Action Roofing’s professional crew of 16, worked in tandem with one another each on a specific task. Some were assigned to the roof, others mechanically raising the shingles up the roof while others were on maintenance and cleanup detail. This was a very large and complicated job with many peaks and valleys with a 3-story area. Custom matching gutters were expertly mitered, and fitted with screening.

The efficient crew worked relentlessly, supervised by Lenin and Rob every step of the process. After a thorough inspection, cleanup of the job site with a magnet rolled yard, Action Roofing announced a job well done.

Called Robert, Action Roofing, to get an estimate for a leaky roof. Because storms were predicted on that day, he sent out workers to tarp the roof to prevent further damage. Robert worked with my insurance to replace the roof with fair pricing. I highly recommend this company. After signing the contract, work was completed the next day.

I was in Clarksville Tn one day and met with Robert of Action Roofing to replace my roof on a rental property. He inspected and gave me the estimate and I signed the contract for the replacement of the roof on the spot and flew to Virginia that evening. He replaced the roof the very next day. I used Action Roofing about 3-4 years ago to correctly fix a leak along the roofline where my home has an addition. I had 2 other "roofers" come out to fix it, which still left me with a leaking roof. Rob and his guys correctly fixed my roof leak (replaced a decent sized portion on the roof as well as properly flashed). His crew showed up and worked hard to get it done. Rob was great to deal with and I could tell he really knew his stuff- cut no corners, and I have not have a leak since in over 3 years. Completely satisfied with the repair, and it was budget friendly, might I add. Will definitely always use him for as long as he is in business!

When i called i spoke directly to the owner, he helped me with the explaination of my insurance claim. He does speak loudly but please do not be alarmed. He was straight forward with what damage was there and what the repairs were going to consist of. He explained through his years of being a roofing company in clarksville what i could possibly encounter when replacing the roof. After noticing a roof leak late at night during a rainstorm, I called Action Roofing first thing in the morning based on its great Google Reviews. The owner sent out a team to fix the issue that same morning and they did a great job for a great price. Lenin, who is the team lead, was on site and briefed me on the issue and how it was to be fixed. He even provided me before and after photos! Action Roofing will continue to be my first call when I have similar issues.

We had a tree fall on our roof recently. We had reached out to several local roofing companies who either did not return our calls and even one company who actually stood us up twice after making 2 set appointments. We even utilized referrals from our insurance company to no avail. We were very frustrated. Then we found Robert with Action Roofing. What a God send! Robert picked up his phone on the first ring, immediately came over to our home to assess the damage, gave us a written estimate, and told us exactly what he would do. Last night we noticed a small leak in our roof. We called Action Roofing around noon the next day and they were here within an hour to take a look. They stated they’d be able to repair the damage the same day, then left to gather supplies. Once they returned, they finished the job in an hour or less and also cleaned out our gutters while up there. Their timely response, quick action, and reasonable price was so appreciated! Hopefully, we won’t have anymore surprises, but we’d probably call them again if we do!

Robert , came out and gave us an estimate for a new roof to replace our storm damaged roof.
Sat down went over what was included and what to expect from his crew. We wrote up the work order agreement and next morning a crew showed up early and got to work. This crew was very organized , put out tarps and had the old roof off by 10:00am. The new roof was on and clean-up began by 5:30pm.
We now have a new roof, up graded shingles at no extra charge and it looks great!!!!

We realized that we had a small leak in one area of our roof so I called Robert. I wasn’t sure if he would even want to help because I knew that it was a smaller job and I figured that he was extremely busy. Robert and his crew came out soon after I called and inspected our roof. They could see right away why we were having an issue and they were able to address it for us very quickly and at a reasonable price. Everyone was kind and professional. I was shown pictures of the area before and after the work was done, and Robert has made sure that we are satisfied customers. New Years Day 2022, A stronger than normal rain/wind storm blew through Clarksville, TN. The storm ripped shingles off my roof and the chimney cap affixed to the top of the chimney chute flew through the air. With the cap ripped off, rain started to pour down the chimney into my ventless gas fireplace and my great room. You can imagine my state of mind at this time, shock and disbelief. All we could do was put towels down on the hardwood floors by the fireplace and ride the storm out. The next morning, I climbed into the attic to inspect for water leaks…and I had a few leaks, leaking onto the blown in insulation. Another rain storm was two days away and I began to search for roofing repair companies that could fix this all. Enter ACTION ROOFING, and Rob.
I called Rob at Action Roofing and explained the situation. He came over immediately and surveyed the damage. He took action quickly by having the proper chimney cap fabricated in less than a day and installed before the next rain storm (major stressor was solved that quick). He determined that the reason my roof didn’t fair well against the storm was due to faulty installation of the shingles and chimney cap. He carefully explained the proper process of correcting the roofing errors and quoted a very fair price, fixing the flashing, replacing shingles, and chimney cap replacement. I had anticipated a cost estimate 50% greater than what he quoted, so we agreed in principle with a good ole fashion hand shake, with a written agreement to follow.
Once Rob’s crew began repairs of the chimney, they saw that the wood framing and sheathing were either rotting away or had extensive black mold running the length of it. The original builder took shortcuts, as there was no house wrap to protect the wood and the original chimney cap was too short to properly cover the chimney. I could see the effects of the long term water damage and mold, as they removed the siding….revealing another nightmare. Well, Rob was very professional and quoted an adjusted cost to repair ALL of this mess, and still, it was far below what I thought it would cost. The crew worked in a professional manner, replacing insulation, installing house wrap, new sheathing, new framing, new chimney cap, shingles, and other improvements. Rob looked at the shingles and noted that due to improper attic venting, they would not last as long as the manufacturer warranty (30 years), due to undersized roof vents. He quoted another amazing price to replace them with much larger turbine vents; which, I was more than happy to replace.
Last, but not least, the aluminum trim on my 13 year old home was peeling badly and I was pricing painters to reprime /paint, with the average cost around $1500-$2000. My house is a tall two story home, thus increasing the cost/risk for painters. Rob suggested that I go with pvc trim replacement; which would not ever need painting. Since his crew was already onsite with the appropriate equipment for the job, Rob quoted an offer that was within the price range of the paint estimates. Same price, never need to repaint….easy decision.
I can attest to the master level work and professionalism of ACTION ROOFING. They know exactly what needs to be done and they have the master skills to do it to the highest standard, giving my family peace of mind. There are many shady contractors out there that will cut corners and/or do novice level work. Rob and ACTION ROOFING is not that. I needed my roof replaced. They worked well with my homeowners insurance. They worked me into the schedule. They showed up promptly and was very neat with taking the old roof off and disposing of everything. The roof looks amazing. Mr. Robert was very nice. He walked me through everything that would be done. The guys cleaned up the yard before leaving to make sure there was not any nail left behind. This is an amazing company. Use them if you need any roof repairs.

There were leaks behind my gutters that were rotting my fascia boards. I couldn't get any of the other roofers to talk to me. Action Roofing made the repairs with drip edge, vinyl wrap, and new fascia boards where needed and did it within a week. They did a quality job and were very professional team. The price was reasonable and they did what they promised to do. I would highly recommend Action Roofing for all your roofing needs.

I had roof and some structural damage due to a tree being blown down by a storm. My family has used Robert twice before and they were happy with their roofs. I called Robert on a wed, he came out on a Thurs with samples. On Fri his people were at the house replacing and fixing the roof. They worked till the job was done past sunset. Me and the Mrs are very happy with job. Thanks Robert and all the people who worked on my house.

This company came and looked my roof in September of 2017 after a big storm had blown through and we had water leaking around the chimney. They immediately Tarped it. A few days later- they came back and replaced the entire thing for a more than reasonable cost. The owner, Rob, was so respectful and polite and informative during the entire process.
Fast forward to now- May 2020, we are putting a Front porch on and needed to know the color name of the shingles. I called Rob, and within 3 hours his Forman was here to look at the roof and tell us the name of the shingles.
Rob, has now went above and beyond great customer service and is ordering the shingles we need for this porch for us and it’s saving us quite a bit compared to what we would pay at Lowe’s.
Hands down- I would absolutely recommend this company. You can’t beat the customer service that you receive before, during and even after job completion.

There really isn’t enough that I can say to describe our experience with Robert & his team with Action Roofing. It was like working with family. I have no doubt that God placed the right people at the right time in our lives with this experience. They were always punctual, thorough, professional, and right on the mark. Robert advocated for us with our insurance company when roof damage caused multiple leaks. Literally within a week of our first communication our roof was fully replaced and any damage inside was repaired. Robert even went out of his way to educate us on what to do even if we didn’t go with his estimate. Do yourself a favor: go with one of the only state licensed roofing contractors in the area, with the experience and ethic to go with it! We couldn’t have asked for better or more!

Action came out to my house after some wind damage came to a head after a recent storm. Not only did they repair the problem spot but they made recommendations on other areas that needed repair. The home has a 15 year old roof that had endured heat damage due to poor ventilation. All heat damaged areas were repaired, ventilation was updated and all loose shingles were addressed. This was done a mere day after calling them. The assessment was that the damage was dire due to incoming rain. I was moved to the top of the work list and the job was complete within hours. They are popular and usually booked up. I would recommend any time.

My wife and I are really pleased with the work Action Roofing did for us. Rob, came out and gave us an honest assessment of the scope of the work and a fair estimate. The company did everything they said they would do. The work was exceptional, and our house looks great. What we appreciate mostly, is the fact that Action Roofing did all the work they said they would do, and bent over backwards to make sure we were pleased with everything. Not many companies today, care if you are pleased with the work, they usually just want there money. That's rare for a business and because of that, I'll recommend Action Roofing to all my friends and family.

Robert got out to our house pretty soon considering the recent storm damage in the area. Repaired the shingles where our leak was occurring and re-adhered (?) many shingles so that they will not come loose. Very quick work, personable service. Also installed wind turbines to keep roof plywood from overheating and causing additional damage in the future.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They never came out to fix the roof when I had the entire roof replaced by them and was under warranty through them. They're trash. Rob will make excuses saying they'll come out but never do. Even my Property Management tried contacting them several times. Ended up using another company to fix a leak THEY CAUSED.

Robert went out same day and gave reasonable estimate to repair roof. Had the work done promptly and provided pictures of completed work as we were out of town. He even did a few extra things to make roof look better.

Robert and his crew came out on a Saturday to look at my leak. They provided very timely service and gave me a significant military discount. Robert showed me all of his credentials to include his proof of insurance and other certifications. His crew provided me with a before and after pictures of the repair area. We are completely satisfied.

Very customer service oriented and quick to respond! I called in the morning to check a leaking boot and it was replaced the same day. You don't find this type of service in Clarksville very often.

Robert was great to work with. His crew installed a chimney cricket on an older home. They showed up when they said they were going to, the quality of work was top notch, and the price was very reasonable. Will definitley use Action Roofing for any future roofing needs.

A recent storm blew some ridge cap shingles off of our house. This was the second time we lost shingles. Action Roofing came out on a Sunday and worked up a plan of attack. Time was scheduled and the work was completed as agreed. I appreciate the prompt service and the professional folks to carry out the work.

Robert was a very easy guy to work with. He worked with me price wise with everything I had done and made sure that i was satisfied with all jobs. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. I never really do reviews but I was satisfied with robert and his services.

Unfortunately, after one positive experience with Action Roofing doing a repair job on a house (timely, knowledgeable workers), we have have had an absolutely unacceptable experience trying to have a leak repaired on a commercial building . I contacted the owner, Robert, on Monday and was assured for 4 days in a row that someone would come assess the damage. I called daily and was assured each time that someone would be at the building later that day or the next morning. No one ever came or called. By Thursday, the damage on the inside ceiling had spread to the point that plaster was beginning to fall. On Friday morning I spoke with the owner who told me that "the Lord led me to do other jobs" and that "the Bible says you can't please everybody". Needless to say, we have contacted another roofing company. And now, we have concerns about being able to remedy any problems that may arise with the repair work on the first house. As a small business owner who understands the importance of referrals, reputation, and word of mouth, I rarely post a negative review. But due to the lack of communication, failure to keep multiple appointments, and ultimately having to find another roofer after 4 days of being told by the owner that Action Roofing would take the job (all resulting in increased damage due to more rain which will now cost more to repair), I feel led to share our experience in order to help others make a more informed decision when considering Action Roofing.

Yesterday, 9/24/2018, I phoned Action Roofing and spoke to the owner regarding my roof. He gave me a glowing report on his credentials. He said he would call his foreman and they would come that day. He asked what time would be best. I stated any time after 12. He said he would call when they were coming. It has been 28 hours since I spoke to him. NO phone call, no text, nothing. It makes 0 sense to me why you would try to sell yourself to a prospective client and then not even follow up. I would say don't waste your time with this business.

I had an insurance claim that required a full roofing replacement along with other repairs due to storm damage. I contacted five of the top rated companies in Clarksville. None of them wanted to come look at the property and provide an estimate. They wanted to do the job for the max on the Insurance Adjustment Sheet and offered upgrades at my cost. Action Roofing was the 6th company I called. Robert within minutes of being on the phone came out to the property, reviewed the adjustment, looked at damages, and explained the process. He offered upgrades at no charge and gave us a fair price on the repairs. As a first time homeowners dealing with their first property claim and a family of 5, Robert really came through!

The following days after the contract, Robert’s crew arrived and completed the roofing job in one day. The rest of the repairs were completed throughout the week as they had to work around weather conditions and my schedule to give them access to the house. His crew left my yard in better shape than it was when they arrived. Robert worked with me and the insurance company the entire time to make sure the process went smooth. He was even professional and courteous when the Mortgage Company had an additional inspection 1-7 days after job completion before they would release funds. Don’t waste time with other companies, I highly recommend Action Roofing for any of you Home Improvement and Property Claim needs.

We needed whirly birds put on our roof. We contacted the company’s owner and let him know what we needed to be done. He was very pleasant and easy to talk to. He said it would be no problem. The owner came within 30 minutes, gave us an estimate and had his crew here within the hour. His crew was very efficient and very considerate of our property. When the crew arrived they parked their truck and placed cardboard underneath the truck to prevent any leakage marring our driveway. We are in the process of selling our home and was very appreciative of their concern for our driveway. The final work was done in a timely manner and very professional.

We decided to get stacked stone veneer siding to replace standard vinyl siding, so pleased with how it looks. Robert was so nice to deal with, I even ended up asking him to give me an estimate on an additional job right after I gave him the check for this job. Also, we apparently received a much better deal than what we agreed to in the first place because when his supplier made an error on the cost of the product Robert didn’t go back on the price he quoted us. I expect that they'll be the first ones I call for home repairs in the future.

These guys are great. I called late in the day about a leaky pipe boot thinking maybe I could get something scheduled for later in the week. Robert told me that it was going to rain the next day and he came over immediately (had been driving home) and fixed it on the spot. He even had suggestions on who to paint the area that had been damaged by the leak.

They did an excellent job, and I couldn't be happier with the service they provided. I will call them again if I am in need of roofing repair.

My husband was deployed and I got this unexpected problem “roof leak” I was worried after my son told me that our ceiling has dripping water. I scheduled an appointment for Action Roofing to give me an estimate for my leaking roof. I thought I might need a new roof be cause the roof was 13 yrs old. The owner provided me with a courtesy call prior to arriving. He checked the attic to examine the place of the leak and not only gave me an estimate, but said he would repair the problem that day. I thanked God for allowing me to choose the right Rooing company. It rained that evening and continued for the next few days. They were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. After waking up and rain coming in the window, we called Mr Robert --Action Roofing he knew just what needed to be done to repair our roof. Completed the work all in one day, great price. I can't thank him enough. His crew is great too.

After the remnants of Hurrican Harvey came through and ripped shingles and part of the fascia off of our roof, we knew we needed to have someone come take a look. I called around to a few places and Rob was the only one who could come assess the damage immediately. He worked with us and walked us through the process of submitting a claim with our insurance company - he was very helpful. While I did have to stay on top of calling him a few times, I do know he had a bunch of work he was trying to get done for other folks as well. As soon as our claim went through he came right over, wrote the contract up, explained everything that they were going to do and made sure it was all itemized out on the contract. They went to work the very next morning. The roof looks great, they did everything Rob said they would do and we are very happy with the outcome! He assured us that this would be the last roof we would ever put on our house and said if we had any issues at all, to call him immediately. All in all, he did a great job and really helped to fix the issues we were having!

I would like to give 5 stars to Rob and Action Roofing for their great work. Rob gave an accurate and honest estimate for replacement of our roof without seeing what the adjuster quoted for repairs. We called him with our concerns of selling and closing on our home and needing the roof completed immediately; he completed our roof two days later. Rob took the time to talk with the buyers of our home to get the roof color that they wished. We are currently not in Clarksville, but Colorado Springs, he sent us updates and explained what we needed to do to expedite the whole process. He took pictures so that we could see what was being done throughout the entire process. I would recommend to anyone, to use Action Roofing. Very professional and customer satisfaction focused. *** 2018- 1 year after having a patch done by them, had a different section get pulled up with heavy wind. Was going out of town the next day and a storm was coming in. Robert understood my situation and told me to go on out of town and he would take care of it. Really appreciated his assurance that it would get done and for me to not worry about it. The next day i got a phone call from him telling me it was fixed, had no worries for the rest of my trip. Good, fair, reputable and professional group. Will definately use them again.

*****2017-Had a major wind storm come in and when I got home I saw a 4 foot by 3 foot section of shingles missing. A thunderstorm was on its way in the next day. I called Robert at 6:30 am and got him on the phone and he came right out to look at it that morning. Gave me a fair price and jumped through some hoops to make sure it was fixed before the rain hit. Really appreciate the work and you can't tell that the section had been replaced at all. Additionally, Robert assessed the rest of my roof and advised of some problem areas that existed, but he didn't see any need at this time for a roof replacement. It's nice to have an honest roofer for a change.

We had some high winds damage a couple of shingles. Robert came out explained exactly what needed to be done and gave me the estimate. I had already made an appointment for another company to look at it as well so Robert told me it was better to give than to receive and left enough shingles to do the job as a gift. He was right; the other company wanted twice the amount Robert quoted just to come out to where we live. I called Robert back and the rest is history.

Robert gave us an estimate on repairing 2 leaky chimneys. He showed up when scheduled for the repairs and was done in the same day.
