I am so impressed with the work. Our log cabin got a facelift today with the Log cabin steel seamless siding. Woodpecker holes have been covered and won’t happen again! Crew is so professional and took their time to get it right.

Where do I begin, A&S Siding is a first class outfit. From start to finish, my home (over 46 years old) now looks brand new. The people were terrific to work with, always keeping me inform of the project or asking if I had any concerns. The bossman had his son, his grandson, a young lady who also doubles as his admin person, and a few others, that all worked their tails off. I've
had nothing but compliments about how much my home looks. If you're looking to have your home done with new siding, give them a call, you won't be disappointed, I wasn't and very happy with my investment.

This company is Great, gets right to work even in the heat. My home looks like a brand new house, the neighbors are telling us how good it looks. I loved how Steve and Ricky, did above and beyond the siding. They took the time to make everything flow together, replaced bad wood etc. They are funny and kind, and would have them back for more jobs. Christy is so sweet, she keeps everything picked up and looking clean. Running around making sure the guys have what they need, keeping things going smoothly. They all get a 10, for making the customer happy. Thank you so much for my beautiful home.

I am sorry to say that my experience with A&S Siding was not good. I invited them to do a bid to replace some damaged siding on my home along the bottom edge of the house. Steve, Chrissy and I walked the back and west side of the house and I pointed out the obvious pieces of siding and trim boards that needed to be replaced. Steve had Chrissy write down the materials needed and then they provided an estimate. I accepted the estimate and we scheduled the work. They didn’t show up on the morning it was scheduled and didn’t call me. I called them and they went on about an emergency job in Twin Falls, but really didn’t have an answer as to why they didn’t call. The work was rescheduled and a crew did show up. During the job I was informed about some OSB that needed to be replaced and extra trim boards. I approved the extra expense, no problem. The crew left just as it was getting dark and told me the work was completed. When I did a walk around the next morning I found that several pieces of siding on the back of the house that had been identified for replacement had not been fixed. I immediately contacted A&S Siding and requested that Steve drop by to discuss. It has been two weeks since they worked on my house and Steve has never stopped by. I received an extremely argumentative call from him today to tell me the whole thing was my fault because I did not do an inspection in the dark before the crew left! If you going to have work done by this company I would highly recommend having a detailed statement of work signed by them before awarding them a job. I paid them $1800.00 in good faith and the job is incomplete! I would not have them back to finish it!

They were great and took care of what we needed, which was alot of siding repair and column repair. Our house looks new with the work they did.

A & S just painted my whole house. Zach and Sage did an awesome job. They were thorough, polite and professional. A pleasure to have on site each day. My neighbors continue to complement the work done and I'm so happy with the results.

My husband and I just had our house transformed by A&S Siding and Gutters and are in love! We have a 1979 house that needed some updating. A&S took down the cracked/faded vinyl and outdated rock and replaced it with board and batten siding. We also had them do new soffits, fascia, gutters, and painting. From start to finish, we had the same crew at our home. This allowed us to ask questions throughout the process and see the outstanding work ethic of the crew. Steve, the owner was very communicative during the process and even stopped by the weekend after they were done to inspect the final product and make sure we were happy with the results. He cares about his customers and it shows. We have nothing but good things to say about this company and it was a pleasure to work with them. Thank you A & S Siding and Gutters.

Have a hard time finding people who care about the quality of their work? You won’t have that issue when you work with Steve! He is not only talented, but truly cares about what you, as the customer, want. Every question I asked was answered and any change I asked for was completed (when possible). He went above and beyond to make my home beautiful with the new siding and extras he did because he thought it would look better! Wow! Great experience! I would recommend him to anyone who cares about quality and service!

After checking with several companies who couldn't do our project until next year, we came across A & S Siding. Steve came out that day, gave us an estimate and came by the next day with samples. Compared to others, pricing was great! Were scheduled to start on May 1st, but moved us up and completed it yesterday! He kept us up on where they were in the project. Would recommend them to anyone.

Honest, straight shooting people here. They came and knocked out some new gutters on our house, informed us of everything, and cleaned up when they were done. Will absolutely be using them for more of my future needs, and you should too!

Steve and his crew were amazing from start to finish. After calling to get a quote to fix a part of our siding, we talked through all the projects we had in mind for our house. Steve was able to provide a competitive quote and brought our vision to life. We ended up having our whole house resided, gutters installed on the whole house, a new garage door installed, new sliding back door, and deck with a pergola. During the work, the crew was amazing! They kept the site organized and worked on projects quickly. Our son loved going out everyday and talking to the guys and seeing their progress.

We had these guys put on seamless metal siding that looked like wooden logs. They did a great job; it included removal of existing siding, repair of certain areas, weather barrier, foam board, window/door trim, and then the log siding. Communication was excellent!

Steve and his team were absolutely incredible to work with and we are so thankful to have found them!! We needed to get our house painted an new gutters installed before winter. We had a tight budget and a tight timeline, but Steve worked with us, got us in quickly and made it possible. They did a fantastic job and really took care of us. We are very happy with the outcome. I needed some new siding on my home, after calling around I found this place. They were able to come out and do an estament and Steve the owner was very helpful. I really don't know anything about home repair and he was able to walk me through the whole process and didn't make me feel as if I was being ripped off or ignored. He was able to color match my siding and just did an amazing job. His crew were also very helpful and polite. I've had so many compliments on my home from the job they did. Our affordable housing nonprofit hired A&S to install new siding and windows on our 16 single family homes. Despite discovering that there was some damage under the old siding, A&S helped solve the problem and kept us within our budget. A&S did a wonderful job for our organization and we highly recommend them.

We just had our old vinyl siding removed and a combination of cement board and TruWood batten board installed on our house . Only a few minor things left to do and I trust that these will be done to our satisfaction. Owner Steve was good to work with and responsive. Ricky and Kevin did a good job on the siding and with a window install and Gamo did a good job painting. My only issue is pricing. On a big job like this there are often minor adds or changes that need to be made. If you want to avoid surprises and headache at the end, clarify the cost of any changes and negotiate those before agreeing to them. It will save frustration in the end .

Steve and Hugh came out and replaced all of our old and leaking gutters in just about a day and a half, working well into the evening on their first day. They were both very personable and hardworking guys and you can tell they take pride in their work. Steve, who is the owner of the business treated us great from start to finish and went above and beyond what was expected, he even repaired several things and issues that he discovered along the way, and didn't charge us any extra....what great customer service, which is rare in this day and age. I highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs or replacement of gutters, siding, etc....you won't be sorry. My wife and I are already preparing to use them again on our rental property project. Thanks again guys, you do great work!!!

A & S did my gutters today. They were absolutely amazing. My previous gutters had been redone when I bought the house and leaked like crazy. THEY DON'T LEAK ANYMORE!! They were the last project of us getting our exterior completely updated and they by far blew away all the other company's that have done work here. They left my property clean and not one other company did. Thank you so much. My only regret is they didn't do all my projects.

Steve, Jan, and Hugh came out and got the job done. We had gutters placed on the house. They were prompt, worked hard, and finished the job in a timely manner. Plan to use them for future renovations.

We had horrible, single-pane windows that if you stood by, you could almost feel a breeze. Bugs would just waltz on in as if they weren't there. It was the same with our doors. Our house is pretty, but not the best when it comes to construction, so the team had a hard job ahead of them.

Regardless, Steve and Jan worked to get the windows and doors done, but they did it beyond right. They were cheerful and worthy of the five star rating. Not once did I feel pressured by them, and they continually kept my house clean.

As a personal note, I've noticed some one star reviews on here. I don't believe them, no offense to those people, but I've seen Steve's work ethic and how he doesn't let anything go when it comes to the work being done under his watch. So I doubt any job he's ever done has been worthy of 1 star. That seems to me like they were one of "those" customers. Everything at my home was done perfectly and I will use them again in the future.

Communication was okay at first and then went down to basically nothing. Refused to take ownership of poor workmanship and was verbally threatening and abusive.

Sounds like there is a trail of the same behavior all the way from the east coast.

what ever happened to people keeping their word and doing what they say they'll do?

In my opinion a quality job is considered on time, on budget and a stress free experience for me (the customer). This company was the opposite of all 3 of these things.

They were over a month behind the schedule they told me they would keep. They neglected to give me anywhere near an accurate bid so there were excessive overages at the very end. And finally, I probably lost a year of my life dealing with the stress they caused me. I was berated, yelled at and threatened over the phone, email and in-person. getting struck by lightning 1,000 times is more likely to happen than having a normal, adult conversation with these folks.

Probably best to find another siding, window, roof or gutter contractor and save yourself the headache.

5 stars! Incredible company to work with! They show up when they say they will and they check in consistently to make sure you’re happy with their work. I recommend working with A and S!
