Brian (the owner) with Chandler's Roofing came out several months ago to give us a price on our house. We couldn't decide and put it aside for a while. We decided to use them because they offer a GAF warranty that is impressive and they have been in business over 31 years. That meant a lot to us. We needed help with deciding on colors. We received samples and a few local addresses to go look at. Brian was a pro and handled my too many questions with patience. The office staff is pleasant to work with and made what I thought would be a painful process not painful at all. The crew and clean up daily was also appreciated. Job well done!!! My neighbors are getting an estimate now since they heard good ratings from us.

Chandlers's Roofing did a new roof on our condos recently. Mike and Corey came out to do the measurements and estimate. Their contract had several options and they were able to walk me through my options. Our roofs are complicated. We wound up using coating and after the last rain - our ongoing chronic roofing leaks are GONE! Their office staff is friendly and helpful. Smooth project the entire way. I even got custom cookies at the end!

Brian and his team are super helpful, kind, and professional. Brian's work really holds up, and he's very straight about his clients' options. I enjoy working with them and recommend them highly.

I had Chandler's Roofing strip off my old rock roof and install a new GAF Torch down roof in December of 2024. Everyone on the crew and in the office did a wonderful job and were super helpful. Mike who supervised the job and Genesis in the office were particularly helpful with any questions I had both by phone and by text. At the end of the job, Mike gave me pictures of the completed roof so that I could both have an view from the air for the whole roof, plus close up pictures so that I could see the material and the vents. They also during the process replaced my dryer vent from the dryer up through the roof to bring it up to code. A big thank you to Mike G. and Genesis for their professionalism and attention to detail during the process.

The initial bid was for over $3,700 for a total repair of the garage roof. We questioned that amount asking how could it be that much damage since only a couple of tiles were moved by the wind as seen in the picture taken by the drone. How could they determine that since no manual inspection was made. The revised bid came back with an option for only 2 rows of tiles to be repaired for about $1,600 and we went ahead with that option. When the final invoice came with the balance, we questioned why the charge of $150 for a portable toilet since none was used and in fact the job only took about 2 hours from 9:30 am to 11:30 am. The revised invoice deleted that charge with the explanation that we should not have been charged for the portable toilet. The bottom line is that we feel that it is a very loose charging system and we probably got over charged for a two hour job.

Chandler Roofing has been repairing and maintaining the roofs at my house and commercial property since 2017. I feel very lucky to have found them.

Though our job was not a full roof replacement, it was still a substantial roof repair that required a week's plus time in work. Mike was incredibly friendly. He came out and gave an estimate for gutters. We were happy with the price and decided to send it. We have an incredibly hard color trim to match and they did a great job matching the existing paint. The gutters were done in an incredibly quick manner and the crew cleaned up after themselves. They gave us a quote for a roof as well that we are still thinking on, but they will be at the top of our list if we decide to invest in a new roof.

This company was a waste of my time. I scheduled them to come out for some repairs. They came and inspected, and from the beginning all they talked about was new roof options. I had to remind the guy that I was looking for repair pricing. They said they would email the different options. When I checked their email there were no repair rates, only new roof and new roof with solar options. Never listened to what I wanted. Our roof does not need to be replaced yet, as we had confirmed by other roofing companies. They obviously focus on selling new roofs only. I'm fine if that's all they do but be upfront about it. If they can't be honest about this simple thing, it makes question what else they're less than truthful about.

Chandler's Roofing did a wonderful job on installing a new roof. Mike answer all my list of questions with patience, knowledge, and professionalism. And when I called with even more questions that I had later on regarding the roofing project. He took out the time to answer my many more questions, so that I had a clear understanding of what will be taking place along with updates in the roofing project. Mike and Cory and his team of workers were on time to get the job done. Also, each day they clean up the roofing debris in my yard plus, my neighbors yard when some of the debris flew over into their yard during the tearing off the old roof. Chandler's staffing gave a very good customer service in answering the many questions that I had. And when the receptionist didn't know the answer to my questions they will help you and find out from the right person to get you the correct answer. A friend of mine recommended Chandler's to me by word of mouth and it prove to be a very good recommendation.

Chandler's Roofing has a reputation for doing good work and charging a hefty price. But if you have an older house BEWARE of a nasty contract item that covers the removal of more than one layer of existing roofing materials. First of all, insist that Chandler (and any other competing roofing company) determine and report to you how many layers of shingles cover your house/garage. When you receive your official contract from Chandler, you will see that Item 1.5 stipulates that one layer of existing roofing material is included in the contract price and that each additional layer will be billed at $100/100 square feet. (That dollar rate may be higher.) Even for a modest house/garage, this could amount to several thousand dollars PER ADDITIONAL LAYER. In point of fact, each additional layer requires about 15%-20% more labor per layer than the previous layer, not 100%. Believe me, when an experienced worker gets up a head of steam, asphalt shingles just go flying, two or more layers at a time. If you want to go with Chandler, insist that the cost of removing the additional layers of roofing be separated out as a line item. Then, if you choose to, you should negotiate that price.

I called to have someone come look at a leak in our bedroom. They said if it’s not an emergency I have to wait until 2 weeks and if it is an emergency that I’ll probably wait a couple days plus the emergency visit charge $399 just to assess the damage to THEN also estimate a cost to repair. Do not recommend working with a company that is not straight to the point.

Two years ago, Chandler Roofing came in at a reasonable estimate and since the job was done, we haven’t had to worry about our roof that 4 other companies weren’t able to take care of prior to then. They showed up on time and completed the work quickly. When you know what you are doing, it always gets done right!

When Tesla required us to reroof before installing their solar panels, Chandler was the local representative for GAF whose roofing materials were used. They did the inspection, submitted and credited us the remainder of our warranty, and did the work in a very timely fashion. They also cleaned up after their work daily better than any contractor wa have ever had! We would wholeheartedly recommend Chandler for all your roofing needs!

We had our deck on the third floor done by this company. They had to come back soon after because the job was not done right.
Last year we started having problems with flooding and water filtering through the roof. I called and talk to the same Project Manager we dealt with Dan Marchand. He stringed me alone blaming the product they use that was not any good and that the company that manufactured what they used GacoFlex had been sold and there was nothing they could do. One is not my problem that the product they used was not good, I didn’t choose it,
they told us “ it was the best” and they charged us as it was the best. Two that company is still around and that product is still under guarantee! But they just didn’t want to bother to do anything. We had to pay another company to redo the deck
properly. Stay away from this company that does not stand behind the products they use and or the work they do!

Excellent friendly service and crew. Very neat and cleaned up every day. Only complaint was that the trucks left lots of oil stains on my driveway. Should have used some type of covering.

We had a long stretch of very old steel gutter that was leaking. Chandler's team did a great job of "surgically" removing the old gutter, without having to involve the roof--with old houses, which our is, steel gutters are often installed *under* the roofline. Chandler's professionals did a great job of avoiding that expense & hassle. Replaced the old gutter with a seamless new one, that perfectly matches our existing gutters & our new paint job! Matt, the project foreman, was a pleasure to deal with--great communications--and the installers were punctual, fast, courteous & very neat! Like they were never here! 5 enthusiastic stars! Chandler's is fair & they are pros!

When I spoke to Blake during the estimate process, he was understanding of my wants and needs. He had a few suggestions that set his quote apart from the others. When work started, everyone involved was spot on. All were extremely helpful and professional. Each night they cleaned and asked if we had any questions. A very professional and thorough roofing contractor. I must hire if you are looking for someone honest that will make sure the right work is done. You can always find the local handyman to fix your roof for a very low price but what happens when there is a lead. My experience was that they disappear with your money and any promise of a warranty. Hire a reputable roofer like Chandler's Roofing.

We had a tile/gutter maintenance where they blew the leaves out of gutters and tuned up the chimney seals. Messy job BUT they guys did an amazing job cleaned up and not a leaf left.
Wouldn’t use any other company.

Our new roof (installed Oct. 2017) leaked around the fireplace chimney in its second winter, Chandlers/IB roof contract has a 25 year warrantee.
I called and Erica sent Brady to assess the leaks.

Brady inspected the roof finding cracks in the caulk between the vinyl roofing and chimney base, also the top of the chimney itself.
He attributed the leaks to both the cracks in the caulk and the top of the chimney.
Neither leak source were covered as the cracked caulk was "lack if maintenance" and Chandlers did not address the top of the chimney when they re-roofed our building.
He climbed down and said he'd send an estimate for a chimney cover, installation of same, and recaulk between roofing material and chimney.

$500+ estimate inspired me to climb up and have a look?

Turns out the caulk seem was smoothed with a finger forming a trough for water to gather in on the side of the chimney.
AND
The top of the chimney is concrete poured between the brick exterior and central exhaust tube?

From no perspective should caulk need annual maintenance and unlikely that water can leak through 8 feet of poured concrete?

Recaulked the cracked seem eliminating the trough and left the top of the chimney as is.

Unfortunate that Chandlers Roofing chooses not to stand behind their work and blame the customer for what is clearly an installer issue.

It rained hard enough yesterday illustrating Brady's diagnosis woefully incorrect.
Homeowner repaired the caulk there are NO LEAKS with the top of the chimney uncovered.

I have used Chandlers several times. Blake is very professional. The roofers are extremely neat and clean. I was impressed that they took the time to carefully clean up the yard every evening. Very happy with their work, service and responsiveness.

Very professional and responsive from the beginning of the job to the end. Service was top notch. They did a thorough inspection, explained my repair/replace options and scheduled service quickly. After they started there was threat of rain and they doubled the size of the crew to get the job completed before the rain.

I am very happy with my roofing experience with Chandler’s Roofing. I called them in March because I was having severe leaking in my home during the rainy season. They responded immediately and I had 5 other roofers come out to evaluate the roof as well. Chandler’s Roofing customer service and online reviews and ratings stood out over all the others. So I chose Chandler’s Roofing.
However, I made the mistake of procrastinating and did not schedule the repairs for many months due to the change in weather and rainy season had past. Fast forward 6 months and an unexpected thunder shower reminded me that I was living with a leaky roof. I spent the entire night empting buckets of water in my bedroom. So the next day I called Chandler’s and reinitiated my previous contract.
Chandler’s Roofing made the whole process easy and expedient. They gave me a 6 weeks window before they could put me on the schedule. However I pleased that if they should have any cancellations please let me know ASAP and to my surprise they called the next day to inform me that they did infact have a cancellation and could start the very next day.
Chandler’s Roofing contactors we very efficient. They were always on time and were very careful to protect my home and lawn from any damage. I am over the moon impressed with this roofing company and highly refer them to anyone looking for a fantastic roofing repair experience.

I met with three companies and went with Chandler. Brian (the owner) personally came to do the estimate and I trusted him right away. He did not up-sell the job and told me honestly what he would do if it was his roof (which was 5k less than both the other estimates). I did not only go with him because he was cheaper but because he was a straight shooter. I opted for the 1 year guaranty which the other companies did not even offer. Project was more work, time and $$ than originally expected but all twists and turns were handled well by excellent and responsive Chandler's crew and office.

At first, I thought their bid high but chose Chandlers based on reccommendations and the end product was certainly worth the cost. They started on the day promised and finished almost on schedule; half a day over after two weeks. They have adequate manpower with a four man crew most days and 6 to 8 men on days when needed. George the supervisor is a skilled carpenter with creative solutions to the roof discontinuities where additions joined the original house. They painted the fascia and other boards replaced and cleaned up every afternoon. The neighbors say it looks great and the workers caused fewer noise and parking issues than similar projects on the street.

Very professional and quality work. I would have given them a 5 star but waited for 5 months. The only reason they received 4 instead of 5 stars is because they were so busy that I had to wait more than 2 months before they could do the job. But that was because they are good.

Inspection was done by Ricardo quickly and expertly. He was the only roofer, and I called several, who suggested repair and not replacement of the whole roof. The price was right, and everybody I contacted was nice and helpful.

I recommend them to everyone.

A month ago Chandler did a perfect job replacing damaged wood on my apartment building.
Ricardo made sure that everything went smooth and that the job was done correctly.
