Travis was my technician. He was extremely friendly and got the job done for the original scope. As always, these places try and give extra services at the end, but I did not accept these services, which Travis was extremely professional in accepting this at the end of our business transaction. He left this house better than he found it!

SO GLAD I CALLED!! Our dryer gave an airflow error after hooking it up at our new house. Turns out, our dryer vent was nearly FULL of lint -- a fire waiting to happen!

Quick turnaround to schedule and staff was friendly. Kyle, our tech was knowledgeable, thorough in his work, and friendly, too. We had our chimney inspected and our dryer vent cleared. He showed me how to run our gas fireplace (new to me) and pointed out the deteriorating seal on the chimney (which we had him fix, too, thank you!).

TRAVIS was fabulous. He was here a little early. He listened to us then advised on what he would be doing for our inspection and cleaning of our chimney. Was extremely efficient. I called A Step in Time Chimney Sweeps to do an inspection on my cap and crown. My cap was in really bad shape and needed replaced right away. I made another appointment later in the week and they came out and replaced my cap within 10 minutes. The new cap looks very nice. I very happy with the new one.

We had Nate out to do a level 1 chimney inspection. He has a plethora of knowledge on chimney's, the masonry, and anatomy of a fireplace which was very apparent to even the untrained eye. He was very good at explaining all the information on a level even I could understand which gave me peace of mind at what needed to be accomplished. He showed he was genuinely there for the customers best interest and safety! Will continue to use A Step In Time Chimney Sweep for future work/inspections.

I had an appointment schedule between 2-4. The gentle called and said he could get to me early. Unfortunately I could not get off and he was very understanding. He said I will see you at 2:00. He was here on time, did what he had to do. Explain everything to the person I had to meet him here. Give him the receipt with all the information he did and recommend . Also emailed me pictures. He did a good job. Will use them again if need be.
