Because he was so busy and booked from 8 to 6, he showed up at my condo at 6 AM. Throughout the process, he explained every step and made sure I understood what he’s doing.

Phenomenal service. Mohammad fixed our AC immediately and was able to come the same day, in the evening so we did not have to change out work schedules. He explained in detail what he was doing and why so we understood what we were paying for. He wore protective shoes to keep our house clean and left everything as clean as he found it. Mo was beyond professional and incredible to work with. I just moved into a new place and my central AC unit was leaking. He came and diagnosed what we thought was the issue. When he left I turned it back on and the leak continued. I texted him and he came right back at 9:30PM! He found the correct issue and fixed it for me for no extra charge. Our AC went down and they were the only ones who could see us immediately. The tech stayed until 1130 at night trying to fix the problem, at which point I told him to go home and get some sleep because it was clear he wasn't going to quit until he had our AC back up and running. He came back the next day, waiting until I was done with work so I didn't have to take the day off, and fixed everything. Very professional, very respectful of my home, and gave me a great price, especially given the amount of work needed. I'll never use another company, he was absolutely outstanding.

I have to update this review because I called Mohamed again after one of our AC units had gone out. We had used a big company for a prior repair to that unit but it continued to have issues. Mohamed came out on the weekend, figured out what no one else did (there was water damage to the wiring), fixed everything and the unit now is running better than it ever did. I cannot thank or recommend Mohamed and his company highly enough. If you want a true expert, call him. No one else comes close.
