My experience with this company was great! My furnace stopped working. I called their service late afternoon on Friday and left a message. He promptly called back and said he was going to be in my area on Saturday with multiple repair jobs scheduled and would try to get to me. If he couldn’t fit me in, he wouldn’t be in my area again until Wednesday or Thursday and would schedule an appointment. Well, much to my surprise, he called on Saturday and said he would be here at noon! He did a full assessment, found the problem and repaired the furnace. He was well prepared and had the parts necessary to fix the problem. He worked quickly and kept me informed at all stages of his work. I’m a very happy customer and would highly recommend this business!

Yes, Joe and Brianna are stand up folks that do what they and say what they do. They stand behind their warranties and they are both VERY pleasant, friendly and professional ppl. Don't feel uneasy about hiring them because they do NOT disappoint! I will absolutely hire them again to fix my trailer!

We are so excited to have had Joe and Breanna of Sundry RV Mobile Repair and Inspection install our rather robust solar system for our 2018 Solitude. They were professional, thorough and explained how things worked in way we could understand. We are full timers who wanted to be able to live as if we’re plugged into 50 amp. We’ve learned so much from the experience, ex: ‘You can’t judge someone’s system by their roof alone, the answers lie inside.’ Not only do we have 3,000 watts of power generating ability on our roof, our battery bank has roughly 24,000 watts of power storage! We’re currently in AZ in December and keep the heat on 60 overnight…oh, and by the way they also fixed our heat when it went out.

We have a residential refrigerator and we watch TV every night. We bump the heat up a bit in the morning and after making coffee the solar has only dropped to about 83%. Once the sun comes up it begins charging again. We love being able to check our usage and battery bank with our Victron Mobile app or at the panel inside our rig.

Finally! I have been having problems with the solar integrating with the AC in my horse trailer for almost a decade. I've taken it to several different repair shops with very mixed results. Sundry had my electric, plumbing, door handle and several other smaller problems sorted out in just a couple of hours The scheduling and repair process was very easy and they are great people to work with.

Joe responded in a timely manner. Joe was thorough, efficient, honest, and very friendly. Brianna was helpful and courteous on the initial phone call. We highly recommend this team.

They diagnosed our issue over the phone, called the maker, ordered parts, expedited the shipping, booked our appointment, showed up on time, quickly and professionally fixed the black tank valve, tested it and voila GOOD TO GO! Sundry RV repair came out to my camper today to help me with AC issues. We still have another appointment we’ll have to set up, but they diagnosed, explained everything well to me, and are real, honest humans. We had a defective GFI, this no outlets in our trailer worked. We called as driving towards Silver City, NM and made an appointment with Sundry RV Repair. A few seconds after we drove into the Walmart parking lot, Joe drove in as well. Very professional, very polite, very skilled. Joe fixed our problem and checked all the other outlets as well. 100 percent satisfied with his service. We highly recommend Sundry RV Mobile Service. We had a leak in our RV hydraulic system and Joe spent almost 2 hours inspecting the lines running under our RV to be sure all hose leaks were found. We were so pleased with his work and professionalism, that we’re having him take care of a few other things before we leave NM and head east.

Sundry is honest and prompt in diagnosing and repairing problems. Our problem turned out to be operator lack of memory. Corrections made. Fully expected to be billed at least a service call. He would not bill me. If I am ever near his service and need any RV service, he gets my business!

We were spending last nite in Deming when discovered we couldn’t get hot water. Since planned to go to SilverCity the next day we called Sundry. They squeezed us in for shortly after we checked in. Joe was great! Very skilled and knowledgeable. We had a broken cable on our slide-out. We also were under a deadline to move from our site. Joe made time for us, rearranged his schedule and got us on the road. Excellent communication throughout the whole process. The cable was a tough replacement, but Joe persisted. He also took some of my suggestions on how to solve a pretty snarled up situation. Very impressive. I'd definitely use his service again.

We called and within 3 hours they were here and he was extremely knowledgeable about what he was doing. He was able to fix our problem so that we could continue our trip.

I absolutely recommend Sundry RV.

These people are amazing. I had a thermal runaway in my battery bank compartment. The damage was extensive, like over 11K in damage/loss. When Joe walked into my motorcoach with his volt meter in hand, I could sense by the speed at which he moved around testing things that he knew what he was doing and had seen and done it before. I started to realize I got real lucky finding these guys. They didn't treat me like we're going to sell me a bunch of components and batteries, install them, collect their money and be on their way.
I was so impressed and pleased by their thoroughness. First, they got really dirty and removed all the melted components. Then Joe and his wife, Brianna, scraped out all the melted paint out of the battery compartment scrubbed it clean and we let an ozone machine run all night long to mitigate the burnt plastic smell. Then Joe worked closely with me in purchasing new replacement components and new battery bank. He was always eager to let me know my options. I never felt like he was trying to upsell me on anything. They did excellent work and I sensed that they were challenged to make it as good as new.

They are really special people and if you are lucky enough to have them work on your RV then you will see what I mean.

Joe has worked on my solar panels, adding an additional air conditioner unit , remodel my bathroom, vanity, and more. I had an electrical problem on my 5th wheel and just knew I would be waiting forever for a tech and would be paying through the nose for repairs.
BUT, I was very pleasantly surprised that Joe could come right out (45 mins away!!) and his rates were very reasonable!!
He was very thorough in his diagnosis, and very thorough (but quick) in the repair.
