What Users Like The Least

We had to call them repeatedly to get them to remove the original glass.
Now they saying they'll be there on Monday around 10am. We'll see.
I can't even get them to answer the damn phone.
They were also difficult to reach on the phone.
The addition of a receptionist would make it a perfect 5 star business!

Unfortunately, my truck's rear glass was broken at Home Depot, and I needed a new power slide replacement. Ace Auto Glass in Hilo provided the best quote and excellent service. They ordered the glass and completed the installation in less than two weeks. The Ace crew was very professional, and I highly recommend them for all your auto glass needs.

This is THE place to go for auto glass repair. After calling all other options on the island, Ace was the fastest and most affordable option. Their customer service is exceptional, and they are very reliable. They call you back, they don't change their initial quote, and my repair was done very quickly. Thanks to Kelton and Jen for making this experience so easy!

Kelton is great! Service, quality of new windshield install was top tier. Very pleased, they even checked my sun roof to make sure it was draining correctly. A must on Hilo side. Great place!

My husband went and put a down payment on a glass, they needed to order the glass. We had to call them repeatedly to get them to remove the original glass. When came time to put the new glass in, they didn’t show up. The boss said the workers left early. Left early??!! Wow! Who’s the boss?? That was on a Friday. They’re closed on the weekends. Now they saying they’ll be there on Monday around 10am. We’ll see. Not happy with Ace Auto Glass.

First time I went they were fabulous....5 stars! Thought I needed a complete windshield gasket. They fixed my problem and saved me a ton, but now I can't even get them to answer the damn phone....tried for a half an hour to speak to a person......30 minutes damn minutes!! Hows that for customer service???

These guys are professional and did an amazing job on my truck. They were also timely about getting it done. Only reason they do not get 5 stars is because they are very difficult to reach on the phone. The addition of a receptionist would make it a perfect 5 star business! They were also the most reasonably priced auto glass place I called, might be associated to the lack of a receptionist.Thanks for the great work!

Very helpful and friendly. Didn't charge me extra even though he ran into unforeseen problems and had to go find a part that wasn't part of in his estimate. Nice guys, and they've got hustle. Highly recommended.
