We were very pleased with friendly, polite staff. Work was completed when promised and things were left clean. I would use them again.

Elite Restoration was quick to respond when I call. Had water damage in my basement. They cleaned it up and remodel the whole basement. Robert and crew did a very good job thank you guys. I will recommend Elite Restoration to anybody, Thank you.

Robert and his crew were excellent. They were always on time and did such a fantastic job on repairing the water damage in our wall and fixing and painting it you can't even see where it was. Robert always had a smile on his face and an excellent sense of humor. We would recommend Elite Restoration to anybody who needs their service.

Robert and his crew were apart of our job from beginning to the end. We had a massive flood and a complete mess. They showed up with in 30 minutes of or initial call. Clean up and water removed with in 3 hours. Tim helped me with all of my insurance questions and was extremely helpful. Communication was amazing! They always showed up when they said they were going to and called before they came. Elite made us feel like our job was a priority and listened to any concerns we had. Finish work was amazing. Thank you Elite for taking care of us during our flood !

Hired to do Mold testing and Radon testing. Both appointments were a no show on first scheduling. Then rescheduled, mold person showed only to find out I was lied to about why he was a a no show. . Test was done. Bill sent and paid. To date can not get paper copy of results of results. Radon still a no show. Called several times emailed several time. No response.

I was pleased with the gentleman that came and did the work for me.
He was very courteous and did a very good job.

Jose Aka Rob Espinoza came to my rescue on a situation that neither one of us had ever experienced . Rob was very professional and his communication through the process was remarkable. Rob is a very hard worker and he showed compassion .The hazmat team from Twin Falls were also very professional and hard working . The only complaint I had during the process was the sub contractors that came to help out, they were very unorganized and lazy . But thank you Elite crew for getting my business up and running again ,

Elite was very quick to respond to my water problem. They took care of the issue, water leak and black mold. Jimmy went above and beyond by rebuilding the kitchen sink cabinet. He did a beautiful job in doing so. It is better made than it was when we first purchased it. I am very pleased with the work they have done.

We had some dry wall repairs completed and were thoroughly impressed with Elite. Travis did our actual repairs and was wonderful to work with, he was prompt, professional and matched our existing textures perfectly. We would definitely work with them again.

Tim Shuck and his crew did a fantastic job for us! They were to us within the hour and pulled out all the wet sheetrock and insulation, and came back with equipment to get everything dried well to prevent mold. We enjoyed working with every one of their courteous and respectful employees, and highly recommend this hard working crew! Travis, Robert, James, Mac, and Cheyenne...you are a GREAT crew!! Thank you for taking good care of our home!

We loved working with Travis from Elite!! He was always prompt, professional, and did amazing work. We had a flood in our laundry room, and he not only fixed that room, but went above and beyond to help us fix other existing issues in other areas of our home. He answered every question we had throughout the process and was always here when he said he would be. Can't say enough good about Travis and this company! We'll definitely use them again!

As for the company I was disappointed with those that were supposed to be in charge. There seemed like a lot of time with nothing getting done, poor communication and then maybe a power struggle with 2 men who are no longer there. The stars are for the company as a whole.
They need to get more help and people who know their jobs and what they supposed to be doing their jobs.
I would like to thank Jimmy Frampton for all his help finishing my dads flood restoration. He was off the job for 2 months but when he came back he worked hard to get the project moving and completed. He stayed in contact with me every day for what would be happening and if there were changes he was good to work through them with me. They need to more people like him. Richard and Danny also helped to finish the job.

Jimmy did an awesome job getting the job done . He’s very professional and made sure to answer all my questions I had no matter what I asked lol. Thank you Jimmy would have back anytime in the future if anything happens again. Thank you.

James Frampton with Elite Restoration was great to work with. He cared about his work, took his time and was very clean and organized and very detail oriented. He communicated well, and kept me updated on the project. I would definitely have James come back and work in my home.

It takes a night sky full of stars, not just five, to commend Jimmy and his roofing job! Growing up with a father who owns a roofing business, Jimmy acquired the honesty and skills to actually meet the high standards he sets for himself. If time, materials, or circumstances do not allow for an excellent finish, he simply doesn't start the roofing job. Not only does he care about the quality of his work, he cares about the people living in the home he is roofing. He took time (and pictures) to show and explain the need to replace our deteriorating roof. He also shared with us the extraordinary challenges he faced on recent roofing jobs and the results of his hard work, much like an accomplished artist would share his masterpieces with admiring onlookers! Now, our roof is among Jimmy's "masterpieces!"

I've really enjoyed working with Travis Gerber from Elite. He's been working on tearing out some water damage, replacing drywall, and texturing in our basement. He has been easy to have in our home. He's super funny and easy to talk to. He's very willing to answer questions and help me figure out what's going on. When he says he's going to be there- he is! I would highly recommend hiring Travis.

Fast, friendly and very efficient. I enjoyed working with Tyler. He is very professional and worked extra hard to make this experience as pleasant and unintrusive as possible. Would highly recommend!

Noah was so nice and did a great job. He showed me the photos of his finshed job. I'm very happy about this work.

I live in small town Idaho 2 hours away from the company. They brought out trucks and cleaning crew and had my flooded basement drying in just a few hours. So greatly appreciated.

What a comfort these people are! After our garage fire, they were there and immediately took over the jumbled mess of clean up. Everybody here was a pleasure to work with, from the guy giving the quote to the secretary. Great customer service and respectful all around. They showed up right away to assess the project. Zach gave a quick and fair quote. Travis was always prompt and efficient and called every day to keep me posted on the progress and the next steps. These guys know how to get the job done!

Awhile ago we had a massive flood in our kitchen area. We called Elite Restoration for their assistance in resolving our flood issues. They were prompt, thorough and just absolutely amazing! This was not the only project that we reached out to Elite Restoration for. We had several upgrades that we made throughout our building and we used Elite for every one of them! They were very pleasant to work with, very attentive and answered all questions no matter what time of day it was! Some of us actually have Paul on speed dial! Paul was absolutely fantastic to work with! I would highly recommend this company and their team, Tara, ED for Highland Estates. Tawnya says "I love my new kitchen! It looks amazing!"
