The onsite crew were exceptional throughout the install process. They arrived when they said they would, and completed install of 31 windows in 2 days! Throughout the install every member was polite and cleaned up afterwards.

We have used AWS before so we knew their windows are great! Ordering, delivery and installation all went smoothly. After the measuring session, we were notified that the windows were ordered and then we were notified that they had come in and we could schedule delivery and installation. The installers were on time, very polite, conscientious about our home and did a beautiful job installing!

I’m giving them a 2 for the sake of customer service. Their customer service is great!! The professionals who installed our windows were kind and cleaned up after themselves. We got our windows installed in January and immediately afterwards it was colder than before we got the new windows. Our house is heated by oil which is very expensive and it went out the window. Now they are very persistent in calling and getting a good review so when they called I explained my concerns and they had someone come out and check the windows which he said they forgot to push a latch in to fully close the windows. Once he did that it was a little better but he was only able to do that on 3 of the 7 windows since the others were gliders. It still doesn’t feel like we purchased new windows. We had to buy plastic to put over them. I would not recommend for windows. They are cheap and have not improved our home. I just got another call because they are looking for a review when I told him I wasn’t satisfied he said thank you and hung up. So here’s my review so you all can stop calling me.

Mac and Ivan were professional, courteous and hard workers. Everyone from sales to project manager and installers were amazing! My windows look great and there's such a difference with noise reduction and UV coming in. I recommend AWS for a great investment and experience!

Good service all around. Windows look great. Salesman Philip was great, and installer Mario was very concientious, taking great care. We appreciated both. Also, we had to make calls to the company before installation, everyone was polite, and helpful.

I'd give zero stars If I could. I set up an appointment for someone to come out to my house for an estimate on a siding job and they no called no showed. I even lost a days work because of them. I still haven't heard from anyone and it's been almost a week. Lost a potential customer. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

They were on time and courteous. They took the time to make sure the furniture was cover and vacuumed after completion of each window. Their work was meticulous and outside cleanup after all was completed was spot on.

From beginning to end to end of my new shower system they did a Great job. The 2 guys that came were very clean and professional. I will use them for my windows next.

They took out my old shower and installed a new shower with in a day and half. They were clean and very nice.

Doors are made of recycled plastic or vinyl meaning they have that blueish white color to the plastic. VERY cheap materials and extremely OVERPRICED. The salesman today said that bluish white color is paint! If that’s true then they use el cheapo paint. The install team mismeasured the door and then brought the wrong sized one so they had to reinstall the old door and we had to wait more months for the correct door to be manufactured. I cannot explain how cheap these doors are, but they do seem energy efficient. Door was finally poorly installed and doesn’t shut right. Had three different maintenence men come out and they all regurgitated the same complex explaination of why the door doesn’t shut right and why they can’t fix it. Finally i was home and met one of them who agreed it was a simple fix but they didn’t want to go back to the office and tell the correct people to fix it! It seems the employees are terrified of management and refuse to take responsibility for the slightest mistake. So much for their warranty that they’ll fix it if something’s wrong. They also put a cheaply painted lock on the storm door painted to look like brass but after a year it has scratched all up and you see the silver color shining through. They also didn’t give us a screen for the screen door and after we complained they did drive one out to us after several more months. The design of the screen door is you have to unscrew many screws to remove the glass and screws then back in over the screen to hold it in place. Who’s going to do that?! My grandmother who can’t see or hear well and tends to believe anything you tell her was mesmerized by the salesman and have called them out again to replace the side door on the garage. They quoted $4000 and only $300 is install! Imagine that! Their doors are eyesores. I used to sell windows so I’m very familiar with the look and quality of recycled plastic/vinyl and how cheap it is. Their products have cheapened the look of our home despise their exorbitant prices. They swear they have the best doors on the market but being trained in doors and windows I’ll testify the old doors were much better quality, design and look. Also they knew she wanted a door knocker and still sold her a hollow door so the installers were surprised she wanted a door knocker. They drilled all the way through the door and have cheaply painted gold nuts on the inside of the door because the screws were so long. Their version of brass is some silver metal spray painted with a see through paint that looks gold. Unfortunately it is my 86 year old grandmothers decision and she trusts these people because they’re men and that’s the generation she comes from. Do not buy!

I had a great experience with AWS my installer Rafal was the best very courteous, very clean with the work and very professional.
I had a concern with the design and they immediately took care of it.
Definitely would use the company in the future.
Rafal was amazing I have to reiterate that.

Very pleased with the entire experience. Weather permitting in February was a challenge but necessary as the cold coming through our bay windows was intolerable. The installer was efficient and completed the job in 4 hours. I would definitely recommend your company

Started our process with AWS at the end of July of 2024, we were supposed to have our bathroom system installed mid Sept 2024 to the end of Sept 2024. We didn't hear from them about installation until the beginning of Oct 2024. The lack of communication was more than frustrating. Our system was set up for install mid Oct 2024 after being re-scheduled 2x. AWS decided to use a 3rd party company to do the install, to say that I was disappointed with this would be an understatement. After the delayed installation, the 3rd party company did not install our bathroom system correctly, after we tried to use the shower system for the first time, we found that the plumbing was done incorrectly also and started leaking into our kitchen downstairs, along with many other issues. Another scheduled visit, they came and deemed the system was ruined and needed to be re-ordered. I was left without my handicap shower for over a month. Not a call, not a text, no communication from them. Fast-forward now to mid Nov of 2024, 5th visit from AWS. The system was installed by their "trained" installers. Once again after waiting the allotted time, we tried our shower system and it's leaking from the showerhead, and the bench was not sealed correctly. 6th visit, the shower head and sealer needed to be re-ordered, now to wait another few weeks for the items to arrive. Our shower system was finally finished 3 days before Christmas 2024 and 7 visits later. Throughout the process, it was one thing after another, and no one took accountability or even cared they left a disabled amputee without a proper working shower. On top of that, the 3rd party company ruined our hardwood floors, their response was "get a quote and we'll fix it". No thanks! If I could do it all over, I would have had one of their competitors install our system! Let me know if these pictures equal a 15K shower?

My sales rep, David, was clear, concise, friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and he responded to my calls in a timely manner. The installer, Mario, was efficient, skilled, a clear communicator, and took pride in his work. He listened to my questions and answered clearly and respectfully. I was worried that the new slider window in the front of my house was going to detract from the house's 1960's charm. He adjusted the way he was first going to trim it on the outside in order to keep the wide, wooden top trim, making the new custom-made metal exterior frame fit beautifully. The transition to the wood is perfection! Excellent craftsmanship! I highly recommend this company.

We love our new window. We had a front bay window replaced and don’t feel a draft anymore. The installers were great also. They installed on one of the coldest/windiest days in January!

Wow!!! We should have done it sooner! We had our front entry door with storm replaced yesterday and can’t even say enough good things once again about your company but better yet about your installer “Rafal”!!! Punctual, professional, informative throughout the process, meticulous, cleaned up like you never even knew he was here. He took the time to ask opinions on things like trim and where we wanted the hold open piston set. This is our second big experience with AWS as we had all windows replaced by them in 2005 and what a difference both aesthetically as well as economically smart for heat and a/c retention. From the initial phone call and then to the salesman coming and going over all our options, to the follow up calls and final install the whole process was seamless! Highly recommend this company!

AWS did a wonderful job siding our home. We weren't surprised, as they had done a great job with our windows a few years ago. There were a couple of hiccups along the way, and they were professional, and worked quickly to resolve the minor issues. Even one discovered after the job was completed. I highly recommend!!

They definitely earned the 5 stars, very impressed and happy with the results. From start to finish, it’s been a great experience. Super impressed at the work that was done and how quickly they worked. The project took 3 days(2 to complete the windows, 1 to put exterior frame and reinstalling awnings). They were super careful about where they put everything and informed me as what was going on throughout the whole process. For the first time in 8 years I’m able to have windows open, and it’s nice being able to have a breeze flow though the house. I provided some photos of the old and new windows to show the difference. Going from single pane windows that were around since the house was built(1951), to triple pane tinted windows is a huge improvement. Thank you for making my house much more livable. My cats thank you too!

The experience was great from the salesman to the installers. It was as smooth as could be. The only hitch was they stained the front of my house. They resided it without question. I love the finished product. The windows are amazing. They work as advertised with heat and noise transfer. Strongly recommend this company.

Prompt service and rofessional all around! They had my contract signed and windows in, in a matter of a couple of months! Installer made sure to clean up after themselves both in washing the windows and in clearing the floors. Even left us some cleaning supplies for the windows too! We had a small chip broken off one of the tilt in clips and they came back the next day to fix it! That's what I call fantastic customer service! I'll be sure to have them back for the remaining windows in my home!

Had 4 80x60 picture windows installed the installer was great, repair the roten wood n repair the frame before installing the new window they never took a break. Definitely recommend AWS to install windows.Great job from top to bottom.

I had three doors with extensive rot. Whenever we had heavy rain water would come through all three of them. AWS replaced the three doors and removed all the rotted wood. We've had several heavy rains since then without having a leak. AWS replaced all three doors the same day and were very professional and courteous. What a relief it is to no longer have to worry about water coming through every time it rains! I would highly recommend AWS to anyone who wants a job done right!

Windows are every thing David Jud said they were. Installation went without a hitch. Every thing was so good we ordered additional windows.

The product demonstration by salesperson Anthony was the best we've seen, including a sample of the window to be installed. The installation by a crew of five was completed in one day, with excellent results. The nine windows installed fit the look of the house and are a huge improvement over the old windows.

If I could give more stars I would! We had a few estimates planned for siding. One installer, who was independent and recommended by a friend, kept making appointments and then would cancel. Another independent installer, came to the house, didn’t even measure, just “eyeballed” the job, and said he would just go over the original siding and soffits. Very disinterested and never even called back with an estimate. AWS came out quickly. The salesman was efficient, brought samples, explained the difference between types of siding, insulation etc. he was so thorough! He provided an estimate on the spot with a rough measure of the house. We felt zero pressure but we ultimately chose to go with AWS. We chose the colors for the siding, trim, soffits. He was thorough with what the job would entail including the pricing to replace some of the rotted wood. My husband had a question a few days later and our salesman came out the next day and made the few changes we asked for with no added cost to us. The house was measured a few days later. We planned to wait a few months for the job to start because we had to replace our slider and an odd shaped window. When we were ready, so were they. We got on the schedule and the only delay was due to rainy weather that pushed other jobs back. The materials arrived when they said they would, as well as , the dumpster and porta potty (all included in the price) We were told 10 days to finish …they did it in 6. The crew were professional, polite, and cleaned up every day before they left. The foreman came out to inspect the job and by the next day, the few small things that needed to be fixed, were. I would recommend AWS over and over again. From start to finish, they were amazing. This was a big job and they did better than I could have expected.

On a side note, we had them replace two of our windows on the garage. Same efficiency and professionalism.
