Seth and Nicole are a husband and wife team that are very professional and customer service oriented.

Seth came out and inspected my roof, and then later met the insurance adjuster. Nicole handled everything on the back end and did not even have to deal with the insurance company beyond opening the claim.

They were both very responsive through the whole process and took the time to walk me through it and explain all the steps and options.

I had no idea what I was doing, but Seth and Nicole made the entire experience totally stress free.

Nicole and Seth from Achieve Roofing were great to work with. We had initially signed up to use a different roofing company that a few of our neighbors used but when we had delays and other issues with the other company, I reached out to Achieve instead.
We were having heavy rains predicted for the next few days after our initial call so Seth came with the crew to do an emergency repair on our roof to prevent further leaking and internal damage before we even signed a contract. That showed how much they truly care for their clients and just want to do what is best and right for you.
Nicole handled everything with the insurance company on our behalf which made it very easy on us. We needed supplements from insurance for additional work the claims adjuster didn’t find initially and they were able to work effectively with our insurance to get agreement to those additional claims.
It was a great experience and when the Texas storms come and damage our roof again they will be the first number we call.
