Ace (formerly Titan Roofing) redid my garage roof and gutterboards, as well as removing rotted wood on the house and replacing with basic white metal fascia. They got it all done in one day and it was fun chatting with them at the end of the day when I got home from work. Very polite work crew. All the work has been great ~4 years later. They are my go-to now for exterior work. I am actually having them bid a siding replacement for this summer. Jacki's communication is top-notch.

I called and set up an appointment for a free estimate. They came and gave me a quote and I got the repair done. The only thing I am dissatisfied with is that there base fee for any repair starts at $399. I learned my lesson and should have asked if they have a minimum price for work done and shopped around for other quotes before getting the work done. I had a small job to fix some siding on my house and thought it would have been a simple cheap fix.

ACE estates roofing & exteriors is worth every penny. They're so easy to communicate with, specifically Victoria. She was very prompt with responses and made the decision to choose this company for my new gutters very easy. The price was right and the two men that came out for the job were very professional and very clean. I definitely recommend them and will be in touch for my kitchen remodel in the near future.

Though my porch project was comparatively small, the workmen took their time to not only solve the water runoff problem, but to make it look aesthetically attractive. I was very pleased with their services.

ACE just finished the roof replacement on my townhouse. The process was painless and very straightforward. I was given the complete breakdown of the work and process from start to finish up front and it unfolded exactly as was explained with no hiccups. The owner sent me photos of the job while it was in progress and again once complete as I was at work for the duration of the roof placement. I thought that was a nice touch. Victoria and Jacki both were very helpful and answered all of my questions throughout the process before and after I signed the contract. Their quote was competitive with all of the others that I received in the area and once I got approval from my HOA for the shingle color they got me on their schedule quickly (within 10 days) and the roof placement took just one day to complete, very happy with their work.

Being a small business owner in the construction industry my expectations are high. Also as a business owner I understand the kinks that come with the territory. I needed to get a roof for my grandmother’s home and dreading the process. I had contacted a few companies from the web and was just overwhelmed with the BS that came from most of them. Some folks were just throwing numbers out there. So I said, “Let me change my approach”. One of the most common things among roofers was the offer of a GAF warranty. So I went to the GAF site and found there recommended roofers. From there I narrowed my roofers down. What got me at first with Ace Estates were the communications and the willingness to talk about what I needed. So we picked ACE Estates. The process was pretty smooth with a few bumps. Had a chance to communicate with Jackie the owner about some small issues and she took care of them all. They went above and beyond with making me feel good about the service they were providing. I believe the roof looks awesome and will last for some years to come. Their pricing was competitive and just all out fair and right in range in what I believe it should have cost. It seems as if most roofers in Pittsburgh are just attempting to gouge people. After the roof was completed we hired Ace to repair a missing soffit fascia piece, they did and great job on that. We will be using them again in the near future.

Requested estimates from multiple outfits for some roof work. Ace Estates was by far the quickest to respond and came in with the most reasonable quote for the desired work without trying to upcharge me on unnecessary repairs. I was very pleased with the result of the job.

Later, I reached out seeking some information on some additional repairs and they responded promptly and went above and beyond with their customer service.

I had Titan Roofing come to my home in December 2018 to estimate a repair for a leak in our gable vent and bay window. The estimator communicated well and even pointed out how he would go about fixing the issues I was having. I was impressed at the time, and after receiving a quote, I decided to move forward. My job was scheduled for March 2019. A week before the job, I got a call from Jake (who was with Titan Roofing LLC at the time, and yes I have the emails so please don’t deny it). Jake stated he fired the estimator and didn’t think I needed a new gable vent. He even said, “if this leaks after I’m done, I will install a new gable vent for free”. I was skeptical, but due to the last minute nature of this, I decided to proceed. Never have I seen such poor communication. They were supposed to arrive at 10 am. They didn’t arrive until 7 PM! I took the day off just to be there. When they got there, they tore a bunch of the wood off, made a mess, then left. The next day, I didn’t get a call until noon. Jake said that he would be out in the afternoon. He replaced some of the wood, but instead of using the trim boards I gave him, he patched together a bunch of boards that he had torn off the house. The trim above our bay window is now three different boards with a bunch of caulking filling the joints. It looks horrible. Unfortunately, I wasn’t there at the time, but my wife was and she paid him. What a crook. When I got home, I couldn’t believe how bad the job was. Trash everywhere, and the craftsmanship was awful.
I called Jake, but no answer. I then texted him. To my surprise, he responded. He said the caulk will look fine once I paint it. I told him he should have used the wood provided and that I would like the random pieces removed. He said he would do it for another $150. I told him absolutely not. He finally said he would come out and remove the random boards but I would be on my own to replace it. His words were “we’re friends now brother, and I like to Jag with my buddies.” Whatever. I really didn’t want him doing any more carpentry anyways.
Jake never returned. I spent the better part of a day cleaning up nails, wood and other items from my lawn. I also had to clean off caulk from my deck that he must have stepped in and subsequently tracked everywhere. After a few weeks, I decided to cut my losses and go with another company to properly fix the issue. The window continued to leak and I just couldn’t trust this company to properly fix it.
Please, do yourself a favor and avoid this company.

The job was completed in a period of 1 1/2 days in between rain storms. The crew was professional, polite, cleaned the job site completely and gave us a beautiful new roof. We're most appreciative of their work and the results. We are delighted we chose Titan Roofing and would recommend them highly to anyone in need of a new roof installed to the highest standards.

Titan came through when others did not! Did a fabulous job on my new 3d roof, gutters & fascia! They followed up after the job was completed to see if I was satisfied with their work , which I appreciated.

DO NOT TRUST TITAN ROOFING, Jake Finley the owner of Titan Roofing is a compulsive liar, he will cheat you for every dollar that he can. Titan Roofing employees drink beer and hard alcohol when they are on the job and when they drink they get very rude and disrespectful. When they said they were done with the job, I noticed that the shingles on the roof were not straight the way they be.I called Jake and when he looked at the roof he said that the roof didn't look that bad because only 3 rows were crooked. The truth is the roof looked ridiculous. Jake said if he fixes the roof then he is going to charge another $600 dollars, I told him that I didn't have any more money to give him. Jake did not fix the terrible job that his drunk employees did . Three weeks later when it was raining, water was leaking into my house, I then had to call another roofing company to fix my roof. They did a great job and they only charged $ 450 dollars. They said that they have heard stories about Titan Roofing, they said Jake Finley is very dishonest to customers and he is known to be a disrespectful, very rude and ignorant alcoholic. DO NOT TRUST TITAN ROOFING.

Kept pushing back the appointment then never showed up. I just needed a few shingles replace. Maybe the job is too small if so then shouldn’t set up the appointment, bad business! I live in my house over 20 years, will need a new roof soon. No Titan Roofing on my list!

Can't recommend them enough!! I am a Realtor in the Pittsburgh area and was days away from a closing when I received a last minute change from the bank about a document regarding a roof repair that was done at the condo I sold to someone. I got the request in the morning and needed to have an inspection document by a licensed roofer by that afternoon or the closing wasn't happening as planned. I called multiple companies and Titan was the only one who returned my call promptly and was able to help. I called them at 10am, Jacki called me back 10 minutes later, and I had a (super friendly) team at the condo by 11am and my letter that afternoon!! I was so impressed with how they accommodated such a last minute request. They saved me from having to postpone my closing. I am forever grateful! Great work guys! I'll definitely use this company again for future transactions!

From start to finish, these guys were amazing! My insurance company was giving me a hassle about getting the entire roof replaced, but Jake’s team sprung into action and, within a couple days, had the situation resolved and the insurance company agreed that the entire roof needed replaced. I barely had to do anything at all.

If that wasn’t enough, they were able to get to my roof in less than a week’s time, and had the entire job done start to finish in about four hours. I personally inspected the finished product myself, and there was absolutely no workmanship sacrificed for speed, the roof turned out amazing. In short, I Found the only roofing company I will ever use again.

I replaced my roof in February 2018. They were a great company to work with. Jacki was great with promptly answering all of my questions. The roof was good quality and done quickly. Most of all, they honored their original quote and did not charge us more for the additional square (I.e. misestimated the roof size).

Jake, Jackie and the Titan Roofing Company are top-notch. The roof over our master bath was leaking with water finding it’s way in near the vent. Several people had been out, sealing next to the vent, but it kept getting worse and we decided it was time to replace the roof, which was what everyone told us would need to be done. I had 3 companies come out and give me estimates. Titan roofing was the middle quote, but they were all fairly close. We decided to go with Jake based not only on price but on my impressions of him when he came out for the quote. The roofing team was great, they did the work in one day as promised (we were only replacing the roof over an addition) and cleaned up everything before they left. The roof looked great. The first time it rained I was so happy that there was no leak, however, the next time it rained, the roof leaked. I called Jake and he sent someone out very quickly to look at it. We went back and forth for months, with Jake trying different things, and me calling after a rain to say, “sorry that didn’t fix it”. Finally, it was decided that the only way to fix this problem was to cut a hole in the bathroom ceiling to see where the water was coming from. Jake had his interior person, Tim Smith come out and remove part of the ceiling and then one of the roofing guys came out. Turned out the leak was not from the roof but from an old box gutter which was not properly closed when the previous owner but on an addition. Titan sealed this up and the leak is fixed. Tim came back out and fixed the bathroom ceiling – you can’t tell the ceiling was repaired. Jake never gave up on us, he covered the bathroom ceiling work and returned some of our money, even though the problem turned out not to be the roof he replaced. I’d recommend Titan Roofing to anyone and we will be calling them when we need to replace the roof on the main part of the house. For interior work I’ll be calling Tim. If you need roof work done, call Titan Roofing, they will help you and they don’t give up.

I called Jake and needed a quick repair immediately. He was quick to answer all of my questions and came out the same day!!! It was a life saver and we really appreciated it. He was more than kind and helpful and we will be using him for all our future needs. Highly, highly recommend.

Great experience with Titan roofing. Received quote quickly after they came out to take a look. Reasonable price and were able to fit my project in their schedule within a few weeks. Proactive communication throughout from shingle selection to shifting timing due to weather. Work was complete in a day and my yard was quickly restored back to normal - dumpster removed promptly. I highly recommend.

I asked Titan Roofing for an estimate to fix a roof leak. A young man looked at my roof and told me what could be done. The next day I got the estimate in the form of an email advising me to get a new roof. They gave me no estimate for a fix. Instead they wanted at least $9000 for a new roof, not including other problems that could be found when the old one is removed. I do not want, nor can I afford, a new roof at this time, which is why I asked for one area to be fixed...the area where the leak is. I guess they don't want the 'small' jobs. Nobody called me to discuss what I want/need. I just got the email....poor business practice. Had they called to discuss, fixed the leak & done a good job, I would probably have had them do the entire roof when the time comes.

Titan Roofing was everything I could have hoped for in a roofing company. Super professional, reasonably priced, and they do the entire roof in one day. Jake was a great guy and genuinely cares about the satisfaction of his clients.

Extraordinary company with excellent service! When the snow storm on its way, I was vey worried about my roof problem and called for help. Due to the extreme weather, I was told the schedule is fully booked. However, the company owner Jake Finley made a home call to Butler and repair the roof himself!
I vote for this company 5 stars anytime.

They did an incredible job! Me and my fiancé are extremely happy with their work! They got to my house first thing in the morning, on time and started working. Without any breaks they finished our roof (with two tear offs) in 1 day! Extremely impressed by this company and I would recommend them to anyone that needs a new roof or even repairs!

Perfectly done, if there was a problem he was right there indefinitely as fast as possible. His Wife Jacki, has the best customer service over ever notice. She is very Tentative. She will always forgive you in the schedule. As far as the roof goes. I am very satisfied. It was done very very quickly. Was not a bother at all. The crew tiitan has have manners as well and you don't find that to often anymore. Very good group of people, and a fantastic company I'd recommend to anyone.

Titan roofing was the only reliable roofer or contractor that replied to my calls & got me on their schedule fast. We had a leak and ended up replacing the whole rear roof and they did it all in one day plus more repairs. Great service!
