I contacted Absolute L & K Contracting after the windstorm in the DMV area this March for a fascia trim repair for about 12 inches of trim and Mr. Louie did not hesitate to proceed with my repair. He stopped pass my home to review the repair issue and contacted me immediately with a reasonable quote. I had contacted other companies and they tried to overcharge me for the repair since it was a small job. He promised that the job would be completed within a few days and he kept his word. I will definitely contact Absolute L & K (Mr. Louie) again for future repairs.

Superb professional. Has recently dealt with several extensive repairs for us. Super workmanship on any and all tasks. Insures every little detail of any job is properly addressed. Can deal with any and all problems. The first one you should contact for any repair or contracting issue you are faced with.

Mr. Escalona and his staff have provided multiple services for us that have included repairing water damaged, moldy walls, painting, installing light fixtures, power washing and deck restoration to name a few. His work is completed in a very professional manner, paying much attention to detail. He takes extra care in protecting furniture, floors, etc. and is meticulous when cleaning up. I highly recommend Absolute L&K Contracting and will readily use them in the future.

Very responsive and great customer service. I asked for an estimate and was there the next day. My house in need of pressure washing and front porch was in need of repair, I was very impressed with high quality of materials used and workmanship. My front porch, not only looked brand new, but built better than when I purchased the home from my builder. Professionalism throughout the entire job. Definitely a satisfied customer, I would highly recommend.
