I worked with Tim Webster from A to Z Roofing back in 2018 when I had a roof replaced because of hail damage. I’m not sure why I didn’t write a review back then, but the whole process went flawlessly, Tim was great to work with, and I’ve been very happy with my roof. I recently put my house on the market, and the buyers requested documentation to show that I had installed a class 4 roof because that would significantly reduce their home owner’s insurance cost. Tim quickly provided the necessary documentation as well as a copy of the installation warranty (10 years!) that was transferrable to the new owners. So even 6 years later, Tim is still providing excellent customer service!

I would like to send a note of appreciation for the amazing assistance that Jeremy provided in our new roof. Jeremy was a tremendous help educating me on the process of getting a new roof / skylights and gutters. Jeremy went beyond the exceptional customer service with answering questions regarding our new roof and navigating through all the home owner insurance issues. Jeremy answered all our questions quickly and provided amazing service / expertise and more importantly spent time understanding our situation and roofing needs. He visited our house multiple times and was available during the actual installation of the roof, gutters and skylights. This company replaced our roof after severe hail storms damaged it in 2016. We haven't had any problems until recently, and we could tell from the lack of draftiness in the house and better heat retention, not to mention that the roof no longer leaked, that they had done a really good job.

With heavy rains and strong winds occurring frequently this spring, we noticed a kitchen leak coming from an outlet to a vent on the roof and called A to Z to see if they could help. As it turned out, the problem was with the vent on the roof itself, which pre-dated their replacement.

Although it wasn't strictly under warranty, the company as a courtesy agreed to come out and replace it, and they did so with a high quality part. It was really impressive. Customer service like this is rare.

A to Z Roofing has earned a 5 star rating from us. In 2010 they replaced some cedar shake shingles on our roof. Then in 2014 they replaced our roof with asphalt shingles. More recently they put gutter guards up. Each and every time they have been professional - communicating well, on time, polite, thorough. Their products are top of the line, yet their prices are very reasonable. I am so glad we have had A to Z Roofing taking care of our roofing needs for several years.

AtoZ roofing was very professional and easy to work with. Project was completed on schedule with no surprises. This is the second time we have used AtoZ roofing and we're happy with the results both times.

In December 2021, A to Z Roofing and Exteriors performed a complete replacement of my dimensional shingle roof, after my roof was severely damaged by a hail storm in late August 2021. I could not be more pleased and impressed with A to Z during the entire project experience.

This opinion is based in large part upon the work of Bree Beem and Tim Webster. Their attitude is one of professionalism and persistence, while being down to earth (real). It showed throughout this process. Bree and Tim both performed superbly.

Bree took the lead on resolving details and other issues with my insurance carrier, alleviating me from having to do so. All items were resolved and the roof and gutter replacement proceeded without disagreement about the project scope and insurance payments.

Tim was the on-site project manager who initially got the ball rolling, explained the process, answered questions, fielded concerns, etc. Either Tim or Bree was my point of contact and one was always available.

The other persons I dealt with, including Corey, Mike and Lorenzo of A to Z, as well as Jesus (vent guy) and his partner, along with the two gutter installers – they all represented A to Z Roofing extremely well.

The roof replacement, gutter replacement and additional vent installation took place quickly, over a two-day period around December 20, 2021. Very quick and complete - the roof and gutters look great!

One final item of note I can point out concerns communication and documentation. Throughout the entire process A to Z consistently provided complete and easy-to-understand reference materials regarding the company’s step-by-step activities. A to Z enabled a personal web site for my specific project.

Then, at the project’s conclusion, A to Z provided a complete (PDF format) file of project documents (e.g. complete contract, warranty information, release of lien, etc.) – important project items that were provided as a matter of course by Bree Beem on behalf of A to Z. Again a highly valuable and professional action from A to Z Roofing.

To recap again, the work product of A to Z Roofing and Exteriors, including the actual roof and gutter replacement, along with added ventilation, but also the delivery of needed communication and essential ending documentation package met every one of my expectations.

I could not be more pleased with the work of A to Z Roofing and recommend this company very highly.

A to Z Roofing is great. Their carpentry staff did a great job repairing and replacing some of the damaged soffits and matching the paint.

The roof installation took only one day to complete and after they were done, the clean up was good, looked like they were not even here.

The seamless gutter replacement went well also and only took one day.

The staff at A to Z is very professional and knowledgeable. Jeremy was very helpful, answered all my questions and helped thru the insurance procedures.

I highly recomend A to Z Roofing and will not hesitate to call them for any future needs.

A to Z did a great job for us. Found them on a list from our State Farm agent, confirmed on NextDoor by a different State Farm agent. Communication was excellent, materials were beautiful, and work was completed quickly and neatly. Our contact was Tim and the whole team did a great job. We felt the price was very fair.

This company is re-doing the roofs of all the buildings in my complex, and all I can say is WOW- they have finished the jobs with crazy speed and excellent quality. Every roofer I've run into has been professional and focused on the job- they work HARD for 8 or 9 hours straight! They also do a great job cleaning up, which I really appreciate. my only note would be that it seems like more of the guys should've been tied onto the roof with their harnesses or when they're on the really high ladders, just in case. Overall though, I'm really impressed!

Jeremy and team were amazing! They helped us work through the entire process, from the insurance adjustor, selecting the best product, scheduling the work quickly and, most importantly, removing and replacing a wonderful roof and awning. My driveway was caved in after A-Z roofing backed their delivery truck onto my driveway and dropped the shingles. The roof removal was "violent"! I had to leave my home; it sounded and felt as if the roof was caving in. I have had roofs replace in previous occasions and NEVER had my belongings destroyed because workers on the roof were so violent. I had to replace pictures and fragile items that were hanging on my walls because of them falling off the walls. They also use a third party for their roof removal and replacement. They did not clean up the property. They left nails, old shingles, burrito wrappers in my yard, which my dog found and got very ill from, causing a costly vet bill, which they promised to pay, but have not taken care of either. Previously, I requested that the shingles be unloaded in the street or on the roof, however, I was told there would be an extra charge and the insurance company would not "pick it up". After attempting to have conversations with Mr. Jim Whelan, who was very belligerent, unprofessional, and rude told me that it was not his problem and was going to let his "third party contractor" handle it. I did not sign a contract with a "third party contractor" to replace my roof. I signed a contract with A-Z roofing. A-Z roofing wanted to "take care of repairing my driveway", not allowing me a choice on how I wished to handle repairing the damages to MY property. This happened in January and concrete work cannot be done in freezing weather. We were denied use of our driveway for almost 4 months, having to park cars outdoors, etc. I am an RN and leave very early to be at the hospital at 5:00 am, have a new baby and recovering from a serious illness last year. I had to take 3 days off of work to manage bids, removal and repair of my driveway. After attempting to contact A-Z roofing with an email which was requested by their vice president Eric, WHO STATED HE WOULD SPEAK TO MR. WHELAN, THE OWNER, AND “TRY TO GET HIM TO SETTLE THE DAMAGES”, I DID NOT REVEIVE A RESPONSE FOR 3 WEEKS. I PHONED AND I was transferred to Bree, who informed me that they are giving this to their attorney. HE HAS NOT PAYED FOR THE DAMAGES TO MY DRIVEWAY, MY TIME OFF WORK REQUIRED TO CLEAN UP HIS MESS AND DESTRUCTION OF MY HOME!. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!, their lack of integrity, poor workmanship, shady practices, failure to stand behind their work and failure to pay for damage they caused to my property. They also FINAGLED A WAY TO INCREASE THE COST OF MY ROOF AND MY 94- YEAR OLD MOTHERS ROOF AFTER THE DAMAGE TO MY DRIVEWAY HAPPENED SO AS TO COVER THEIR COST OF THE DAMAGES. (WHICH THEY STILL HAVE NOT PAID FOR) BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! THE 1-STAR REVIEWS ARE THERE FOR A VERY GOOD REASON!

THIS COMPANY IS VERY DISHONEST AND HAS LACK OF INTEGRITY, HORRIBLE QUALITY OF WORKMANSHIP, FOLLOW THROUGH AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. ALL THEY ARE CONCERNED ABOUT IS MONEY!

We needed a roof in a hurry and Rod, Jennifer, the office and the crew at A to Z Roofing came through for us. We sold our home but needed a roof to complete the sale. They rushed our shingles order through, put the roof on in one day and the gutters the second day. The inspection was done and all the warranties were completed quickly. Our title company said it was the easiest roofer they've ever worked with. I recently had the pleasure of working with A to Z Roofing as I had existing hail damage from almost a year ago. I got in touch with their lead Sales Rep., Jeremy K., and he was there with me every step of the way. He prepped me for the process of getting in touch with my insurance company, was there with them while they did the inspection/claim, assisted in any questions or concerns they had, and helped us with determining what type of roof and gutters we would like to have. Their team was great! They were there when they said they would be, completed my house AND garage in less than two days, and made sure to clean up each day. Additionally, their team was helpful in handling the back-end process by finishing up the details with the insurance company and completing final walk through/inspection. From start to finish, Jeremy K. and his team of professionals earned my trust and continued business moving froward. Highly recommend to others.

Had the roof replaced this winter and have to say Tony and the rest of the crew did a great job! Only one hitch with the dump needing to be moved but no big deal. Thanks for the excellent work!

We had our roof replaced about 7 years ago using A to Z roofing. We asked for double ice barrier which we didn’t get. They broke several facia pieces and didn’t fix or replace. Several trim pieces under the soffits were broken and never fixed which cost several hundreds of dollars to repair. We had sky lights that were not replaced correctly with seals not installed correctly. Our garage leaks. I will not ever recommend this company.

When my mother needed a new roof from the May 8th storm which devastated much of our west Denver area I contacted Eric Brown at A to Z. I had heard many great things about A to Z, and I wouldn't be disappointed! Both Eric and Jeremy met me at her house, surveyed the damage, and explained the damage and the next steps to my mom in a way which she could understand. She felt relieved and reassured, which made ME relieved, and that means ALOT. This was a stressful event for her, and all the guys, from Eric and Jeremy, to the installers, were professional and courteous and very understanding of her concerns throughout the process. Truly a Roofing Company you can trust!

My insurance agent referred me to A to Z roofing. I just had my hail damaged roof replaced and I couldn't be happier. The staff at A to Z was great to work with, the crew showed up on time, took care to protect my landscaping and cleaned the yard. A to Z made what I thought would be a difficult process easy and painless.

Installed a great upgraded roof in 2016 (insurance made is rip off the nasty old wood singles). Roofing salesperson and customer service person were great, scheduled us quickly and had the job done in literally one day. Crew was very good. Speedy work and the cleanup was superb (zero trash or nails/screws left anywhere.... Big deal to me with a toddler running around outside picking up anything she can get her hands on). Made a great deal of difference in the curb appeal of the house! Very pleased

We hired A to Z for a rather large hail claim. The claim included the roof, sky lights, gutters and siding. They farmed out the siding and gutters and acted as the general contractor for other companies but hardly "managed" them. I was left dealing with most of the loose ends myself. Such as, the gutter company didn't replace a portion they were supposed to and I had to call and deal with this myself. Luckily the insurance company had pictures of the claim to prove I did have gutter helmets on this part of the house. Also, the siding company left a dumpster in the driveway for an excessive amount of time and had a few minor hiccups here and there that I had to address myself. All this and the company got paid 5K in overhead and profit. I don't feel they earned that since all they did was hire other companies that I then had to deal with. That being said I WISH they would have farmed out the skylight work as well. Whatever you do DO NOT let them touch your sky light. They have been out about 8-10 times to try to fix their mistakes to no avail. There is now air and sound leakage coming from two skylights where their was never any before they replaced them. I had a skylight specialist company come out and look, they said of course there is leakage because the skylight is the wrong fit. They have refused to admit there is a problem and have tried to address the issue by glueing pieces of wood and putting a foam noodle in the nooks and crannies. To their credit they have tried to fix it. What it boils down to is either they don't know what they are doing or they put in such a low quality product that no matter what they do it won't help. They never completely installed the unit either. It is a openable skylight and they never connected it right. After reading the manual I noticed there is a screen interlock which is a safety feature, they never installed. There is a rain sensor to close the unit when it rains, they never installed. They left me with a huge hole in the wall where the old wall unit was and left me having to sand pain and finish their work inside as well. I have struggled about how to address this and have decided that I guess I will have to pay 5K of my own money to fix their mistakes. Buyer beware. They do great roof work for a cheap price but can't really act as a general contractor and have no clue what they are doing when it comes to skylights. If you use them absolutely refuse to let them perform any work outside of replacing the roof. You have been warned.

Roofers left a mess at my house. What was supposed to be a 1 day job lasted until 930pm and started again the next morning at 615am. Did not reinstall my satellite dish as asked. Used my trash cans for roofing trash. Salesman lied to me and after seeing how much my insurance company was willing to pay, had me sign a contract for 2500 more than his quote. His reason behind it was 'that way they release all the money to you'. Little did I know he was going to make me pay 2500 more than he initially quoted me. I will not go refer anyone to use this company.
