The roof access of our building came open during the heavy rain and wind causing the interior walls and floors to get wet. Paul and his team made it out the same day we called and had fans and dehumidifier out shortly after inspecting the room. It was pretty cool to watch them use the equipment measuring the area, notating what was still wet and dry, even though everything looked dry. In my opinion their fast response prevented a costly event and mold issue. Thank you!!!

They set up fans and dehumidifiers to dry out the area and prevent any further damage. My wife and I worked with Ace recently after a small house fire, and we were very happy with the whole experience. We have never had to deal with a house fire or the insurance claim process that comes with it, but Paul and his crew made this as pain free as possible.
Specifically, we were impressed with their professionalism and Paul's knowledge over all things fire repair; they were on top of all steps throughout the process including the insurance process and made everything easy through good communication and project management/execution. They worked hard to stay on schedule and get us settled back into our home as quickly as possible.
Jerome especially stood out as he was the main guy doing a lot of the work; I felt confident in his genuine desire to do quality work, be trustworthy coming in and out of our home, and also in his genuine concern to look out for our best interest as the homeowners with the final product that was delivered.
We are very happy with the work that was done.
Above all else though, I want to say that the office manager, Kate, was really the star of the show in terms of our experience. Her communication and efforts in being our main hub for any info or contacts or anything that needed to happen next made it very easy for me and my wife and gave us assurance and confidence in the process. She was super on top of her role and representation of Ace, and it was her work that easily sealed the deal for 5 stars.
We absolutely recommend Ace should you ever find yourself in need of their services.

Although this company was very fast in responding to my bathroom water damage, three specific incidents are the reason for this low rating.

First, the owner assumed I would be using his company to do the repair work but would not give me a written estimate, despite me asking him for one three times.

Second, when his crew cut the lower foot or so of the sheet rock on one of my walls, they cut right across the middle of an open Jbox that had LIVE, exposed, and uncapped wires which I had no idea was there and no one from the company told me about this fire hazard. Several days later, when an estimator from another company for the repair work saw it, he immediately identified it as a safety hazard and when he tried to separate the wires to alleviate the immediate hazard until I could get an electrician out to fix it properly, the wires popped, sparked, and smoked.

Third, the owner of this company failed to remove the bathroom vanity and sink that they moved to my back yard after taking it out of my bathroom-it remains in my back yard to this day, despite my repeated requests for him to do so and despite that my insurance company's payment to him included its removal.

Overall, I would not use this company again.

I can't say enough good things about this company! First, they responded promptly to mitigate water damages, and then they were the interface between me and the insurance agent. The owner and crew of Ace Flood Response & Construction were respectful, prompt, and capable. They were good listeners and communicators, offering suggestions to help make the reconstruction project run more smoothly. I would definitely hire them, again!

I called ACE Flood Response in a bit of a panic after a DIY bathroom renovation went horribly wrong. Not only did they walk me through how to shut off my water to stop the flooding, they showed up super fast to assess damage and begin the dry out/repair process.
They also communicated with me throughout the entire process, allowing me to give input on replace products, but also giving me solid and experienced advice. We had some dry wall work done and couldn’t be happier. We were able to get a quote quickly and schedule the work right away. The crew was super considerate and friendly while working in our home and made sure to leave it clean when they finished the job. Great workmanship and experience. Had a flood. Dry out came immediately and had it dried out within days. Worked with subcontractors to ensure everything was being done correctly which included content manipulation flooring removal and install along with baseboards. I felt listened to and everything was explained to me clearly. Had a very smooth project from start to finish. I highly recommend this company.

They were really fantastic about mitigating our mold problem that stemmed from a slow leak underneath the dishwasher. They did an excellent job repairing the hardwood even though the new hardwood didn't have the same application. Highly recommend these guys !!

My hot water tank had been slowly leaking for a while before I finally noticed it. When I called this company, the owner himself came out to assess the damage. Paul was very upfront front about the process and explained what my insurance company would likely cover, so there were no surprises which was a huge relief. He was able to get a crew of techs to my house right away and sealed off the damaged areas so that no other area in the house got messy at all. They had to remove some flooring and cabinets but by the time it was all put back together it looked like it didn’t even happen. Glad I chose these guys and would highly recommend them.
