Lawrence was great and he conducted the most thorough inspection we could have asked for and was honest. He worked very hard on our project and identified many issues to be worked on along with pictures and explanations. He is details oriented and was very fair in his assessment. He identified issues that needed immediate attention, safety concerns that could’ve been a potential nightmare in the near future and things that needed attention but not a safety issues.
