Can't tell you now but they must be doing something good to be in business for so long. Got the roof installed by them 20 years ago. Asphalt shingles. Still holding.
Stay away from this company at all costs. It has been nothing but stress and headaches with them. We had hired them because Mike had told us he had worked with all his crews for a long time and they were all very professional. The first day the demo/plywood crew was there my husband had asked them how long they had worked with Mike but they didn't even know who Mike was. They same crew left debris everywhere around my yard for days. I'm still picking up old shingles, nails, and wood shards. Then we found out they were drinking on the job. My husband would inspect the roof every day after he got home and took pictures and videos just in case. The first day he found a tall can and the second day he found bottle caps on my roof along with my little dog statue that I have on my front porch, they had put it on the chimney. Also found big gaps between the plywood sheets. Told the supervisor and these guys show up the next day out of the blue questioning my about how he was gonna get paid since he got fired for us snitching. So now they know we were the reason we were fired. Felt scared that day and still feel unsafe now. They also used and took one of my shovels which I had to ask for back. If not, they would have just kept it. The shingle guys did a pretty good job but found it super unprofessional he asked and came in to use my bathroom. That is a safety issue. Also, I have a hole that was put in my plaster ceiling that has cracks going in 5 directions which hasn't been repaired correctly. Not only that it left a huge mess of insulation that I cleaned up. Wonder if they will ever contact us to have someone fix it correctly. Definitely will be reporting them to the California State Contractors Licensing Board.
Mike Walker, Miguel and the crew get the job done. When they say, and for how much they bid. Very thorough and considerate. Mike looks at all options for you and isn’t going to take advantage of you, he is a really good guy. Well done LBR
