Adam Barrientez Restorations LLC

Adam and his crew just finished a remodel of my downstairs bathroom. It was a small, triangle shaped shower before and now it’s a large custom shower. It’s beautiful and so much more functional. Adam was there every day and communicated updates to me even when I was out of town. Thanks to Adam for a great job!

We used this company to do our roof, gutters and some other items that were damaged in a storm from 3 years ago. We were getting down to the wire on the timeframe to get the work done for insurance purposes and they reassured us numerous times they would get all the work done along with the new storm damage from recently as well. They got the roof and gutters done after many phone calls and reminders to get it scheduled as they said, but they said they had completed everything and even told our insurance company that they completed all the work on the claim from 3 years ago, but that wasn't true. There were numerous items on the list they didnt complete but still billed insurance. Pretty sure that is insurance fraud. Our insurance company gave them the opportunity to fix the issue, but they still didnt get it done. Adam himself was argumentative with us and cursed and basically told us to F off. We will never do business with him again, nor refer anyone else to him. It's too bad you cant leave zero stars.

First of all my mother is 93 years old. She received a quote from Mr. Barrientez for storm damage to her house. He came out replaced her damaged roof in a decent timeframe. However he also contracted to fix a window and do gutters and downspouts. So almost 2 years into it the job still had not been completed. Mr. Barrientez told my mother that the window was on back order but would be here in 6 weeks. She told her that many times over the course of several months. Finally just before this last winter started Mr. Barrientez mentioned the name of the window company that he was dealing with, once more telling her that the window was on order. Well we called the window company and not only did they inform us that they had never had an order from Mr. Barrientez, but that window was, and has been in stock for quite some time. They came out within a week and a half and replaced the window, without the knowledge of Mr. Barrientez. But since he had already been paid for the job they then needed to bill him for it.

Mr. Barrientez flatly refused to do the gutters stating that it wasn't in the contract. My mother's contract was sent to me by her insurance agent, and lo and behold it had gutters and downspouts in it. He then informed me that the insurance agent didn't know what she was talking about. So again, my mother called another company to come out and do the job that Mr. Barrientez had contracted to do.

Now I've simplified this considerably. First of all there were no less than 30 phone calls from my mother, my brother, and myself to Mr. Barrientez. Many of those calls ended with a voicemail being left that was never returned. When we did get in touch with him he told me that he was planning to go to my mother's home that day (he never showed up on any of those occasions). Or he would tell me that the items he had ordered (that we had already had replaced by the company he supposedly had the order in with) was on back order. I never told him that it had already been replaced. I was just testing out his pathetic attempts to placate through lies.

When he finally came out and fulfilled the only things left to do on the original contract he demanded payment right then, but he did not do it himself. He had a new employee knock on my mother's door and ask for it. My mother said she would put it in the mail. Two or three days later the same young man came back asking for payment, only to be turned away by my mother who said that she was mailing it. Not 60 seconds later Mr. Barrientez himself came beating on her door demanding the check. When she said she would mail it, he threatened her with a legal action. She told him he should do what he needed to do. Although she did mail the check to him.

In conclusion I would never hire Mr. Barrientez to do any work for me, and I would also never recommend anyone with any self respect to go to work for him.

If you have a choice between hiring Adam Barrientez and Helen Keller, go with Helen. She would at least give it her best and not make up lame excuses and downright lies as to why nothing got done, or was done improperly. If you try to call Adam, be prepared to meet his voicemail. If he answers you are lucky, but if you try to corner him into when he will come over and fulfill his obligation you probably will not be able to talk to him again for a few weeks or months. If he were a superhero his catchphrases would be "I was just going to call you" or "You are on the list for today" or "I was going to stop by today/next week." I wish I could leave a good review, but then I would be the liar.

Do not use this company. They do not perform contracted jobs in a timely manner. Owner is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. My mother contracted with them to replace roof, gutter, and 2 windows damaged by a storm. The contract was implemented in June. The roof was not done until October, gutters and windows were never completed. My mother contacted them repeatedly by phone when appointment after appointment had passed with no show from the company. The owner hung up on her refusing to respond to her cncerns regarding no one coming after several months of telling her they would be there on specific days. On a scale from 1 to 10, this company deserves a negative number.

Hire somebody else.

I hired them to fix the roof, siding, gutters and replace some window screens after storm damage. The roof and siding were done fast and look good.

HOWEVER! The gutters and the trim around the windows look like I did it all myself in the middle of the night with a pair of safety scissors. ALSO, I am still missing 6 window screens.

I have called Adam 5 times now. Once about every two weeks. The first 4 calls, he answered and told me he would fix this. He gave me hope, and proceeded to destroy that. The 5th call, no answer, I left a voicemail asking for the old screens back. I have been very patient, because I know how busy they are. This is not acceptable.

Very professional, fast, and polite. Great product knowledge as well. They saved me a lot of money with my home insurance due to that knowledge.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! We hired Adam Barrientez for siding and gutters in 2019. The job has not ever been finished, the gutter subcontractors were terrible and we now have a piece of siding that has fallen off. Adam does not show up when he says he will nor does he return our calls. Obviously, our 5 year warranty means nothing to them.

They were easily accessible when they were trying to get my business, but then it is impossible to get a hold of anyone. I've used the number listed below along with trying to contact the salesperson (who doesn't have a voicemail box set up). They don't respond to texts or calls. Our shed roof has been partially done for two weeks and downspouts/gutter guards are still not fixed. No one has even called me once since I signed the contract a month ago.

Adam and his crews are great to work with. They make dealing with insurance and deductible easy . Crews are fast and do a great job cleaning up . Highly recommend to anyone .
