The company is suppose to be a first class company. It's been a little over 2 years and have been trouble getting repairs done right from the beginning. Every excuse in the world. Be careful!!!!!!! They are great at taking your money and running and making a excuse for everything. So my advise is stay away from them. We are in the process of putting things together to sue them.
I’ve been waiting for over 3 months to have my roof replaced after signing our contract and paying half of the cost up front. Ive been told the job will be completed by 3 separate dates by 3 different people. Those dates came and went with no update or notification that the crew would not be coming out as planned. Absolutely ridiculous, unprofessional, and frustrating. I’ll be making yet another call to your office tomorrow.
