. All their work was done to my total satisfaction. I will be hiring them again this summer for some very tall tree trimming.

Flores Landscaping constructed a new timber stairway of 10 steps x 6-foot wide on a slope in our yard, and replaced three stairways of 4 steps x 4-foot wide that were falling apart. They also re-graveled our driveway and garden pathways. They worked safely and did a great job of removing the demolished timbers and cleaning up the site. Santiago coordinated the work to fit our schedule and was prompt, courteous, and professional. We were pleased with their work and recommend them very highly!
