Absolute DKI

Tom did a great job for us! There was water damage in our condo from a water leak 2 floors above. Tom was able to dry out our ceiling and even got us a new LVP floor that I would not have noticed (warping). He did a great job coordinating all of our repairs that were needed.

We hired Tom & his team for our basement flood, Josue came to see the basement outside of his work hours which I thought was very nice. They did the job in a very professional way & in a reasonable price. This is your go to if need them Very nice people.

Can't say enough about the quality of work that Tom and his team did on my flooded condo. From day one they were on top of things. Due to the flood, all my possessions had to be removed until the work was completed. Everything was wrapped and boxed to be stored at their facility. Communication during this entire time was excellent. Tom was always available to answer my questions, and updated me on a regular basis. I highly recommend Absolute DKI for all your restoration needs.

Just would like to give a big shoutout to Absolute!!! Their workers were very professional. They worked hard on a difficult basement in my 97 year old mom’s home. My questions were answered. They worked with me on a couple of special requests. Thank you for all your honest hard work.

I got Tom's reference through the insurance agent for our basement flooding. Not knowing how things would be and being our first experience with insurance and basement sump pump flooding, it was very daunting experience.
Tom and his crew came over on time, even with "safe at home" orders. They took out all the floors that was, moved everything, tearout what was needed, and hauled all things that was trash with them. There was no mess left after they wrapped up. The drying system ran for 3~4 days. Tom came every day to take readings and update us on progress.
What was nice with him and his team was nice work ethic, very friendly, no mess left behind, and a thorough work for what i paid for.
In future if i need help, i will contact him before i google for anybody else.

I had a huge internal flooding in my house on a SUNDAY NIGHT. I was crying and panicking not knowing what to do. So I went on Google and this is the first company that popped up. Tom answered the phone immediately and within an hour he was at my house with equipment to start getting everything under control. He assured me that everything will be OK and I’m happy to say that he came through on his word. Tom and his team took an extremely stressful situation and turned it completely around. The entire team is incredible, very professional and very gifted at what they do. My house is better than I was before and I don’t think any other company would’ve done it the way Absolute DKI has. I HIGHLY recommend them!

He didn't even show or take the tine to contact me to say he wasn't coming. I came from out of town to meet him and he was a complete no show. Didn't return emails or phone calls. VERY disappointed - i worked very hard to travel and arrive so that i could meet with him.

My mother is 86 years old and ended up having water damage from some broken pipes in their kitchen and wreck the ceiling in the basement and a cabinet in the kitchen cabinet absolute did a great job in restoring the cabinet and replacing the ceiling down in the basement would recommend them

DKI was responsive. They boarded up the house right after the fire department walked of site. They then walked though all the required steps and options for my in-laws to get get back on their feet. It really set them at ease knowing that someone was there to guide them every step of the way.

Our building hired Absolute DKI to do a job. They were extremely fast, efficient and affordable! The men were respectful, tidy, and on time. We had no problems working with them. Tom Blacker was very knowledgeable in the business and great to conversant with. If ever needed we would call them first and recommend others to do business with them.

Tom was nice and respectful, He was able to get a guy over to fix our porch within a few days. It took no time at all for the guy to fix it.
Short story, we had our porch hit by a drunk driver and it got torn apart and now it looks like nothing happened. We appreciate all absolute DKI did.

Tom couldn’t even give us a ballpark figure of what it would cost to dry out our basement. Even though he knew it would take 3 days to dry out and he knew the square footage. He knew we were getting $4,000 from out insurance. He billed us $3,600. We did ALL of the removal, furniture, flooring etc. To put this in perspective my friend’s basement flooded. It’s 2,000 square feet. The Dry Guys charged him 10,000. They did ALL OF the removal. There were enough items to fill a box truck and a 2 1/2 car garage. They also did flood cuts. Compare that to My 625 square foot basement with NO removal for $3,600. Instead of writing him a check he asked us to transfer the funds to HIS bank account. This guy is a rip off. He’ll try to take as much of your insurance pay out as he can. I do not recommend him.

Had a friend who needed their services - Tom and his team were professional, friendly and complete, they did not simply do the job and leave, they took time to explain what was needed, how they were going to do it (in broad terms) and then kept everyone informed all the way through the procedure. I can, would and do recommend them very highly

So professional! The project management and staff are very helpful and do their work in a timely manner. Even though the project was a bit messy, not a speck of dust or dirt was in my home away from the repair site. I would recommend Absolute to anyone. Top notch.
