I came in and right away Julio helped me out! The customer service was outstanding!!!! Thank you so much Julio you are amazing, helped me with every single thing I needed!

Very helpful staff! A good selection of tools, paint, and everything else. My first place that I go to. Plus we love the popcorn and the kid shopping carts!

Nice workers and good store BUT something happened. I only saw one rack of gloves with limited selection, so I asked a worker if there was more selection. She told me that was all there was, and I was cold, so I made a subpar purchase. Later I found out they actually do have another isle with WAAAY better gloves. I even used my $5 off coupon on the subpar gloves. I’m going to TruValue next time

The staff are always helpful and friendly. Pleasant place with lots of items to get your project completed. Prices are a little higher then the big super stores bit supply and demand.

Helpful people, place seemed slightly over staffed on the day I was there. Building is much larger than it appears.

The staff at Ace in Burley helped us find an item that was in-stock but not out on the shelf. They were helpful and courteous, not grumpy that we asked for help like some bigger store employees. Ace IS the place for helpful hardware employees!

The staff is always helpful and friendly, today they even even called us back into the store before we left, because they found what we wanted, but at a cheaper price. They wanted to make sure we got the best deal! They are always amazingly helpful! And friendly! Very grateful to have a good hardware store with knowledgeable people!!!!

Love love Ace! My Cousin's and I went to a fun craft night at ACE; there was no cost to us for supplies and they had pizza for our dinner. They also gave out gift bags & there were lights & cleaning clothes & bbq cleaner and all sorts in the bag I received!! It was amazing!!
The staff at ACE each time I've been have always been extremely helpful. Helped me load huge bags of mulch in my car put down cardboard on my seats first and were brilliant!!

I have shopped here for a few years now the girls at the registers are not always the friendliest however the other employees throughout the store are the past few times I have been in there the girls at the registers have seen the nicer.
