We’ve used the Flow State team for two years now, first for residential lawn care only and just recently for window cleaning. So impressed! Our yard has never looked better - more lush and filled in with timely mow and trims perfect for our young family to enjoy. My 26 (!) windows are flawless and look better than they did on install day. Grateful for this excellent business and for Devin’s professional communication and fantastic follow through. Highly recommend!!!

Flow State LLC provided our HOA with excellent snow removal of our parking area for our 14 unit building. Devin provided email alerts early in the morning for their pending visits to plow...we appreciate this heads-up. They are professional in their service and in their billing system. We will be hiring them again this coming winter.

Five star all the way. Devon showed up on time, was very neat, took care of all our windows in and out perfectly, cleaned the screens and also cleaned and vacuumed the tracks for all windows and sliders. It’s really nice to look out at all these beautiful mountains around Leadville through immaculately clean windows.

Devin and his team did a superb job keeping our driveway clear throughout one of the snowiest seasons in Leadville. Devin did a great job communicating and setting expections. He sent an email in advance of every trip to our house -- sometimes more than once or twice in a day -- which we really appreciated.

It has been very difficult to retain professional property management services such as snow removal in Leadville and I could not be more pleased with Devin at Flow State. He is very hard working and reliable beginning his snow removal route early in the morning and diligently returning if more snow accumulates during the day. Devin ensures that you are satisfied with the work and pays close attention to detail to get the job done right every time. Flow State has fair rates and always delivers top notch service! I am so glad there is now a reliable snow removal service in Leadville.
