I have very unfortunate experienced with this company sales person are good when dealing a business but terrible in getting you back when problem comes, last January 2nd week I order a Decra villa roofing I paid $27,800 I Drove from New Mexico to Los Angeles just to hand them the cashier check, Eric the guy I talk to promised to get delivered in 2-3weeks but not happening but I was patiently waiting.. the materials arrived late and was sent to Philippines, upon checking and counting each of the order.. a lot of material’s missing /incomplete Eric have been instructed to carefully count every single order since sending to Philippines it takes 2 months to arrived I talked back to Eric and even the manager Jeff regarding the problem it takes a very long time for them to
complete the request. Finally the missing materials was send to Philippines by them but but another disappointing thing happen they send the materials to the wrong address, not to the address I gave him.. I tried doing follow up million years already now it come to the point that Eric and even the manager Jeff avoided not getting me back not answering my call terrible manager. I send a msg for refund can’t get them reply.. I will start legal process… terrible company guys stay away on this company.

Pretty busy ,,, lots of supplies and good service from the men... Delivery was awesome.....I was impressed with the guys were quick.. and loaded the roof well.... Always a blessing bro have the roof all loaded up....
