From start to finish great service. Friendly people on the phone when I talked about the cedar planks that needed to be installed in a high ceiling. Michael arrived and after assessing the job got right to work. Did a good job of checking with my on decisions. Did the job efficiently and cleaned up the site so it looked better than when he came. I recently had some work done to my bathroom. Ace was really helpful and very quick to respond and knowledgeable about how to handle my project. My technician, Maggie, was great and communicated every step of the way about the progress of the project and gave helpful tips about how to take care of the new products that were installed. The team is very professional & courteous. They are very attentive to my request, always look for feedback to improve their work, and improve the customer’s experience. When they realized that I was not 100% satisfied with the result, they acknowledged and offered to re-do the work; and the end result was much better (picture here is the sculpture they hung for me). We also had some miscommunication but the team handled the situation very professionally which I greatly appreciate. They indeed stand by their work & their words.

They came out did an estimate, the estimate was fair and the cost of the estimate went towards the job I purchased, good company great guys, would recommend.

Ace Handyman Services was great. They responded quickly with an estimate then scheduled the service for that week. Nathan installed the track curtain rod system perfectly. He was on time and was easy to communicate with. They called after the job to be sure I was satisfied. I’ll definitely schedule them for my next project.

Brian was on time, pleasant and finished the job in less time then the estimate. I would use this service again.

I recently had some demo, clean up, and haul away work done by Ace. It was a great experience. They were able to schedule the work for 2 days later. The laborers, Torch and Brian, were fast and competent with the work but also very personable. The job was completed quicker than they estimated and the pricing was very fair. The owner, Nanda called and stopped over to check on the progress and I was kept informed as tasks were being completed.

Our handyman, Brian, did a great job! Brian was very nice, kept us informed, and had a creative resolution to a problem that arose. The owner and staff were great to deal with, even though this was a small job.

I had a lot of small tasks to complete:
1. Patch drywall
2. Install new shelves
3. Install a new doggie door (my puppers grew up )
4. Fix my handrail
They fixed it all and under time! They even refunded me for the 30 minutes that wasn’t used.

Looking for dependable, senior-friendly general handyman service for my mother to assist with small and large tasks. Nanda and Brian were very helpful and approachable. Nanda went above and beyond to ensure my mother was happy with her service. I will definitely reach out to them again for future tasks.

I tried this and had a bad experience. Of the 3 tasks I requested be completed: 1 is functional but looks terrible, definitely not a professional job. I’ll likely have to redo it. 1 was only completed partially, so now I have to buy all the same tools/materials and complete the job myself, and 1 the guy didn’t have the part so he couldn’t do it. And it was very expensive - 160/hr + 80 just for showing up + materials. During the process I learned a couple key logistical issues that set this type of service up for failure: they don’t come see your house beforehand so the handyman shows up blind basically; and the handyman called me the night before the appointment to learn about the job over the phone and try to get parts for it that night. I think this resulted in the purchase of whatever was available in that moment, which is part of the reason the one completed job looks so bad and one of the jobs couldn’t even be attempted. Finally, keep in mind you aren’t paying for a job to be completed, you’re just paying for X hours of time. After those hours are up, they don’t care what state the job is left in. Very bad experience, I would never use again.
