Extremely quick service and very professional! I called at about 8pm after a plumber said he couldn’t work on my bathroom until mold removal came. Had a quote by noon the next day and the work was done before 3 pm the same day.

They were very prompt in answering our call for help. They came over and gave us a great plan They did a great job of following through on the plan. Wouldn’t hesitate to call them again

I appreciated how fast we were able to get someone out to our house to handle the flood, but so far only 2 stars because we can’t reach anyone to get everything they ripped out put back together. We need flooring, drywall, baseboards and kick plates of the cabinets. Multiple messages to figure this out with no response. Come guys, not the ‘holding your hands every step of the way’ is not happening.

We had such an amazing experience working with total flood & fire. We had a broken pipe in our kitchen that flooded into our basement. Within a couple of hours, the team came out and began repairs. We ended up having to do a lot of repairs, and Shaun Castle came on quickly to manage the project. He was very experienced, efficient, and made us feel like a top priority. We are so grateful for how smooth and stress-free he made this project for us and would highly recommend him and this company to anyone!

Total flood and fire restoration recently finished a job in my home. This was my first experience of this kind. It took many weeks and I was certainly glad when it was complete. However, it was worth the time because the crews did a beautiful job. I’m so pleased with both restored bathrooms. Shaun Castle was especially responsive to my frequent texts and calls during the process. He was always pleasant, polite, and prompt to reassure me. It was great to work with him.

Total flood and fire was the worst call I ever made.. I needed a bio and reconstruction after my son passed away. Was not a huge job but I needed it done quickly.. I met with Nicole to go over project and talk insurance, fans, etc. she did a quick assessment and 2 young men came the next day to take out a small part of a ceiling and an entire floor (not needed) after calling for a week, I texted Brian and Killian with no response. Finally I stated that I needed to move on with another company.. I got a text back and was asked for meeting.. I again said I needed fast movement and the bio job was not complete.. they put a lock on the door and I never heard from them again, ever. I texted several times, different people, nothing! They completely abandon the job. I hired another bio company to finish the job and asked what they would have charged to do what was needed.. $2000. After I got the reconstruction done and put the house on market, I found they had put a lean on the house with trumped up charges of 5,935.76.. (I never got a bill or a conversation)I again tried to connect with Brian and Killian with no luck.. I wish I would have gone with the other company first.. this company took from my granddaughter’s rightful inheritance..

Jayce and Brogan are incredible! Very thorough. I love that they were cautious in the home and were very good at communicating. If your house gave you a fit, finish the problem with this company.

Total Restoration was great to work with. We felt very taken care of through the whole process. Jayce and his team were fast and thorough and Brian really had me feeling like I had an advocate on our side. I would use them again.

Total Restoration and Shaun C was very helpful and professional with damage and restoration to our home due to excessive snow loads, water infiltration, and interior damage to our home. From start to finish, the process was easy and smooth in work with TR, insurance, and getting things back to normal. If we need a restoration company again, Shaun and TR will be our go to.

As a property manager in SLC finding a vendor that is as reliable as this company was for the floods I have sent them is wonderful. Not only was Nicole spot on with all communications, but also getting with the insurance to solve the issues in a timely manner. Truley wonderful company to work with and would recommend them to any one needing mitigation/rebuild work.

Jace went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of during this messy time. He came out when it was convenient for me and that is very important service for me. I appreciate the time and attention.

This company doesn't like to disclose their pricing or give quotes. What they do like to do is send you a bill when everything is done and then say that there is a 15% mark up on the work if the bill is not taken care of within 10 days. They charge over $100 sq/ft to demo a place which is an absurd rate. When asked for any pricing they would not tell me anything over the phone. They like to take advantage of the situation and customer to get the most money they can out of someone's difficult situations.

The crew was careless and damaged multiple walls and cabinets when taking up the flooring which now are being fixed by me and not the company.

The workers also stacked wet rugs in the garage which made them bleed into each other and ruining every rug we had in the basement. When asking them to fix the problem they claimed that it was not their fault and they would do nothing for us for the $1700 worth of rugs that their crew ruined.

I could not talk to any management and was only given contact to younger kid that had no pull on the situation and was not helpful at all. They just want their money and will not help you out once their job is done!

I would give my experience and the price of service a 0- star and would never recommend this company to any friends, family, or clients.

I was very impressed with how timely and efficient Total Restoration was on completing the projects in my home. Shaun was awesome, and very easy to work with. He is very on top of things. I highly recommend this company and Shaun.

Brogan from Total Restoration is definitely the guy you want in your corner when dealing with a disaster in your home. There's the fact he tirelessly works to help assess and fix your problem as well as negotiate with the insurance company, however the biggest reason you want to work with this guy is that he's a truly genuine guy who really looks out for you and goes above and beyond to do what is right.

These guys were fabulous. They came into our home and worked their butts off. Made sure everything was done efficiently. They made sure to check each spot that was affected by the water, They even double checked before taking up the floor. Their lead man made sure to update me throughout the day and before they left they made sure to clean up. I would definitely recommend this company . I would not recommend water damage to get them there.

My family room and bedroom in my basement flooded and Brian and his crew were amazing. They showed up when they said they would. They were very polite and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Brian was exceptionally nice to deal with. We asked him to review a report that a tenant had obtained. He let us know exactly what the report meant and what to do to fix the problem. He helped us quickly and was easy to understand.

We had water damage from a leaking shower pan upstairs. Shaun was easy to work with and made sure all of the repairs got done.

Had a horrendous call—sewer backup in my basement apartment. 4” of category 3 poo and pee water had flooded my basement. I immediately called Brian and Total restoration. They were on scene immediately and mitigated the problem. Then over a few weeks we quickly got new flooring walls paint, and countertops and cabinets all installed. Really good communication and work between all the parties. Absolutely rocked it for me! Well done guys. Definitely recommend and I’ll be using you always and forever. Haha!

When my home flooded my insurance company recommended Total Restoration. I called and talked to Shaun. Within an hour Shaun's crew was there for the cleanup. About a week later they started the rebuilding. I have been out of town for a while so it was a little tricky to coordinate the work. That was my fault but Shaun made the process easy and communicated well. There were a couple small issues with the repairs but Shaun quickly got them resolved. Also, this was a fairly large project so some issues are expected. Shaun also worked with my insurance with all the details, this was very helpful. I hope I never need Total Restoration's service again, but if I do, I will be calling Shaun.

These guys were amazing. They mitigated and remodeled a flooded basement bathroom and bedrooms quickly and thoroughly. Every day they cleaned up before they left. They were polite, professional, and a pleasure to have in my home. The work they did was excellent. The man in charge, Shaun Castle, made everything seem so easy. I had a great experience working with Total Flood & Fire Restoration. We had a flood in our kitchen and our hardwood floors were ruined. They were professional and helpful and took care of the clean up and repairs right away. They also insured that the contractors did a professional job. Our hardwood looked great and you couldn’t tell where the damage had occurred. I worked with Shaun Castle for the repair portion. He was very friendly and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend working with him and the rest of the team.

So happy we found Total Flood and Fire when we did! We discovered we had black mold in one area of our home and needed to take care of it fast and correctly. Had a water leak in my house and had a friend recommend Total Restoration. I am so thankful they did! I called Brian and the same day I had him at my home assessing the damage, and later that evening there was a crew here tearing out the bathroom.

How good it is to have companies like Total Restoration; they immediately answered the call from my home insurance company and came immediately to help solve the problem. Trey and the guys are so nice, thanks for answering my questions and explaining the process of rebuilding the roof on my house.

Trey was great! He was clear in what they would do, polite and quick! I appreciated the care they took in putting down protection on my carpet and flooring, and the containment plastic to keep the nasty under control! Def recommend!!

When the water supply line to my toilet burst and flooded the house, my insurance suggested Total Restoration. My main point of contact was Sean. He was very helpful and helped me along the process. The demo and repairs went quickly without much issue. When the project was completed and the crew left, there were a few details that I noticed such as leftover tape that was forgotten about and painted over, and a light fixture that was not installed correctly. I pointed this out to Sean and he made sure to send the crew back to do the necessary touch ups and even came to fix the light fixture himself. Sean even called me once the project was over to address a possible overpayment and was able to fix that for me so I avoided overpaying. It is really nice working with a honest company and my home looks just like it it did before thanks to Sean, Steve, and Total Restoration!

Got up to turn the coffee pot on and stepped in water on the wood floor in the kitchen. I called my insurance agent and he told me about Total, Restoration. They came right out and gave me an estimate. What a shock you wouldn’t know what a little bit of water can do, however this had been leaking for sometime and we did not know it. It did not come out where we could actually see it or feel it until the floor was saturated. We lost the kitchen for 10 months, laundry room and two bathrooms. Brogan Darling came out and introduced himself as he was the person

Everything had to be removed from the kitchen, laundry room bathroom off the laundry room a month later I went down the basement and the ceiling in the bathroom was coming down the shower above it on the main floor. The pan had leaked and caused another water disaster. I called Brogan, and he came out gave us another estimate for the damage while they were working in the house. I noticed the ceiling above the fireplace had a watermark. The roof leaked. It was not Total, Restoration fault but Brogan Darling again came to our rescue and gave me a name of a roofer , he came out and gave us an estimate but snow was on the roof and it couldn’t be done at that time
In all we worked with Brogan for 10 months to get the house back in shape we had to order new granite all new new cupboards, new flooring new paint again Brogan Came to the rescue

Came home from a vacation and to my horror found my basement had flooded while I was gone. These guys were amazing to work with. Shaun in particular was so helpful—quick responses, super patient with questions, made sure all the right mitigation work was done properly and that repairs were timely and done right.

Do not use this company. We erred and used them when our home flooded. To help them, we paid the charges ourselves and were working with the insurer. Unfortunately, the insurer deemed their billings to be excessive and unreasonable. However, all they asked of Total Flood and Fire Restoration was documentation to help justify some of the costs. Having been paid already, Total Flood and Fire Restoration never responded to several requests. Bottom line, we are stuck paying their inflated and fraudulent charges. This company conveniently doesn't list a street address and calls are never returned. Buyer beware. I wish someone would have warned us about them.
