Ace Auto Glass - Hilo

Kelton could not have been more attentive, responsive and diligent in getting my vehicle repaired after a rock blew out two windows. For someone that commutes an hour each way, Kelton was a life saver. Many mahalos.

After waiting for a windshield to fit my Toyota Yaris since November last year, I called Ace Auto Glass and these folks came through for me and did an excellent job too.

Kelton is great! Service, quality of new windshield install was top tier. Very pleased, they even checked my sun roof to make sure it was draining correctly. A must on Hilo side. Great place!

My husband went and put a down payment on a glass, they needed to order the glass. We had to call them repeatedly to get them to remove the original glass. When came time to put the new glass in, they didn’t show up. The boss said the workers left early. Left early??!! Wow! Who’s the boss?? That was on a Friday. They’re closed on the weekends. Now they saying they’ll be there on Monday around 10am. We’ll see. Not happy with Ace Auto Glass.

First time I went they were fabulous....5 stars! Thought I needed a complete windshield gasket. They fixed my problem and saved me a ton, but now I can't even get them to answer the damn phone....tried for a half an hour to speak to a person......30 minutes damn minutes!! Hows that for customer service???

You know, I didn't go with them only because of budget, Jen was pleasant, informative, never pushy and just so ready to help attitude! If wasn't a budget thing, I'm there! Check them out!

These guys are professional and did an amazing job on my truck. They were also timely about getting it done. Only reason they do not get 5 stars is because they are very difficult to reach on the phone. The addition of a receptionist would make it a perfect 5 star business! They were also the most reasonably priced auto glass place I called, might be associated to the lack of a receptionist.Thanks for the great work!

Very helpful and friendly. Didn't charge me extra even though he ran into unforeseen problems and had to go find a part that wasn't part of in his estimate. Nice guys, and they've got hustle. Highly recommended.
