We decided to have Kenny and his crew at Accent Home Improvements (Accent) complete exterior work on our home after receiving several estimates. Accent’s pricing was competitive with other companies, but pricing wasn’t the only reason for choosing Accent. Kenny, as the owner of the company, came out to our home several times over a period of months, to answer questions about the work prior to even signing a contract. We preferred to work with a company where the owner was not only available to provide the estimate, but was present throughout the entire job from beginning to completion.

Kenny and his crew were “up-front” on managing our expectations throughout the job. They answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns regarding replacing all of the siding on our home. The crew updated us daily, even the second week on the job when we were on vacation, they sent us pictures of their progress. Upon completion of the job, Kenny walked around the home’s exterior with us and addressed any issues we had the next day.

In addition to replacing our siding, Accent replaced all of our gutters too. Originally, we ordered white gutters but as work progressed on the home, Kenny thought a change in the color of the gutters would make the home look even better. We are first, happy that we trusted Kenny’s opinion in the choice of color, and second, that he called to make the suggestion; that he was invested in his work, to reach out and say “Let’s make this even better”.

Kenny and his crew at Accent Home Improvements did a great job. We had fascia, soffit and gutters installed. We received three estimates for the job and Accent had great pricing. Kenny provided references so we could see other jobs he had completed. Accent Home Improvments did a complete window replaced to my home. They recommend tinted windows which look great and are energy efficient. They replaced my storm doors. They installed new gutters with leaf guards and replaced the soffit and facis while adding 2 patio covers to the front and rear entries. The quality of work was excellent, they kept things on schedule and communicated with me throughout the process. The pricing was very fair, I highly recommend them.

Accent did an amazing job installing our new boat cover. They were very patient with the lengthy process we have for securing funding and approvals for a capital improvement project. Once everything was in place, Accent came in and installed the cover. It looks awesome!!

I have a beautiful new carport put up by Accent Home Improvement. The owner is a really down to earth very pleasant person. The installers were great. They are very friendly. There was no garbage in my yard left for me to pick up. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I hired these guys to replace the siding on my garage because it was not done correctly by another company after some repairs & leaked after every hard rain. I watched these guys work. Their work was meticulous & professional. If you need siding work, do your self a favor & call them first. The owner, Kenny was professional & courteous. He supervised all work. I hired Accent Home Improvement to do a sunroom addition and patio cover to our house. He did everything from the concrete to the finished sunroom with the patio cover. Kenny was very attentive to detail which made everything come out perfect. I would highly recommend him for all of your patio and sunroom needs. I have used Accent Home Improvements for over 16 years. They are thorough and very deligent and take pride in their work. I first met with Mr. Kenny Shea in 2001 after purchasing a home needing to be completetly renovated. The company completly replaced, painted, and sealed all of the wood on the front of my home with hardy plank. They removed all of the old siding and gutters and replaced them along with screens for my new gutters. "The screens have saved me time and money over these past years". The second project they removed all of my old windows and replaced them with new insulated windows. When finished, I had them add an insullated cover extending from my garage, which now gives me the shade and protection I was looking for . Since then he has replaced my roof and has helped countless friends and clients of mine. I refer Accent Home Improvements to everyone I know, because I will never have to apologize for their work. Had a great experience with Accent. Some of our roof was blown off in a recent storm. They were able to fix it quick and it was half the cost of another estimate. I was surprised when they followed up later to make sure that everything was perfect. I will call them again if needed!
