Accurate did an awesome job on restoring my home. They explained what they were doing and answered every question I had. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their home restored. Good customer service. Very courteous. One of the workers made me feel encouraged and would tell me, it'll be ok, if he saw I was getting a little anxious about some things being done in my house. They know their job!
They were very patient with us as homeowners. I appreciate them. They are the best. Thank you Accurate for all you do.

House demolished by tree during the July 20 24 storm, Accurate Construction and restoration did a fantastic job from start to finish. Coincidentally I also work for the insurance Company so I got to see both sides and the best part was the Excellent communication from Chris and his staff. Accurate was a pleasure to work with. This past summer, my basement flooded TWICE and they did the reconstruction both times. Most notably, my insurance company was terrible to deal with and Nick interceded with them on my behalf more than once.

Accurate Construction was recommended by my insurance company. Nate was the construction manager that contacted me. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, informative, reliable and always easy to contact and was responsive. Nate was a joy to work with. Restoration included roof, skylight, siding, deck and railing along with some gutter and landscaping block work. Nate was able to match most of the product needing replacement even though it took considerable time. I knew Nate would always respond quickly to a call. I recommend Nate and Accurate Construction unconditionally and without any reservation.

I worked with Jake through the entire process of having to submit 2 different claims to my insurance this summer. He was a great help when it came to getting ahold of my insurance adjuster and communicated with me through every step. I would not hesitate to use Accurate again in the future.

Well done across the board. Easy to work/schedule with. Professional. Nick was a wizard at scheduling the work, and all the sub contractors were awesome. Having something happen to your house (a busted pipe and flooded basement in my case) is a stressful thing to go through. Accurate worked hand-in-hand with my insurance co and made the whole process of restoring my basement as easy to deal with as possible considering the circumstances.

I can’t say enough great things about Accurate Construction &Rebuild Company. On November 17, 2023 my kitchen experienced water damage due to seal in garbage disposal. Allstate hired a company straight from Hell. After being without a kitchen for 8 months and my sending pictures of old company work Allstate hired Accurate Construction &Rebuild. This company was sent from Heaven. I have no negatives about Accurate and its workers. Wonderful job, excellent quality work, wonderful workers, owner. Not once did anyone lie to me, friendly, just a wonderful experience. The 1st company No one ever told the truth, shotty work (3 small pieces drywall not installed incorrectly and other problems. Allstate hire Accurate they came from Heaven! Cant go wrong with this company. No negative things to say. If you choose to use you wont be sorry! Wonderful, awesome, great you get what I’m saying. We have nothing but positive things to say about Accurate Construction. Finding quality work and people who actually take the time to listen and care is hard to come by these days, but we were completely taken care of by Accurate in our water damage restoration. This company helped take so much stress out of an already stressful situation- everybody from the office to the field. Chris was on our project and he spent time every day making sure everyone was doing what they needed to, answering any questions we had, and letting us know next steps. The subcontracting companies they hire are also fantastic and know their trades...We felt like everybody actually cared about the quality of their work. We needed new flooring, drywall, paint and some other minor fixes, and all of those finished products exceeded our expectations...excellent work. 10/10 recommend this company.

Accurate has now done two large jobs at my home; one was a voluntary bathroom remodel, the other was a basement restoration after a water backup. Working with them with and without insurance was very easy and smooth. I worked with Nick Keyser and his crew both times and was pleased with the work and communication. Would highly recommend!

The project manager, Chris, was very helpful and was available whenever I needed to talk to him. He answered all my questions and was very professional. The workers that repaired my walls and floors did an outstanding job and I was very pleased with the work that they did. Everyone was so friendly and I would definitely recommend Accurate Construction & Restoration to anyone that needs work done in their home.

We had major water damage July 4th weekend. The Company that came to to the tear out and dry was amazing. Accurate was to do the restoration. Three bedrooms - carpet replaced, upstairs bathroom wall paint floor new counter, wood floors refinished, carpet on landing,stairs and living room.. ceiling band walls in the living room and kitchen. I went over everything bto be done with the president of Accurate. He went around , while the water damage guys were here finishing, to measure band get samples of the carpets..didn't ask any questions before hand, and cut a section out of a room that hadn't had damage..which now needs a new carpet because he did that..However wouldn't take responsibility for his mistake. The insurance company won't pay for a room that didn't need new flooring.. Accurate is responsible. Accurate was to do the wood floors and repair the walls while the pets were boarded, and we went out of town..since couldn't be in the house while that was done. Painting was to be done when we returned before carpet and bathroom floor went in. Painting done in the wrong color and it was an ordeal to get them to redo it.. I was told everything would be covered and rooms that weren't worked on closed off to minimize from the dust etc.. that wasn't done.. everything was covered in white dust when I returned..and trash from the workers was left for me to clean up..chip bags etc .To make this shorter...- I had to arrange with Nebraska Furniture Mart to do the living room carpet and stairs, bedroom rugs and bathroom floor still aren't done, sink and toilet bare in the bathroom tub, my fiancee had to put the closet door back on, and hook up the refrigerator.. everything in the freezer had to be thrown away.. I and have reported them to the insurance company, and The Nebraska Attorney General's office.

Huge tree limb landed on our garage roof and Nick came out, looked it over. Had damage inside and outside of the garage. This is the 2nd time this has happened. This is the first time using Accurate and they were awesome. Worked with the insurance company. Their people who did the work were friendly, on time, and let us know what they were doing. I highly recommend this company.

We had water damage in a basement bedroom. Accurate was responsible for drywall, paint, carpet and trim. Accurate worked with our insurance and subs to get all the work done in a timely manner and quality of work was outstanding.

I am very pleased with my new roof. The work crew was superb. They were very meticulous in their cleanup and took special care of the surrounding area. It was greatly appreciated. The only delay was the City of Bellevue and out of the work crews control. I would recommend your company to anyone and everyone. The process was very easy for the homeowner. Again, many thanks for being such an outstanding company to work with.

I have had Chris out twice in the past year when water has come into the home I purchased - the home which wasn't supposed to leak - LOL! He is very quick to diagnose the issue and I find that he is very honest and straight forward. I will not hesitate to call Accurate in the future. I appreciate him very much!!

We had a fire in the summer of 2020, hired the wrong contractor and got ourselves into a hole. Once I realized we had the wrong contractor and we were in a hole, my insurance company recommended Chris and Accurate. Chris was AMAZING. He helped me figure everything out and was flexible on helping me get the work done. He helped me turn around what was looking like an expensive loss. Chris has expert level knowledge on construction and insurance. He is direct and honest. His team did great work and finished the job quickly. There is a strong likelihood I will hire Chris and Accurate again in the future.

They remodeled our house after a flood in our home. I have never worked with a more helpful group of people. They made a wrecked and messy house, back into our home.... they are a wonderful company and would use them again without fail.. Thank You Accurate

Just finalizing our bathroom remodel. This was a great experience. Our project manager was Tess. She was very thorough, hired great subcontractors who were polite/precessional/tidy, and did great work. We had a couple unexpected slight issues come up during the project. Tess explained our options and we moved along. Using this company and having a single point of contact was so beneficial. I will absolutely give this company the first shot at all future home repairs that we have planned.
