Steve is a fabulous contractor; he walked me through everything throughout the entire process and made sure the job got done right. Liz was amazing on the numbers and logistical side of things and went out of her way to make sure I had a great experience. Chris was also great to work with and the roofers themselves were super professional and thorough. I wish every business was as professional and courteous as Columbine. If I could give them 6 stars I would!

Columbine just finished a full roof, gutter and house paint job on my badly hail-damaged home. Patrick was my project manager and he was excellent in every aspect of the project. I had a very bad experience with a Littleton roofing company in 2018 so I was wary from the beginning and was probably a handful for Patrick. I had lots of questions, concerns and even a detailed work contract. He handled every concern with professionalism and grace and made sure all of my expectations were met for the job, especially in ensuring that none of my property would be damaged in the process and that roofing nails would not be strewn about the yard where kids and pets play. I had many additional requests from the team and in each instance, these guys met my expectations perfectly. I must have received 20 calls from Patrick throughout the project, keeping me updated on windows, siding repair, paint, and on resolving any other issues that came up throughout the process. In the end, the house turned out great and the crew went above and beyond to make sure not a single roofing nail was found in the yard and none of my landscaping or property were damaged.

Andy Kroening and crew are top notch. They worked diligently to get my huge project done in a timely manner and the work is quality.

I would recommend columbine roofing. My overall experience was perfect! My account manager (Andy) is very responsive, polite, professional and friendly.

The roof was completed in a timely matter and the gutters were replaced but they messed up the paint on our house that we had to touch up (we just had our house painted the year before). The time it took them to replace windows that they used another contractor was ridiculous. They really need an accounting department because we received different invoices there is a disconnect between them and insurance claims. Then when I posted a review on Yelp they wanted to speak with me and my husband I referred to meet but my husband did and they wanted me to change my review which I did not.

I have used Columbine Roofing & Exteriors multiple times for roof repair, gutters, exterior painting and a complete roof replacement after a damaging hail storm. It is nice to know that a local company still takes pride in there workmanship. The work that was done was always high quality and if something was wrong it was taken care quickly. So it was a no brainer to use them again for a new roof install on my newly built detached garage. It looks beautiful and I cant thank Amanda and Chris enough for taking care of me once again.

Dutch is great and his team is top notch. they showed up when they said they would, did fantastic work, were very courteous and friendly, and the cleanup was outstanding. That says a lot when a tear off is done. Nails and shingles are a big mess. When they left you couldn't tell we had anything done!! Our new roof looks perfect!

Just got a new roof after the June 2023 hailstorm in the foothills west of Denver. Columbine Roofing was excellent to work with, and was responsive, reasonable in cost, excellent in materials, exactly on the time line promised. Our contractor, Bob S., was superb, reliable, knew exactly how to work with our insurance company and got us an excellent claims payment. I would highly recommed this roofing company and especiallty the contractor I worked with, Bob S., for any roofing job you require.

Worth The Wait. I heard this is the best roofing company in Castle Rock, so it wasn't surprising they were booked solid and I had to wait a couple of weeks for them to fit me in. I was very pleased with the quality of work and service and will for sure call them again when needed. I kinda didn't want to write this review because they are obviously already so popular, but they deserve it so oh well.

Chris is great to work with and coordinates frequently to make sure the job gets done when needed and done correctly. This is an A+ customer focused business who does not require any money upfront which is typical of GOOD contractors. Their work is top quality. I highly recommend them.

I don’t often take the time to do Google reviews. However, Bob Schadek definitely inspired me to do so. It would be impossible for me to go into all the details of my specific situation as there are to many. I had a very atypical and unusual circumstance. Most roofers wouldn’t have been able to “take it on” and I am quite confident in saying that I would have suffered a great loss if I didn’t have Bob SPECIFICALLY advocating for me. My situation would have had to turn into a legal battle if it wasn’t for Bob’s absolute attention to details, experience and knowledge of all things related to roofs and even architecture. He would have won the court case for me, that would have been impossible otherwise. So much so, that he was able to prevent my situation from going there. He has a brilliant mind and is so skilled at what he does. I would highly without hesitation recommend him.

We had two other companies come look at our two large pole barns for gutters. Neither wanted to do them. Pedro from Columbine came out, immediately said that he could do them and our house. We received the bid, scheduled the work and everything was done exactly as he said. Pedro was knowledgeable, efficient and the work performed was exceptional.

I don’t usually post comments but Columbine Roofing deserves it. They were great. They did everything exactly as they promised. They were on time. Came in under their quote (and their quote was better than two other companies), and they left our yard cleaner than it was before the project. Kudos to them. I can’t say enough about them.

These words describe my experience with Columbine Roofing. Although many might see dependable and reliable as synonyms, in this case I would use them both for specific reasons. I use Dependable in the sense that I felt confident the job would be done correctly. Reliable because if there was an issue, anyone knows with home repairs this is quite possible, I knew the quality of their service would remain a 5 star.

Chris did a marvelous job of facilitating the roof inspection with the adjuster.

I had many questions about the process and Chris explained them clearly and followed up with me multiple times to see if I had additional questions. He worked with my insurance company and that process was seamless.

When the install was complete I had a couple of concerns about the job and Chris was really attentive and "of service" to fix the problem.

I recommend Columbine wholeheartedly.

We had Dutch evaluate our roof. We thought we needed a new one but I he was honest enough to suggest repairs to our trouble areas. This company is very efficient and offered us a good estimate to make the repairs which were done the following week. I would highly rate this company!

We had an old leak that had damaged our roof pretty badly; Columbine Roofing & Exteriors came out the next day and got right to work on it. They had to remove a section of our concrete roof tiles, all the way down to the sub-roofing, which had rotted through. They replaced it, then re-installed the roof tiles, and had everything fixed in one day. They're employees are super friendly and knowledgeable, and the price was incredibly reasonable. Would absolutely use them again, and would absolutely recommend!

I have worked with a lot of contractors through the years and I can honestly say the Dutch and his team were the absolute best I have ever worked with. The entire project went seamlessly, through their detailed review of the initial scope of work, along with the ability to solve and accurately bid additional issues as they were encountered. I cannot say enough about Columbine Roofing. They exceeded all of my expectations and strongly recommend them, not only for roofing, but for major exterior improvements.

The project manager, Chistine, worked with us from the start to finish and also helped with coordination with the insurance company. She was very responsive to any questions. Once construction on the roof started, she let us know progress on almost an hourly basis. The crew was very professional and made sure construction debris was kept to minimum that spilled out into the yard. The crew and the PM did a great job of cleaning up any stray nails. Overall a great company to do business with.

If I worked for this company I'd be ashamed. This company uses their "coupons" to SCAM people. Here's the story, I received a coupon in the mail for $500 off. I was curious about the details of the coupon because the devil is in the details. I go to their website as directed from the mailer "for further details". On their website it states nothing about the details as they said would be there, only to "call for details". So that should have been the first red flag because they've already lied. I call them and directly ask them what the the details are and exceptions. They say ANY residential house is qualified with a complete roof replacement. That's what we wanted so we gave the go ahead. They came and replaced the roof. To be honest, I can't speak to the roof work because I'm not knowledgeable. I can say I was disappointed that they left trash in the tree, came at 9:30 at night to pick up the dumpster in our driveway (didn't tell us they were coming), left multiple nails in the DRIVEWAY, barely spoke English, and they didn't even call the city to get the final inspection done until WE hassled them weeks later to get it done. So back to the $500 off, I openly admit I waited to present the coupon because I know that unscrupulous contractors will take advantage of knowing you have a coupon and just add their coupon loss into materials or elsewhere in the invoice. Well, they weren't happy I waited (who would have thought) and said it was too late to since they already totaled up the invoice. To sum up my opinion, I would highly recommend going with someone else with integrity.

Edit: Going down the reviews, I see that every time there is a bad review they say they don't see the customer's name in the database. Classic.

They did all the leg work with our insurance company and did a great job communicating and updating us throughout the process. We recently had a bad hail storm tear up our neighborhood, so most of the roofs in Castle Rock needed to be replaced. Tons of out of state companies showed up at my door, but I was happy to see that Columbine was actually local and seems to already have some great reviews. This was the first time my wife and I have ever had to put in a major claim to insurance let alone understand what the process is to replacing a roof / gutters etc. The staff was super helpful setting up an appointment and Dave with Columbine walked us through the whole process up front. The communication was fantastic the entire time and Dave really made it easy for us working through insurance to get everything handled. They knocked it out in one day and I have had no issues since. I would absolutely use these guys again, as the reality is another hail is going to hit sometime or another. Ask for Dave!

From the time I first called and through the repair process everyone at Columbine roofing was polite, transparent and professional. The repair work on our tile roof was performed with care and attention to detail. The price was fair and the work performed quickly. All debris was removed and the work crew was very courteous. Christine managed the replacement of my roof and gutters and painting of my home. She was thorough and patient, esp. when it seemed to take forever to get the payments from the insurance company. The roofing crew did their job in 1 day and were professional. Painters were fantastic and spent a considerable amount of time prepping. I am very picky about contractors and do not recommend companies whose workmanship i am not impressed with, I am comfortable recommending Columbine Roofing and Exterior and would use them again.

Dutch, the owner, immediately set up an appointment to come to our home and showed us some roofing samples, explained everything that needed to be done and pricing. Dutch and his crew did an excellent job reroofing our home. They were fast, dependable, took great care in covering landscaping and did clean-up when finished. The company they subcontracted to for new gutters (Absolute Gutters) also did a great job. Our roof and gutters look great! I highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.
