Jason and his team really earned this. They worked really hard on two homes that had a lot of work to be done (including roofs). I would recommend them for any contractor need, because if they don’t do the thing they likely know someone who does the thing you need. Appreciate your team going above and beyond to get the job done!
I had extensive work done to my home due to a falling tree. All of the teams Jason Starr sent to work on my home, to include asbestos abatement people, drywallers, painters, insulation installers and roofers did outstanding work, were professional and timely, and did a wonderful job of cleaning up after themselves.
I reached out to this company referred by a friend. We gave this company several chances and opportunities to do our roof. The first time they had an employee drop the ball and they didn’t contact us for 2 months. I sent all documents needed and they resent some out to my house to do an estimate. They claim they couldn’t get a response from my insurance but my insurance said they never heard from them. 6 months later All Starr Roofing request documents of my scope of work from my insurance but I didn’t want to send it all over again, since I sent it to them the first time. A month later I called to see if they could give me an estimate, and they sent someone out to retake pictures. They never gave me an estimate. A month later I received a call from Jason saying that they need me to send the scope of work from the insurance. I mentioned that I was waiting on some other quotes and he told me that’s fine, I can’t help you, God bless, and hung up in my face. I never said I wouldn’t go with his company, but after all the changes they put me and my husband through I wanted to get quotes/estimates to weigh out my options. I did not appreciate the way he treated me in the last conversation and surely won’t be doing business with them now. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I was patient, kind, and respectful throughout all the excuses I was given, and poor customer service over 8 months, and Jason had the nerve to hang up on my face. This is bad business and will make sure my family and friends don’t use this company.
