Rocky Mountain Roofing and Exteriors did a great job putting on a new roof. After a hail storm in June there were a lot of sales associates representing roofing companies canvassing the neighborhood. I talked to a couple. However, Sales Associate Brennen Vigil was by far the most knowledgeable and confident. He explained the process for filing a claim and walked me through the process of replacing the roof and other areas that needed work. Brennen was patient and explained things well. He was also really responsive to my calls and texts. Mason, the project manager, and his team did an awesome job as well. They were thorough and quick. Mason coordinated with me a couple days before the project began and asked me if I had questions. During the project he kept me appraised of the work status. After the new roof was installed, I pointed out a small area on the second level that had been exposed by the removal of the roof that showed the old paint color. Without hesitation Mason stated he would take care of it and painted the small area. I’m very happy about the roof. I have received lots of compliments from the neighbors not only on how the roof looks but on how quick and efficiently the job got done. I’m also very impressed with Brennen and Mason. Great communicators! The company is lucky to have these gentlemen representing them. I would definitely use Rocky Mountain Roofing and Exteriors again.

We had a great experience with Rocky Mountain Roofing and Exteriors. Josh was extremely helpful with coming on site and providing a thorough & competitive estimate. Once we decided to move forward, Erik was our project manager and he was extremely communicative, flexible and timely throughout the entire process, from start to finish. Lastly, the quality of works is fantastic as well. Time will tell, as it does with any paint job, but it's comforting know they stand behind their work with a warranty. We would use them again, no doubt.

what a awesome experience with Rocky Mountain roofing and exteriors from the moment we met with Heath to discuss our
roof. Heath did the inspection on our roof, took pictures of the damages to show us what he found. When our insurance agent came to do his inspection on the roof, Heath was also there that day.
Heath answered all our question and concerns with cost and when the roofing project would start.True to his word the supplies were delivered on Friday, the crew arrived Monday morning on time. The roofing crew did an amazing job. The crew covered our plants, deck, cement areas, with tarp to prevent any damage.
After the roof was completed the crew cleaned up the whole area
from front to back. Used metal detector to find any loose nails.
Again we had an amazing experience with Rocky Mountain Roofing and Exteriors from start to finish.

I’ve lived in Denver, Aurora, and Parker over the past 50 years and have never experienced a leak of any kind that came through the roof. However, about late May or early June, we had heavy rains for 3 or 4 days in Parker. Just buckets of water. I happen to notice a few drops on the toilet seat in the guest bathroom the next day. Not a lot of water but soon realized that water was coming down the fan vent area. With another rain to come the next day, I set up a waste bucket to catch what water I could. We probably got about 4 inches of water in this waste bucket.

I called Rocky Mtn Exteriors, whom I have known over the past 6 years, and they got my information to have someone call and schedule to come to our house. I spoke to Mason and he came out a day or two later due to my work schedule. He was very professional, visited with my wife about the recent rain, saw the video I had taken and got on the roof to determine the issue which was related to the fan exhaust pipe area. He returned the next morning and made the appropriate corrections. Another rain was set for the evening and when it came, there were no leaks. I was so pleased and relieved!

When asked what I owed them, Mason indicated no charge. I couldn’t believe it and certainly am very thankful. I can only surmise that they had been doing work in the area while they addressed my situation. Posting this review is the least I could do. They are a very thoughtful and professional group, and I will continue to use them. Thank you Mason and Rocky Mtn Exteriors.

I hired them to replace my siding on my house. They included new rain gutter, soffits, paint, and caulking. There was great communication, ensuring every detail was addressed. They provided ample opportunities for walk-throughs to ensure any concerns were addressed. All employees were respectful and pleasant to work with. Sergio and his crew did a wonderful job painting my house's exterior, replacing rotted trim and siding, and avoiding the landscaping. They were able to navigate around the steep sides of the yard and did a great job with uncooperative weather.

We had our roof replaced and it was so easy to work with them. They coordinated everything with our insurance company and did a professional job including protecting shrubs and other items around the house exterior and cleaning up after they were finished.

I was lucky to find Josh and the crew when my original contractor bailed on me after 6 months of waiting. RME quickly replaced the roofing and damaged skylight on my shed in a morning. They then processed the rest of the insurance claim that the previous contractor neglected to do. Once the insurance company gave their approval, RME was out shortly thereafter to replace hail damaged siding. The Field Supervisor Mason introduced himself and kept in constant contact to keep me apprised of the work.

Would I use them again? Absolutely. I've kept all their information in a file so that when the next hail storm hits, I will know who to call.

I worked with Matt and Erik for my exterior painting and total roof replacement after some hail damage. The team was wonderful, the work was quality, and communication was excellent. They even went above and beyond to send me a get well card after they heard I had spent some time in the hospital and my communication was severely lacking. Your solicitors chose to ignore my no soliciting sign and leave your garbage flyer on my door. They set my dogs off and interrupted a meeting I was having as I work from home. If this is a respect you show potential customers I would not want to be an actual customer. Keep this in mind when soliciting to houses that blatantly have a no soliciting sign on the door next to where you hung your flyer.

Eric was absolutely amazing my to work with. Best communication I’ve had with any contractor ever. His team was so good and so efficient. Eric also took the time to walk around the house with us. There was one 6 inch spot on our deck that got missed with the stain (a very discreet spot that no one but me noticed). And Eric immediately went to his truck and painted it for us. If I could give them 6 stars, I would. What an incredible team and company!!!!!

I have multiple clear, large signs saying no solicitors, no flyers, etc. They still rang my bell, and when I came to the door to tell them to look at the signs and I'm not interested they still tried their pitch (I just shut the door on them) and then still left a flyer. I will never do business with solicitors, especially those who don't respect people's homes, and I'm not alone.

GARBAGE COMPANY! i would recommend going with someone else, really anyone you find on the street would be great at doing a roof. The guys they had (enzo) spoke no english or spanish and was rude to my wife and i. What a terrible company to have on your project!!
Save yourself the trouble and go with anyone else!!

You dont get what you pay for, leverage someone else to do the work. Average work quality, high pricing and they take an EXCEPTIONALLY long time to complete the work. They also struggle with communication.

Used these guys for a hail repair from may of 2023. It is currently the end of Feb of 2025 (nearly 2 years and counting) and the work still is incomplete. They did a roof repair relatively quickly. I also needed 2 windows replaced and an exterior repaint. The windows were replaced somewhere around a year later and Im currently still waiting for paint. They applied paint samples to my garage (HOA requirement) months ago and it was supposed to be done late last year. I ended up cancelling the remaining work with them and will be going with another provider.

It is rare they are able to accept or return a phone call and will take numerous tries to connect with them. Often times, the voice mailbox is full, so youll find yourself using a combination of email, text, and phone calls trying to get a hold of someone.

I was supposed to get a screen for one of the windows which is still missing. They were also supposed to do a small window frame repair that never happened. This is why Im classifying the quality of their work as "average"

I had the pleasure of hiring Rocky Mountain Exteriors for roof replacement from hail damage. They also repainted the fascia and added new gutters. They exceeded my expectations of what a contractor can provide: multiple services (roofing, painting, gutters, screens) with very clear communication and smooth handoffs between jobs. They worked efficiently and cleaned up spotlessly. Each manager cared about the project. I never felt uneasy and it was all done in four days. They also repaired the damaged window screens! Everything they touched they made better by a mile. So I highly recommend the mile high choice, Rocky Mountain Exteriors.

Rocky Mountain Roofing showed up after a devastating hail storm in Yuma (Colorado). We were told they could complete the repairs to the roof, gutters, shutters, siding, windows, and fence. However, once documents were signed they dropped off doing everything except the roof and gutters. The workers put down tarps over our rose bushes then proceeded to walk all over them. When putting on the garage roof, they knocked down some of the insulation and refused to come back and put it back in place. I give them a 2 star rating just because the Roofing was completed in 1 day and seems to have been well done. I was provided the warranty, but only after several requests. BTW, they'll take $50 off your final bill, but only if you give them a 5 star review.

Excellent experience with Rocky Mountain Exteriors! They quickly got out to the house to conduct the initial consultation. The team was great at answering all my questions and the team completed the job efficiently, leaving my property clean and tidy. They did all the work with the insurance company as well, let me work on my day to day and not chasing an insurance check.

I had two roofing companies referred to me by State Farm. The first one I called said they would get back to me in two days to set up an appointment. They never did get back to me. I called Rocky Mountain Roofing and had an adjuster, Heath, at my house two days later. Heath took the time to analyze everything possible that he felt the insurance company would repair for me. He turned all the information over to the insurance company and was there when the insurance adjuster showed up, walking every inch of the roof top alongside him. In less than a week, I had a repair crew on my roof, and they did a fantastic job, not only on the roof, but they did an outstanding job of clean up after they were done. I would highly recommend Rocky Mountain Roofing for any exterior repairs.

I had very bad experiences with Rocky Mountain Roofing and Exteriors. I had to replace the windows and roof because of the hail damage in May 2023. The original project was to replace both roof and windows through the company. Replacing the roof was okay, but replacing the windows had been delayed and the company finally gave up the project. So, I had to contact another company to replace the windows. The worst thing was the wire transfer frauds. Their open invoices were disclosed to someone outside of the company somehow and the invoices were used to make people wire transfer money to someone's bank account. I was one of the victims of the wire transfer fraud. I was deceived because there were two exact employee names in the email of the wire transfer request and their email addresses looked like the real one (rmext.com). Later, I realized the wire fraud spam email had an 's' at the end of rmext (rmexts.com) in the email address. I reported the fraud incident to my bank, the FBI, and the Federal Trade Commission. Fortunately, I received the money back from the bank (from the external bank or BMO to my bank) in about 3 weeks. Because of these very bad experiences, I would not recommend Rocky Mountain Roofing and Exteriors as the company for your roof replacement. If it is necessary to replace the roof in the future again because of another hail damage, I would not contact them.

We decided to go with Rocky mountain for hail damage claim because they could do the roof, gutters, and paint. They are very prompt up front and the work performed is as promised. The company does seem extremely busy at times which can lead to longer communication times.

Excellent Communication and Quality Work. They replaced my roof and painted my home. I was amazed at how quickly they were able to do the job. Great job painting, we walked around and touched up a few spots and was very satisfied when they left. Roofers finished the job in one day, cleaned everything up very well. I had issues getting paint colors approved with the HOA and they were very good at being flexible to the situation. I believe they are trustworthy and would recommend to anyone. All-in-all very satisified.

2025 Edit: We recently had Rocky Mountain come over to paint the whole interior of our home after a horrible flood, trim, walls, doors, ceiling, the whole thing. 7000sqft. They did an exceptional job, a lot of attention to detail and came back a few times to change some colors I changed my mind on. We are thrilled with the results! Interior painting can be tedious and they did a fabulous job! We’ll definitely be back with any future projects!
