Quinton the owner has the worst communication skills I've ever dealt with he might answer a text he might not you can see he reads them but whether he answers them is a whole nother story , He's got excuses for everything and once he does show up you realize you made a mistake he only puts about one and a half inches of insulation on the walls which is approximately a R 10.5, The absolute minimum in any code book today is r-13 most home use R19 in the wall , after he finished doing the walls and telling me this is the best I had to come back and put batt insulation to bring my building up to code, I will say the workers that did the job did a very clean installation just inferior quality of foam !!
