We are having issues with our awnings detaching from our house. I called Mr. Major about the issue with our awnings. He came to my house in late January 2022 and said he had not had this type of problem with their awnings before and would replace them at no cost to me because it was within the warranty period. He said he would send someone out to take measurements. That is the last time I talked to Mr. Major. I have called and texted him dozens of time with no call back or text response after six months.
