We recently had Accuracy Property Restoration do the remediation and floor repair for a toilet that was leaking into the subfloor and crawlspace. They were fast, professional, and communicated openly and honestly about all steps in the process. They were the only remediation group we spoke with that handled all steps in the process from start to finish, which was important to us because we needed this job taken care of quickly and with few complications. After experiencing a water leak and incurred water damage in our master bath, we were unsure of who to turn to for restoration of the damaged area. Accuracy came highly recommended and now we know why. One of the most stressful parts of this process usually, is dealing with your insurance company. But Accuracy went to bat for us and advocated for us to get the best coverage possible. They were thorough and provided a beautiful product! Thank you to Yoni (the Owner) and Accuracy Northwest General Contractor LLC employees for making The Seed Of Awakening Martial Arts Studio & Crystal Being Wellness Alternative Practice vision come true. We went through 15 general contractors in the past 6 months and Accuracy was the only general contractor willing to help our startup martial art and alternative wellness practice businesses. He is a nice and understanding person, but also super busy, so you have to be patient and follow up with him and his team. Emails AND phone calls will ensure you get a follow up response.

Other general contractors either ignored us because the work wasn't worth their time or jacked up the price to make it worth their time. Yoni was helpful and MADE sure the work was done right. These guys were professional. They come in with clean uniforms, prep the areas professionally, and then clean everything up as if they were never there.

Yoni knew the obstacles of starting up a small business and wanted to contribute to his community. And we were able to actually negotiate a fair price. He was all booked up for over 2 months, but he made it possible to squeeze in time for our businesses.

The heavy bag track system was the hardest to install and I'm glad they were the ones installing it. The online videos leave out many things to consider when installing these heavy bag track systems. 1, our concrete floors were uneven. 2, the walls were also uneven, 3, the concrete was not thick or stable enough to handle the weight over 2,000 pounds. They spent at least 5-6 hours ensuring stability and safety.

I will definitely hire Accuracy when we expand.

We had asbestos popcorn ceiling removed and this company was so detailed before work, during and after the job was completed, so we decided to have the retexture and paint the ceiling. Prices are reasonable and their quality is excellent.

Accuracy Property Restoration, aka Accuracy Northwest General Contractor LLC, is an outstanding company to hire for house restoration work. After a broken water pipe (from several days power outage from the January 2024 winter storm) caused extensive damage to our living room and the adjacent hallway, this area needed to be completely rebuilt, apart from the wood framing. After the company we hired to do the water damage mitigation abandoned us when it was time for the house restoration/rebuilding, I reached out to other property restoration companies and decided to hire Accuracy Property Restoration for this project. This company was great to work with at every phase of this project - they were great at communicating with my wife and I during every phase of this rebuild, always showed up during the days/timeframes they scheduled to work on this project, always did meticulous, quality work throughout this rebuild (with thorough clean-up as they went). Accuracy Property Restoration made sure we were happy with all of their work here throughout, happy with the completion of this project and their pricing was very fair/reasonable. If I ever need another section of my house rebuilt or renovated, I would absolutely rehire Accuracy Property Restoration for the project. If all house restoration/building contractors were as reliable and outstanding as Accuracy Property Restoration, this would be an all-around top-rated industry for customer service and satisfaction.

Accuracy Property Restoration has been an excellent contractor for our lead abatement project. Our primary goal is to do housework safely and I was immediately impressed with Yoni's drive to make sure the project was done safely and everything contained while they worked on encapsulating our door jambs. When he arrived to give me an estimate, his dedication to making a bubble to protect his crew and our family was all I needed to hear to confirm safety was important to them.

They were extremely flexible with scheduling while we lived off-site and I worked on-site without disturbing their work.

In the end, we had some beautifully painted door jambs and Yoni's team went the extra mile and painted our closets and a window which was just a cherry on top for us. We are now using the space comfortably and are saving money for our next project: abating our century windows and sills. We hope to work with Accuracy on that project as they've already proven themselves to us.

After the bubble protection was taken down, Yoni provided us with some of the shellac used in the abatement to touch up any areas affected by the plastic sheeting, which was a nice gesture.

Accuracy restored our basement after it flooded due to a burst pipe, and they were excellent. They were prompt, communicative, and responsive throughout the process, and worked tirelessly with our insurance company to ensure everything that should have been covered, was. They are a local company that provides a high level of customer service and support, and I strongly recommend working with them.

Extremely impressed and grateful that they came out. Freezer de-thawed and left a good puddle under my fridge for at least a day and I was worried the water had reached the walls and cabinet. A franchise company came out and threw around big $$$, full-demo estimates, but didn't even have working moisture readers so I wanted a second opinion. APR came out same-day, took some readings and determined that whatever damage was very localized and contained to one bit of the floor.

I am grateful for their honesty and professionalism and they will definitely be the first call I make next time.

Recently, a rain and hail storm struck my elderly parent’s home in the middle of preparing for a new roof. I knew I needed a damage specialist and property restoration contractor to navigate the insurance and clean up the damages caused by the water. I found Accuracy Property Restoration with a quick search on google maps, and Yoni answered the call. He was very responsive and timely, even met me the same day I called. Yoni got to work right away photographing the damage and documenting moisture readings to prepare for battle with the insurance company for needed repairs. He thoroughly explained the steps that should be taken to restore the home for my parents.
Unfortunately, the insurance company let me know the policy doesn’t cover water damage caused by rain. I immediately called Yoni to share the terrible news. He could have just cut ties with me right then and moved on, but instead he showed empathy for my situation. He truly cares for the community he lives and operates his business in. He offered so much reassurance that things would work out and sent his techs, Oscar and Gustavo, to set up some air handlers and retrieve material samples to be tested for lead and asbestos. He’s extremely honorable, honest and straight forward about the expense involved in this line of work.
Yoni and his team are clean, respectful, and professional. I likely won’t be able to use his full services without the help from insurance to pay, but would not hesitate to hire Accuracy under better financial circumstances. He’s been a great help guiding me through what work I can do myself and sharing contacts of trusted contractors he works with. We had water damage in the ceiling and walls from the ice storm earlier this year. The crew that came in to work on this project were extremely nice, professional and always explained what they were going to do and when they would get it done. They always had the place cleaned up before leaving for the day. They took great care in my moms condo to make sure nothing else would be damaged when they did the removal, sheet rock and painting. They walled off with plastic the area in the family room to protect her dining room and kitchen. We were very impressed with how well they did everything. We highly recommend this company.

I had to exit my residence quickly and had to trust that my home would be secured and protected. Accuracy handled a number of concurrent building issues at All Saints Parish in Hillsboro. These were generated by a plumbing leaks, serious basement flooding, and destructive vandalism.

Yoni and his team were amazing to work with. Our ceiling was falling in due to a roof with bad ventilation. We knew we needed sheetrock repairs and probably mold that needed to be dealt with. With a 100% vaulted ceiling and no attic access, they had to bid the job fairly blindly. They worked with our roofer and coordinated to do most of the work while the roof was off. The structure of our roof provided significant challenges that they problem solved and overcame. Never once losing their smiles or going over the initial estimate. They did everything they could to meet deadlines and protect our belongings inside the house during the repairs. Yoni's goal was to not have to come back until the 10 year inspection :) Thanks, Yoni!
