I love my new windows! Mady and her crew were diligent in putting in the windows. Their work was done efficiently and quickly. Their attention to every detail of the installation was quite professional. I was very happy with the speed in which the measurements were done and with the time it took to get the windows. I would recommend Silver Windows to anyone.

We recently had 4 large windows replaced by Silver Windows Etc. Their installers (Mandy, Miguel and Joe) were extremely professional and thorough, as well as friendly and responsive to any questions we had. They did a meticulous job of moving all our things away from the windows, covering them with protective cloth and plastic, and then when they were done, replacing everything back to where it was and cleaning the area where they'd worked. The new windows look great; we couldn't have asked for a better crew and final product.
Also, working with the office staff was a breeze; again very professional, and always kept us posted of the progress of our order. Everything happened in a timely way, including the installation crew showing up when they said they'd be here.
We approached Silver Windows after getting a rave review from our neighbors, who also recently had some windows replaced by them.
We highly recommend Silver Windows Etc, as well as the Jeld-Wen brand of windows they carry.

Had new windows and a sliding glass door installed and a foam wrap and synthetic stucco job on my house. All of the crews from the window install crew to the stucco guys were very knowledgeable as to what they were doing. Very respectful and easy to get along with.
I will recommend them to anyone.

We can't praise the work high enough. And what a difference in keeping the indoor temp more comfortable with the double planed window glass !

Last summer silver windows replaced all windows in my Santa Rita mine house. The installation process was quick and premises were cleaned up inside and out. Design of replacement windows maintains appearance and protects building structure. The double pane windows improved insulation and reduced outside noise. Don’t know why I put off window replacement. Sure appreciate the friendly staff and choices offered. And the cost was very reasonable.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting four hard working guys that helped move my friend from Silver City to Las Cruces . They were kind, respectful, responsible and extremely hard workers. They went above and beyond and we greatly appreciated them. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs help moving . Thank you guys so much .

Had a great experience in getting kitchen cabinets from Silver Windows Etc. I needed a customized solution to replace original 1949 built-in cabinets in my bungalow, and the team measured, offered good advice, paid attention to my budget, delivered and installed the cabinets. Good communication throughout! Exceeded my expectations.

Excellent customer service! The owners really take their jobs seriously. And top-of-the-line products. Their cabinets just can't be gotten at a big-box store. It may be a similar product from the same company, but the big-box cabinets just aren't the same. Much poorer construction and no warrantee! This IS! my cabinet and window store.

James gave good advice and quotes on new French doors I’m looking to get. Great prices, can’t wait to meet more about the French doors and get some ordered soon.
