I used Advanced Roofing & Siding for some attic ventilation upgrades that needed to be done on our home. Leo and his crew were friendly and professional. When I first met with Leo he was very thorough in looking at the house and explaining all the areas that needed updates and why. He even noticed that our bathrooms weren’t set up to vent properly so he took care of that too! After the work was done he walked me through what his crew had done and answered all my questions in person.

Leo and his crew did a fantastic job re-siding our house and upgrading windows. He is very personable, detail oriented, and strives to make the customer 100% happy. I can’t recommend strongly enough.

We used Advanced Roofing, Siding and Windows for our roof in May 2023. Leo was available to answer questions when needed, and super flexible on his meeting times when we had to meet in person. The roof itself was done in a day, and the soffits took a few hours on another day. The roof looks great.

The only issue we had was that the project did not start when we had planned, but that was because the electrical company did not wrap the wires on time (which is a safety protocol), and did not communicate when they'd be able to. We do wish the communication with that piece was better but knew that was not Advanced Roofing's issue, it was the electric companies.

We would definitely use Advanced Roofing again in the future, if we plan to do siding or windows/doors.

Leo and his team are getting started on our house project this month. They have been fantastic throughout the planning process and put together a comprehensive proposal. Excited to see the work they do!

I have just begun the process with Advanced Roofing, Siding, and Windows. They have been very responsive during a difficult time while Covid19 is present. Lou has been very accommodating to our specific scenario and has worked with us to create a plan that will work.

They presented a truly professional proposal in great detail. It described job requested, quality materials to be used, and options available. Most important a start and completion schedule in detail.

They came out to inspect the roof so they could provide an estimate. But never got back to us with an estimate. I contacted them twice asking for an estimate, but didn't get one. If they are not interested in a job, they shouldn't waste a potential customer's time.

Leo and the whole team was professional from day one, the proposal was well detailed and Leo was clear with all the step of the project. Siding, windows and roofing was well choreographed and job was completed on time. Highly recommend Advanced to anyone who asks.

We recently signed with Advanced to have Leo do our siding with Hardie. We appreciated the way Leo explained the process without ANY pressure. Leo is the owner and he made sure that his presentation was personal to us. We had another company come out for a competing bid and they sent a high pressure salesperson who gave us inaccurate information about the warranty for the color. I would much prefer to have someone like Leo who is himself a carpenter. Leo really listened to our concerns, and never once did we feel like he was pressuring us to choose his company. We chose Leo because we knew that he would give us the personalized service that we needed.

Leo and his crew get my full endorsement. After interviewing multiple other companies, decided to hire Advanced RSW based on Leo’s very thorough overview of the work entailed and his competitive proposal. The crew worked quickly and efficiently to reshingle the entire roof and Leo was able to bring in a separate team to replace some siding and flashing. In addition, Leo also put in two solar tubes to bring light into two darker corners of the house. Very responsive and professional team.

Leo is the consummate professional. I have complete confidence in his expertise. He has explained each step of replacing the roof in detail and is always available for the many questions I have. He is very knowledgeable on insurance claims and really supported me through this frustrating process ensuring I was able to get a high quality roof replacement. Top notch customer service!! We had an excellent experience with Advanced Roofing and Siding, Leo the owner was very responsive and came over right away when our siding blew off in a storm. He replaced the siding and went above and beyond with the job. He was very knowledgable on the insurance process too. He also stopped by and checked on the staff.

We recently used Advanced Roofing to replace the roof. Leo and his crew were fantastic. The job was done perfectly and right on time. They also do a great cleanup afterwards. Not only were the grounds cleaned but the attic was also cleaned of any debris. The job started on time and was completed perfectly. I have never had such a positive experience with a contractor. These guys know what they are doing and their prices are great! I was very happy working with Leo. He is super responsive, easy to work with, and he uses very good materials for a lower price than I was able to find elsewhere. He installed a premium Owens Corning Roofing system for thousands less than I had been quoted by another reputable company for lower quality materials from the same brand. He and his team are trained as Owens Corning preferred installers which gives you great warranty benefits and a great roof aesthetic. When my roof was done, there was a particular nuance that I had wanted with the orientation of my ridge vent, but I had not specifically asked for. I called him about it after the job was done, and he was so serious about making me happy that he sent a guy and the materials to come back and make it how I wanted, free of charge! Also, he did this AFTER I had made final payment to him, so he had nothing to gain besides making a customer happy.

Advanced Roofing replaced rotting fascia board and removed moss from my roof. Leo was extremely helpful to work with - coming out to the house to explain the work that would be done and walked around the house with me after the work was completed. Leo was very responsive and friendly to deal with. I would definitely work with Advanced Roofing in the future.

Leo has been really great...explaining all the work in detail so that we would understand. Scheduling was a little challenging because of the weather, but once the Advanced team got here the roof was done quickly and professionally. I'd recommend Leo and his team.

This was my second project with Advanced. They are very professional and do great work. They do a thorough clean up at the end of each day and after the job is complete you'd never even know they were there. Leo (company owner) explains everything in detail both before you sign the contract and during every step of the project. My first project involved concealed water damage and my recent project was for roofing. I am very satisfied with Advanced's work on both projects and highly recommend them.
