Ace Hardware Blackfoot

I recently visited Blackfoot Ace Hardware, and I can confidently say it's one of the best hardware stores I've ever been to! The staff here are incredibly helpful and genuinely friendly. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and a willingness to assist.

The store itself is impressively clean and well-organized, making it easy to find exactly what you need. Whether you're a seasoned DIYer or just tackling a small project, the staff are knowledgeable and ready to offer advice.

Prices are high, but the hours are right. Ace has been open for us when we needed them and I really appreciate that. The staff is always friendly and helpful

I wish the Ace Hardware had more lumber and drywall and stuff like that in stock so I didn't always have to go to Pocatello home depot

I love going to ACE stores the people are always so helpful wouldn't go anywhere else for my hardware needs

We lived here long before this was an ACE, the guy at the counter was less than pleasant today. I mentioned that C-A-L ranch sells their hardware without having write down numbers, and he said well that’s C-A-L ranch go there. Well thanks for the advice I’ll just do that from now on.

Staff is very friendly and helpful, they've got lots of good deals and a good selection of things on clearance, overall it's a good hardware store

We needed a few items for our RV and are new to town, unfortunately they didn't have what we needed but we're extremely helpful in helping us locate everything we needed elsewhere and that is seriously some excellent customer service. We will be loyal customers from here on out.

Easy place to run into. The staff are always willing to point you in the right direction of what your looking for.

Great store when you need something. Only problem is when you need something no matter what it happens to be the Blackfoot ace hardware doesnt stock it, but Pocatello, Shelley and Idaho Falls always convieniently have it. Dont understand. Since I moved here to Blackfoot I still have to rely on other towns.

This is the cleanest most put together store that I've ever been to. I wish all of them were this nice!!

Always neat and clean and cus6er service is the best. I do find that some of the items I need are out of stock or very low or out of certain items. This location is still the best

They have a pretty good selection for a hardware store in Blackfoot. There are some things you’ll still need to go out of town for, but for basic items it’s a great choice. They do have some paint selections, but it’s a little small so you might be better off going somewhere else for paint. Everyone is always very friendly, but not the most knowledgeable about the products. You’ll probably need to google what you’re looking for rather than asking someone.

Ace is the place with the helpful hardware folks I really appreciate the team at the Blackfoot location they are awesome

Everytime we shop here the employees are kinda rude and unhelpful. You feel like a inconvience to the people working by even coming into the store; god forbid you have a question or need help. The prices aren't the best either. We only come here when we absolutely need to.

They have really expanded their selection and inventory since they opened a few years ago. Staff is helpful. Items are a little more expensive than big box chains but then again I'm not driving 40 minutes each way and paying $15 in gas to visit an orange or blue hardware store. Great local business addition to Blackfoot.

Nice selection and good Customer service had an issue with a lawn mower and they were very helpful getting me back going!

Apparently closes before their posted hours.
Stopped about 3 minutes to 9 to pick up some square bits for a playset I'm building and the doors had been shut off.
The guy behind the counter just looked on as he was leaning back against it. He definitely saw me.
I get it. They want to get out and rarely have customers at that hour. I've worked plenty of retail to know.
But it's frustrating to make the trip, knowing you're cutting it close(but can get in and out on time), only to find it's closed early.

The hidden gem of honey-dos in Blackfoot... Good variety.
Something new each time I go in, this time I found out that they have baseballs and softballs too.
Plenty of paint and electrical fuses today...
Good variety of padlocks
Decent variety of screw driver bits today.
