Johnny and Mark have been helpful throughout the process of getting my roof replaced. I’ve felt comfortable and in the loop throughout this process. I was referred by someone that’s used them and I knew personally. Insurance had a little push back, I use USAA, but Mark/USAA came to an agreement. Him and Johnny took notes, lord of photos and were there when my Adjuster was here. Glad I’ve got a new roof, gutters, some window screens, a whole new window and doors due to hail. Thank you!
