Ace Hardware - Mesquite, NV

Wide selection of items. I went in for a specific item and was happy to see there was a variety to choose from. I found exactly what I needed, and the staff was very pleasant.

Went in to grab a chair due to forgetting one to watch my son’s baseball camp here in mesquite… coming from northern Nevada..thought ace would be perfect… OH NO… this man that worked there followed me at the chairs and just stared at me until I chose one… how unprofessional and I was going to shop more but he made me HIGHLY uncomfortable… I bought the 110.00 chair and got out of that racist vibe store…. Gross

Very helpful and very considerate they don't only tell you where the item is they walk you over to it and see if they can help you with choosing I wish in Vegas there was more places like that

It's bad enough that it's the only option we have for certain items without driving 40 minutes to a nearby city, so they jack their prices up to an amount that makes it worth it to drive that 40 minutes, but also the customer service is horrible. Especially at the register. Talk about a "Karen". Ironically enough her name is Karen.
So, if you're unfortunate enough that you have to visit this store, and if Karen is at the register, BEWARE. she's a mean as she looks.

The staff reminds me of visiting an old friend with multiple personality disorder with each personality having multiple personalities. Been going here for a few years off and on and have experienced courteous, helpful and fun personalities to smug, eyeballing and sarcasm. It's just so damn funny because it's almost all those I've encountered. No consistent personalities , as I customer I prefer my sales associates personality disorder free when on the clock. Wait till your on your own time to have bipolar issues my late granny used to say.

The return policy at the Mesquite Ace Hardware is terrible. They make the packages extremely hard to get into and if they are damaged at all, you cannot bring it back for return and on top of That the two older ladies at the front were very rude and disrespectful. I won’t be going back again.

I recommend going in the evening when it is less crowded. Very helpful staff and they stock nearly anything you could imagine.

Always a great place to aquire quality material for any project. Staff is help and insightful. Usually have personal experience and insight into projects and are happy to offer help and suggestions to make the jobs easier.

What a nice little Ace Hardware store. It had a small town charm to it. There were two guys working there that were very helpful - almost 5 stars . It's just that on Sundays, they couldn't go to the yard to get what we needed. I'd definitely go here before going to Walmart.

This is a nice sized Ace, but very overpriced. The employees are friendly, but I found that when I asked for the simplest/least expensive item I was guided to something more expensive and then told that "Although this is cheap, it's not very good." When I looked on my own I found less expensive items and wondered why they hadn't shown me those.
Beware the low cost tool options. I bought a set of paint brushes only to have every one break. I was painting a small bathroom door, not fighting the forces of darkness, but they all snapped. It makes me leery of their other low cost tools.
On the plus side, everyone who works in the key department is awesome and they have the best key selection I've found so far. For everything else, there are better places in town to get what you need.

I loved this store! I wouldn't have guessed that a hardware store, which already has cool stuff because it's a hardware store, would have even more cool stuff, like wind chimes, yard furniture, handmade jewelry, and even ice cream!

Got some batteries and also a welcome mat, both of which I've needed for a while. Got help with both and was out in time to catch my bus.

I'm glad we have Ace Hardware.. I needed a phone case last week for my new pixel 7 phone, not a wrap around case but one I attach to my belt loop and slide my phone in and out of... Our local Walmart has nothing of the sort. I can Always rely on Ace Hardware to have so many products that many stores do not have. I rebuilt my wood fence and needed many parts that no one else had. Sure am glad they're in town, otherwise I would need to drive to Saint George Utah. That's 32 miles north.. A-Men for Ace Hardware..

Very good hardware and lumber also the goods you buy here may be little higher cost but still less then going to STG a 90 mile or more trip
The people at Ace Hardware are very friendly and always get you to the right product try that at the other store out of town

Found what. I needed but didn't find the appliance touch up paint maybe sometime when I won't need it but it's still my favorite hardware store
