I had a great experience with A Plus! I needed a new gable fan. The technician was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They were also very flexible with my schedule and made it very easy to make an appointment for the work to be completed. A Plus does high quality work and the price was much cheaper than any of my other estimates. I highly recommend them!

I called Andrey on a Friday and he was here the following Wednesday. He texted when he was on his way and worked with me when I needed an additional 30 minutes. Andrey is very professional. He assessed the situation with my roof and gave me a quote. He was able to repair it that day as he had all the materials he needed with him. His truck is neat and tidy as was the work he did. Fabulous Company. Very professional and polite. We had a small job that needed to be done and there were companies that would not even "waste their time" to even come out. This company wasn't like that. Reasonable price and on time. We are so happy with the job they did. I don't have enough nice things to say about this business. If we ever need any more roofing done I will be calling them again and I would recommend them to everyone.

Andrey and A Plus Roofing are great to work with. We had our roof installed last year and they did a great job. Andrey was on site the entire time and the quality is excellent. We recently had a little storm damage. When I called, Andrey responded the same day and was out the next day to do the repair for us. I needed a new roof, and the tropical storm over the summer convinced me to pull the trigger on the job. I chose A Plus after receiving many estimates, mostly because of the owner Andrey.
Andrey made a great first impression and was very professional. Of all the people who came to give me estimates, he was the ONLY person to physically climb onto my roof to inspect it and take measurements.

There was no sales pitch, no nagging phone calls, no "special discount" like many of the larger companies. Andrey simply inspected, gave me his thoughts, showed me the shingles he uses, and gave me a price. This no fluff approach was greatly appreciated.
Also, it was comforting to know Andrey would be on the job to supervise the whole process. As the owner, I knew he would make sure corners weren't cut and that his crew would do a good job. This is very refreshing as opposed to many contracting/home improvement companies who just send out a sales rep for you to deal with.

He made it clear after signing the contract we would have to be flexible with timing. This was understandable, as most roofing companies were back logged with the tropical storm damages. I appreciated him being upfront about this. He kept me up to date with the permit process and job scheduling. When the day was set, he and his crew were there on time. It was nice to see that Andrey invested in a roofing lift, which makes the job quicker and easier on the workers.

The roof turned out great. He had his workers lay out tarps over my windows and grass. His crew was done in one day and cleaned up all of the debris.
My new roof and flashing looks awesome. Having a ridge vent installed made a huge improvement to the upstairs temperatures as well.

His price was not the cheapest or most expensive. Honestly, the price was secondary for me personally. I was more focused on hiring a dependable and professional crew. Like I said before, Andrey's professionalism was what ultimately made me choose his company.

All in all, I would recommend A Plus to anyone who needs a roof. I will likely use this company for my future projects like gutters or siding.

Very professional promp and responsive. I must say they sure did give me a price I couldn't refuse even better then family friends who own roofing companies. The work was amazing it was done in one day!! The clean up was awesome as if they werent even at my house!!! From start to finish working with A Plus Roofing was a great experience! Andrey the owner was friendly and came out within two days to provide an estimate. He explained what needed to be repaired and how the installation process would work. His price was fair and he worked to get the job scheduled on a timeline that worked for me. When the day came for the install he arrived on time as scheduled and the workmanship was top notch (including the cleanup). I highly recommend Andrey and A Plus roofing and look forward to using them for other home projects.

When we needed our roof replaced, I wasn't really sure how to go about it. It was an original roof with 2 layers. I googled "top roofers in Wilmington DE" and was given several options. I went through HomeAdvisor and also read reviews. I had a man come out and give me an estimate and then several others called with estimates. I called A Plus Roofing (not on HomeAdvisor) because they had the best reviews through Google and BBB. When Andrey came out to give my estimate, he had ladders with him and actually walked the roof. When asked if he would be on-site for the job, he answered that he would be doing the job with his workers. He explained everything that he would be doing, showed me a choice of colors, and gave a very good price (compared to my other estimates). I texted him the next day and said I'd like to sign a contract. After signing, I was told it would be a couple weeks and he'd be in touch when they were ready to start.
I was contacted the day before they were coming so I could have the driveway clear and sure enough, they were there on time and ready to go. Because it was an original roof (50+ years old), the wood needed to be replaced also. Andrey and his crew worked very hard and go the job done quickly. The job site was cleaned up at the end of each day, and I couldn't be happier. The roof looks beautiful, my gutters were cleaned and there was no mess left. I would definitely recommend A Plus Roofing.

We had some very minor damage with some flashing after the recent nor’easter that hit. After contacting Andrey he was able to come out within 2 hours of initially contacting him. His prices were very reasonable and he was incredibly responsive. Can’t thank him enough for his professionalism.

He is a trustworthy contractor with a hard working crew. He is hands-on himself and put temporary coverage on my leaky roof on the first visit for free. Later I let him do a full roof replacement. He documented the process on the roof using cell phone pictures and showed to me afterwards. Highly recommended.
