A to Z reno did a great job with the renovation of our brownstone in the park slope and I recommend then highly. The process was very smooth and transparent right from the beginning when I first had the site visit with David. He provided me with a detailed plan on what the renovation with cover as well the cost. With other contractors who I called to get an estimate, I got a very rough number which did not provide me with much confidence. With A to Z the only time the cost changed was when we added additional scope that was not part of the original plan. Throughout the renovation I worked with Matt, Max and Giselle to make sure that the design was completed and project work could start and complete. There are always some unforeseen things that come up in renovations and nothing always goes to plan, but with A to Z, I feel we worked as a team to resolve them. David was always always to hop on a quick call and help put me to ease with next steps. One thing I really value is that even 6 months after the project complete date, if there are any small issues that come up, A to Z is always available to send someone over to resolve them. So you dont feel like you are on your own post project complete

I hired atoz renovations after my master bathroom started to leak and water was going down to the apartment below us.
I live in a very strict coop and Anthony and his team handled everything with coop management company.
The approval process to get the work started went quicker then thought.
Overall I am extremely happy with my new bathroom it came out looking great!!!
I am happy that I finally got it done and the leak was resolved.
It was a very stressful process as I was getting complaints from my neighbor below and for the board and atoz maid the process as easy as possible and got it done right and on timely manner.
I will be using them next year for my kitchen project stay tuned.

A to Z helped us renovate our new house in Ditmas Park. We bought the house from a flipper whose work wasn’t up to our standards. David helped us assess what A to Z could do to improve the house and put our own personal touches on it. Our projects included removing the floors on the first floor, re-leveling the subfloor and installing new flooring (including removing and reinstalling the kitchen cabinets); building out the basement with a separate laundry and closet area and entertainment center; building a mudroom off the front door (pictured); finishing the garage and installing insulation and HVAC; electrical upgrades; and installing new decking on the terrace.

Throughout it all, David and Max were professional and dependable. They worked hard to meet our timing goals and were easy to communicate with, and best of all were trustworthy partners with us.

While I didn’t complete my project with them (for unique reasons) I’m pleased with the time I spent chatting, reviewing layouts, and picking design elements. Everyone on the team is helpful and friendly. As someone who has never done a renovation project before, I felt well taken care of and comfortable asking any and all questions.

We were looking for a one stop shop design and build firm where a single company managed all aspects of our home remodel. Max & Ady did a great job of managing the design process while staying responsive to our needs. We ended up not doing the remodel, but we were very happy with his services and the people he brought on board throughout the process.

We just finished a large remodel with ATOZ RENOVATIONS and would highly recommend this company. Our project included a complete kitchen remodel, removing some walls, remodeling a bathroom and adding a shower, enclosing the back porch, and adding sliding glass doors and new flooring to an existing sun room. David made lots of helpful suggestions throughout the project and was always available by phone. His subs were professional, worked quickly, and did a great job. The whole process took a little over three months, which was in line with his original estimate despite the fact that we made several changes to the original plan and expanded the scope of the project partway through.

I am so glad I went with A to Z Renovations for my closet renovation. Shevy, the office manager, was extremely responsive and easy to speak with. I inquired through their website, attached a video of my closet space, and she ACTUALLY watched it -- unlike most contractors I've worked with. Most contractors wouldn't even read my project description or arrive at my unit completely unaware of what they're doing, which, I understand, they're too busy, etc. but still. It was nice not having to repeat myself 500 times to 12 different people before they finally understood my project.

When we got on an initial phone call, I could tell immediately that A to Z knew how to run a business. Shevy actually listened to what I was looking for and answered any questions I had about the cost. She also cooperated with my building's strict policy, making the whole process as painless as possible. The project was completed much sooner than expected (which they may or may not be able to do for every project, but I appreciated that they moved quickly). AND they cleaned up after themselves. My project was done by Mike and his colleague (whose name I don't know), and they were both very courteous and polite. Pretty much everything about the whole process was pleasant and seamless. 10/10 would work with them again.

Martha recently worked with me on two different projects in the office. One was to renovate the bathrooms and the other was to laminate the flooring to give it a pristine look. Though I requested to start both projects together, Martha didn’t make any excuses as to not entertain my request. And the best part is that both the projects were completed on time, with just 1 day difference. After the job was done, people in the office commended the work they have done and I paid them a bit extra too for the great work. Martha is a superb designer and project manager and leads a team of professionals that do marvelous work. We might get a game room too and will definitely hire A to Z Renovations again to design it too.

He was fantastic constantly providing me with daily updates, questions throughout the project. I did not want to be home during the renovations since i know how hectic it is to live through a renovations in my previous experiences. Instead i dropped the keys off by joey and he handled my project to perfection and removed all my worries.
