Customer feedback primarily highlights the excellent products and strong customer service provided by Activwall. Many reviewers appreciate the variety of window options tailored to different climates and the quick, responsive communication from the company's representatives. However, there are significant concerns regarding the delivery process, particularly about inadequate notification and support during shipping. One reviewer reported a frustrating experience with a delivery that did not meet expectations, indicating a need for improved logistics communication. Overall, while the product quality is praised, delivery issues detract from the overall experience.
- Having no sill is beautiful just not really conducive to our climate, but with Activwall’s options we were able to get the most minimal looking sill.
- Nikki was amazing, very quick to respond to every question or concern I had.
- I was immediately put in touch with a rep named Quintin who answered all of my questions.
- Rob reached out after the order, to talk about the order and review some details.
- The customer service stopped there after the sale.
- I was informed they couldn't put it in the garage... but instead it has to be left at the curb.
- Good customer service... would be to notify the consumer that their product is being sent out for delivery.

I couldn’t be happier with my new gas strut window. I did a deep dive on these type of windows in the US and I couldn’t find anyone who had as many sill options. Which made it the best window for us being in the north east weather. Having no sill is beautiful just not really conducive to our climate, but with activwall’s options we were able to get the most minimal looking sill. Not to mention the feature of the kickstand, which no one else had to offer, that my husband loves when he’s cooking .
Not only did they have the least leadtime of any other window as well. The customer service was amazing. A small cosmetic thing on my contract was different than the window we got and within a week they had someone to my house to repair it exactly as promised in contract. No pushing no arguments on the phone. Theywere absolutely to their word. I find that hard these days and can truly appreciate this type of service and care for their product. I couldn’t recommend them more and even though I don’t normally write these, I had to because I was completely blown away by how on point they are. Thank you for my new window! Now my kitchen feels like it’s in my garden.

Great company to work with. I ordered a 84x44 large window for our Kitchen deck pass thru, which we love! Nikki was amazing, very quick to respond to every question or concern I had. I would definitely recommend working with this company!

Activwall was more than happy to sell me a $7,000 window, but the customer service stopped there. AFTER the transportation company received my 485lb window, I was informed they couldn't put it in the garage of the home were building, but instead it has to be left at the curb since we have gravel and not cement or paved driveway yet. Good customer service...since they do this for a living, would be to notify the consumer that their product is being sent out for delivery, and here is a "pre-delivery checklist" to ensure a perfect delivery of your product. OR finding another solution, and NOT what I was told by one of their managers:
"We processed the order as requested and shipped the item after payment, which is our standard process. It is honestly not the responsibility of ActivWall or the carrier to ensure that you are able to receive the window". Nikki Compton - National Sales Manager

The average roof replacement cost for a residential home typically ranges from $7,000 to $15,000, depending on factors such as roof size, chosen materials, roof pitch, and labor rates in your area. Premium materials or complex designs may increase the price.
The cost to replace the roof of a commercial building typically ranges from $5 to $12 per square foot, depending on several factors such as roof size, material, labor rates, building type, and local code requirements.
Several factors influence roof repair cost, including the extent of the damage, roof accessibility, material type, labor costs, and whether it’s a general repair or an emergency fix. Minor repairs can start around $150–$400, while major repairs may exceed $1,500.
Roof leak repair cost generally ranges from $300 to $800, depending on the size and location of the leak, the materials required, and labor intensity. Complex leaks involving structural repairs or interior damage will cost more.
Flat roof repair cost for commercial properties usually ranges from $500 to $3,000, depending on the roofing material (TPO, EPDM, PVC), the extent of the damage, and roof accessibility.
Mobile home roof replacement cost typically ranges from $3,000 to $8,000, making it generally more affordable than traditional home roof replacements, due to smaller size and simpler structure.
It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.
The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.
To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.
When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.
Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
