I have used this company for both window cleaning and snow removal and they do high quality work at an affordable price. They are responsive and professional. The negative reviews left here seem to be be left by disgruntled former employees or individuals with a personal vendetta against the owner. I would recommend ignoring them. Give this company a try and you will not be disappointed!
These guys were recommended by a neighbor, and I can see why. They do great work and were so polite and careful. We are new construction, and so we had a lot of paint/stain marks on our windows and a few stickers way up high where we couldn't reach them. They took their time and were very thorough, inside and out. My only regret is that we didn't do this sooner!
Greg, Is very slow to non responsive at returning calls. When the guys came out to clean windows and gutters, we asked if they had cleaned the downspouts and they said YES and we put a hose in them and made sure they were cleaned out. The first rain they downspouts were backing up. I called and finally was able to get Greg on the phone and it took several weeks before he returned and then sent us a bill for a extra 250.00. Why would anyone have their gutters cleaned out and not flush the downspouts?
We are looking for a different company that will stand behind their work and do a complete job.
The crew was nice, sadly it appears that you have to watch them to make sure you get what you have asked for and paid for.
