Accent Rain Gutters & Exteriors - did an excellent job. There
estimate was accurate. The work was completed efficiently. No mess. Harley's efforts to finish the work exactly as expected and exactly as promised was appreciated and impressive.
I reached out to Harley in July of 2024. He did not respond until September 2024 and asked me if I still need gutters, I told him that I did and then he ghosted me again. After several failed appointments I received this message around Thanksgiving.
"I’ll be coming my friend I promise I had knee surgery last week which is not not happy about it man but it’s it’s over and done with so I’m not really on the ladders yet but I’m able to walk around a little bit so I’ll get one of I’ll get a guy to come out there with me and Just bear with me friend"
Then out of the blue he showed up at my house without an appointment on the 20th of December and asked me to call him not knowing that I was home. I went outside and met with him and we agreed to terms on gutters and downspouts after which he ghosted me again. It is the 15th of February 2025 and I sent him a message asking that he lose my number. I feel he's very unprofessional. I'm grateful that he took the time to stop by, but I don't ever want to do business like this.
