Unprofessional and insulting. Would not let me respond or talk. Being a woman, I could not possibly understand the non emergency he was frantic about. Our in house technician resolved the the issue and A Step In Time is not allowed on any of our properties.

Michael and his team did a great job repairing my foundation and chimney. His team was extremely professional, excellent craftsmen and very knowledgeable! And they went out of their way to make sure my project was completed in a timely manner, even working some on the weekend to account for bad weather.

I wanted to share my recent experience. I requested an inspection of my fireplace and chimney. The inspection resulted on my fireplace and chimney both in need of repair. Andrew discussed with us the entire process before and after the work. He was outstanding and very professional the entire process. I will recommend to any of my friends and family in need of your services and this is because Andrew is a big part of my recommendation. He is a true asset to your company.

Our tech was very knowledgeable and the inspection was very reasonably priced. Took pictures to show what was going on and only charged an extra 20 bucks to do some caulking on the chimney that clearly needed to be done. I will keep using them for our annual inspections.

Our tech parged our chimney. He was helpful and friendly while he was here and he completed the service quickly. Our home was kept clean throughout and we were highly satisfied with the experience.

Technician was great, on time. I am scheduled for more work to repair chimney cap this week. They are a bit pricey, I found a similar local service 100.00 less, however I made the commitment so I’ll honor. I should have checked other prices before I agreed to repair. I’m sure they will do good work.

Steve was very nice and informative. The service was not completed because another technician was needed to secure the ladder for the inspection from the roof. I would call them again for service

Dillon and his helper were great. They were polite and friendly and Dillon knew his stuff about chimneys and fireplaces. I was very impressed with him.

The sweep/inspector Dillon called me when he was on the way, he was running early so he was able to get to us early. He was very professional, was a good sport about me having to let my dog in and out as he worked inside then outside. He was also very friendly to my kids and answered their little questions. Frank was very honest and took time to show me traits of my fireplace. He let me know a cleaning wasn’t needed when other companies would have said nothing and cleaned it anyway. He could have pushed for them to do a simple repair for hundreds that instead he showed me how $8 and ten minutes of time I could do myself. This type of conduct will keep me using them.

The technician did a great job explaining the process and what he was doing. It's always nice to have technicians in our home that are friendly and willing to educate you on what they are doing. I would definitely use A Step in Time again.

The inspector, Zack, came early. Clearly explained everything that needed to be fixed and why. Gave me a written estimate on the spot. Left behind no mess. I will use them to address my chimney issues and for future cleaning and inspection.

I cannot recommend this business highly enough! They have been incredibly accommodating, and great about following up. We had a leak in our roof near the base of the chimney, and called A Step in Time on the off-chance that they would be willing to take a look at it. Not only did they enthusiastically offer help, they sent technicians out to our property twice to ensure that the problem had been solved—and they did it at no extra cost to us. This is a wonderful company and I would absolutely use their services again.
