I was told by several roofing contractors working in my neighborhood that I needed a new roof. I heard about A to Z Roofing & Waterproofing on the radio so I gave them a call. The estimator visited and said I didn’t need a new roof yet, just a few minor repairs. The roofers came at the appointed time and made the repairs. The honesty and integrity was greatly welcomed and appreciated! That is why I will call A to Z Roofing & Waterproofing when it is time for my roof replacement.

A to Z roofing replaced the roof on our house seven years ago. Since then we have used them to repair storm related damage to our soffits and our chimney. They are very responsive, sending just the right team or person to get the work done.

We were in a tough spot with our developer and warranty company regarding a roof leak. We are thankful for the hands-on approach led by Mr. Chuck and his A to Z roofing team. They added merit and value to our concerns, immediately responded, and worked on a resolution. It was refreshing to deal with a company that prioritized our safety and the safety of our home. Finally, we were no longer treated as a warranty issue. We appreciate Mr. Chuck’s integrity and the integrity of A to Z as well as their professionalism and commitment to get our roof repaired. Chuck is a st augustine local. Enough said. He gave me a fair quote and was not harassing me like some other roofing companies. He also added a ridge vent to keep my house cool in the summer. Cannot recommend A to Z roofing enough! A+

New roof was put on my townhouse July 31, 2024. Flashing on the porch roof was not replaced water now seeping up the wall that ajoins the porch roof when it rains damaging the rain stucco I have photo of the rotten flashing and seeping water spot damage. Gutters are also pouring water over these sides

Charles came out to check my roof this morning. Very friendly, very thorough!! He found a small leak and while in my attic, noticed my dryer vent was dislodged/disconnected. He went above and beyond and fixed that for me.
He put a temporary patch on the roof, anticipating rain for the weekend!

Had an employee of this company smash my Ford Fusion to bits, almost seriously injuring me back in November of 2021. The man was driving the bosses company truck+ trailer and proceeded to give false insurance information to the police.
The officer on scene determined it was his fault as there were multiple witnesses and he merged with no signal. Tried contacting the owner of this business Chuck, and the one time they didn’t hang up on me, A to Z roofing gave me the run around. I ended up having to go through DMV and track down these guys to get the correct info and I am still legally dealing with this. Be weary doing business with these people… they are shady. I can’t imagine the headache if they mess up a repair on your home.

Did an excellent job. Reroofed a flat roof that was in horrible shape. Practically rebuilt the roof. Would highly recommend. Very professional from estimate to final nail.

We had roof damage at our home from Hurricane Matthew . Try getting a roofer after a storm . After calling several roofing companies and getting over priced estimates Chuck came out and gave us a fair price . They done a great job and the roof looks fantastic . After completion they came back and installed gutters . I had recommended several of our customers and all have been very satisfied with their new roof replacement . I would use A to Z Roofing again and would refer to anyone needing their service .

Never ever call back after the fact the “fixed” my roof.
I have called multiple times just to speak with someone with questions and concerns.
The owner- Chuck seemed like it was a bother when I wanted him to come out to check the work ‘cause I was told that’s what he does regardless, after every roofing job.
