If you need a HVAC company who know what they are doing I have to say 3Bears Air Conditioning are the ones for you..They are very professional, courteous, and reliable. It took many HVAC people and 2+ years for finding the problem we were having with maintaining the temperature with our new unit and they did it in less than 5 minutes... They also follow up with their work in 2 or 3 days to make sure everything is good and you are happy.

Great response time. Especially for the middle of summer. I'm very happy with the quality of the work and the ability to quickly troubleshoot and resolve the problem. Five thumbs up and 10 stars!!

Steve one of 3 owners came early to help fix my air-conditioning instead of Ricky at 1pm! Nicest man so thorough and fast kind man wonderful personality had me fixed probably 30 minutes! I'm scheduled for Sept maintenance and he'll go to my Attic heatpump when it's Alot cooler here in Mesquite NV, I got a nice bear hug from the nicest person he's so recommended him and all 3 of them, this review is ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐10 stars

3 Bears was amazing. We had an Appt for tune up on AC June 2nd. We turned AC on and found an issue they came same day no extra charge. Next day found the fan wasn't shutting off they returned promptly and fixed the issue no charge. Such great customer service!!

They came on time, installed mini split in garage, and explained how to operate it and how to clean filters. Professional from first call to installation.

Contacted 3 Bears to perform a preventative maintenance check over of HVAC system before summertime heat. Steve was very thorough in cleaning / checking out both the outside compressor & air handler unit located in the attic. When I made appointment, 3 Bears suggested I purchase a replacement whole house air filter on my own as I could probably buy it cheaper. Steve swapped filter out negating my need to climb up into attic. One excellent insight. Unlike previous experiences with HVAC services, I noticed Steve did not connect any gauges to check system pressures. He said he could, but each time a technician attaches gauges a small quantity of refrigerant leaks out. Over the course of several inspections, enough will be lost so that system would need to be recharged. Instead, he maintained left undisturbed no loss occurs. Should enough refrigerant leak out or be lost over time due to an equipment issue, system will no longer heat / cool as efficiently. When you notice that, then it's time to call for repair.

We had bids out to replace our heat pump/compressor/HVAC unit and 3 bears had the best offer with a better unit than other bids. They showed up on time, replaced whole unit, crane to put compressor unit on roof, removed exchanger unit and replaced, unit up and running in under 4 hours. Used cardboard to protect the floor, cleaned up after installation. Fantastic job, thank you 3 bears

Great installation and company. Highly recommend. Ricky and Trent were able to tell us how other local ac companies are not using nitrogen every time when soldering on installations. That is why our ac only lasted 8 years.

Excellent service. These guys took such good care of my 83 year old mother. They spent quite a bit of time diagnosing the problem with her AC, but would not charge her for the service call because he felt they were leaving her in the same situation. They gave me an estimate to repair it or replace and I chose the repair. They ordered the part and as soon as it was in, they went right over there and took care of it Even though they are busy right now getting everyone’s AC serviced for the summer, they were able to come out right away knowing that she was without air. I use them last year for my maintenance and I will be using them again at the end of the month. I would recommend them absolutely

My AC unit crapped out Sunday night, leaking freon everywhere. I called 3 Bears at 6am Monday morning, they came at 10 am to assist. My unit was 18 years old and I decided to replace it.

Our home in Mesquite is set up with a home digital thermostat that we monitor on our phones. We got notification that the temp had risen above the set high parameter. We asked out neighbor to check things out and indeed the temp was high. I had seen many good things about Three Bears and decided to give a call. This was on a Friday evening! They answered the call right away and through discussion we decided to make an appointment for the following Monday afternoon, as there was no real emergency at that point. I was surprised by a call at 7:20 am on Monday that they would be at my home shortly. They showed up did a check over, located a bad capacitor and did the necessary repair quickly. Great attitude, very professional and very responsive to needs. Cannot say enough great things about their attitude and service. Will for sure use them again as needed. So very refreshing. The installers were personable and professional. They came out without a callout fee to assess the problem and gave me an estimate, unlike another AC company. As a retired licensed HVAC contractor from So Cal I was able to purchase a mini split for my garage. However, at my age I can no longer do the physical labor or have the proper tools to install it. I saw the nice reviews of 3 Bears air conditioning. So I reached out them for help. I was so grateful that they were willing to install it for me at a fair price. Generally AC company's don't like to install customer provided parts. I am happy to join the long list of 5 star reviews for Three Bears! Just moved into a new house in Sun City and wanted a mini split unit for the garage. Received a recommendation for Three Bears and gave them a call. I have also noticed many positive reviews on Next Door for both sales and service.
Kent quickly came out to the house and gave me estimates for two different sized units. The bid from Three Bears had a unit that both heats and cools, a 10 year warranty and was in stock. I also received a bid from another company that was significantly more expensive.
Bottom line: it took only 8 days from first contact to an air conditioned garage.

Very good service and price is very competitive. Installation was great, job scheduled and they actually got me done two days early. I highly recommend them.

We had to replace our HVAC system. We got 3 bids, and 3 Bears Air Conditioning gave us the best price. They even did a temporary fix on our system to hold us over until they could come out and do the full job. Finding an HVAC company you trust is a challenge, especially when you’re not there to see what’s really going on. Last year my property management company sent Iceburg Heating and Air when the a/c began draining from the roof. They charged me to address the problem, but didn’t explain or show me what they did to remedy it. Then they tried to sell me a new system.

Fast forward to the end of June this year (less than a year since it had been serviced by Iceburg)and the a/c is draining from the roof again. This time I get 3 Bears.
Turns out, the system in the attic was sucking in insulation, etc and was clogged very badly as a result.

Ricky from 3 Bears took the time to explain what was happening, and sent me photos. He cleared all of the drain lines with nitrogen as well as the drain pan, then sent pictures of the work. He had to come back a second time to complete the work because it involved shutting everything off for a few hours and he didn’t want to inconvenience my tenants in triple digit heat while they were in the home.

Last year, after Iceburg quoted a new system at 10K, I called 3 Bears and got a quote for the same thing; it was significantly less. Then 3 Bears told me I didn’t need to replace it yet, just maintain it better. Sadly, I thought I had been paying to maintain it previously.
It is so easy to take advantage of a customer who is not on site - we have little choice other than to believe what we are told.

I am so thankful to have found 3 Bears. Their integrity is everything, and I hope that never changes.

Our air conditioner went out and of course it was 8 in the evening, the night before a holiday and 111 degrees outside. I called 3 Bears after remember hearing about them on Next Door. While something did need to be addresses (that is why we called them) when my husband inquired on other items, Steve said it could wait until next year.
