Ace Hardware - Silver City, NM

Usually hate Ace hardware stores but this one is different. The staff is great, many of them actually know a thing or two about hardware and the prices are fair.

I usually show up 10 mins before they close to frantically look for a tool or piece that I don't know the name and can't describe that well and they are always very patient and cool with me. Especially cause I get wide tracked with the awesome selection of soda as they are turning off the lights to close down. So cheers to Ace peeps for being cool with me.

This is an awesome Ace's. I wish I lived closer (was passing through); this would be my go-to hardware store.

Found what we needed with help from their attentive employees. They are always positive, polite, and helpful. Good product selection. Love the organic creams and the knick knack section.

Ace, the employees are very helpful. When you ask questions they try to explain it the way they can to you. That's where I mostly do my shopping for household equipment.

This is a large hardware and garden center. Lots of associates to answer questions and direct customers to product locations.

They have more items that people would get at a hardware store then another place in silver city. Big staff,friendly and helpful.

I rode my bicycle from the RV park here to purchase several items. While walking through the store looking for another item I was approached by a large rude woman who demanded I leave my backpack at the front counter. She even refused to let me get the one more item. I immediately dropped some of the things I had in my had and reluctantly purchased the one item I had to have. I have had a bad attitude towards this store since. I go anywhere else that might have what I’m looking for or order online.

Great place for hardware and tools! Excellent staff! They bend over backward, so to speak, to make sure you get the item or information you're looking for, in the case that they might not have the item that your needing.

Ace is the place. I get all of my paint,hardware ad even cleaning supplies there. Always greeted by friendly sales associates

Service was bad I walked it and saw me having trouble finding something and didn't ask if I need help

They are always helpful, and if they don't know something, they're not afraid to ask someone to solve the problem/mystery

Employees are always pleasant and smiling and very helpful. They also have reasonable prices. It is a very clean, pleasant place to shop.
