I went here looking for random parts for my Trans Am. Went to the wrong gate and was very quickly and politely told where to go. After getting into the right office a man named Cody told me he didnt have anything I'm lookin for however he gave me his card and said call back on every Wednesday and he would let me know if they got anything worth looking at in. Very polite and professional. Idk what has happened in this company's past but they easily earned 5 stars from me for being quick, courteous and honest.

My wife took some scrap copper and brass there and when she told me what they paid her i called them and asked if they still had my scrap and they said yes so i went and bought it back ...they paid her for 99 lbs of brass and had docked her 30 lbs for so called breakage which is forien material .So they docked her 30 lbs for less than a lb of foreign material in the brass..so I went and bought it back and when I gave the lady my money and she went and got change I set my buckets up on their scales and my scrap metal weighed 140 lbs which means they screwed me out of 41lbs right off the top and then docked me another 30 lbs .my bucket of copper were gone and was only paid for 40lbs and I know it weighed in at 60 + lbs because I weigh my stuff before I sell it ...i call the Martinsville police and the BBB and nothing happened but if their doing it to me they are screwing everyone ...thier employees are profiting from your scrap by lying about what you brought them ...needless to say I will never go back and I still have my buckets of scrap.
